D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Hi guys , Miss Blue keeps on flowering , she looks very nice, buds are not super dense but neither fluffy for sure, they're stretched out pretty good Don't know if she will stay alive for another week I'm cutting off a tester bud today.

I'm really proud of this for a second grow! For the amount of space and the light that I'm using, i feel like my buds should stack better but at least I have real goals to meet for the next grow. I'm not looking to get lbs, but I do want great quality flowers that are visually stunning. I would DEFINITELY recommend Native Sun Genetics to anyone, beginner to advanced! This isn't a hi-yielder to start with anyway, but it's still one to look for!

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

Buds are starting to swell and smell very nice. Not drinking as much water now after the stretch but still drinking a lot. Everything is looking great.

Day 78 Day 28 flower 19/07/24 Friday Started the week with a good watering as she had a double feed end of last week. She took 4L de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 and no run off, added another 1L and see run off forming on all sides. She is a happy, strong 💪 plant !! The buds development is nice on this strain! I like to see the calyxes stacked like this, I'll get some macros tomorrow. Smelling like lemon sherbet it's insane 🤯 or a old school sweety shop. Day 79 Day 29 flower 20/07/24 Saturday Nothing to report. Day 80 Day 30 Flower 21/07/24 Sunday Big feed again, de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 added nutrients. Seeing her stack now 🤩 Smells getting stronger daily 🙌 💚 Added a short video. Day 81 Day 31 Flower 22/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap water only today pH 5.9 and watered in 5L had a little run off. She is getting so thirsty it's awesome! She is starting to stack them calyxes. Update on pictures and video 📸🤩 Day 82 Day 32 Flower 23/07/24 Tuesday FEED again today , De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Full 5L had about 300ml run off. She is so thirsty !! 5L a day now. But it's showing, calyxes are stacking beautifully, the trichomes production is nice and starting to have a magical effect with flash 📸 🤩 Day 83 Day 33 Flower 24/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Did 4L and started to see run off so left at that. Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase. I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max. Day 42 - changed the fan Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it. High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less. Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve. I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣 Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption. I mixed another batch, this is the ppm breakdown N 100 P 100 K 280 Mg 85 Ca 150 Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it. I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K. (Edit from the future - K is too high) Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday. There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity. Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

13cm vertical growth this week. She's now 24cm tall. She seems to be growing... but very slow. She's still in veg, no sign of any flowers yet..

Good morning all. Rather nice week with a correct stretch for each lady, except the Jamaican which, as usual, continues its slow growth in bonsai mode. A big thank you to PEV SEEDS who, graciously, agreed to send me a new seed so that I could try the adventure again with the Jamaican Lambsbread. (I will certainly have special attention towards her ...) So I decided to remove it from the flowering box to try to re-vegetation to try to save it and give it a new life as a mother .;) The wedding Cake clearly displays an Indica predominance, solid, bushy but with a reduced internodal distance. So I had to raise the pot by about thirty cm in order to obtain a homogeneous canopy and to be able to train it a little. Same principle for Thay Chocolate 2019 (heightened by 15cm) which, despite the long and thin very sativa leaves, seems to have started flowering more calmly. I took advantage of the departure of the Jamaican to also remove the 2 main branches. Sideral and Golden Goat, nothing to say, good growth. Ditto for Congo which continues to show us its superb genetics. I start to introduce a tear of green sensation but I limit the nitrogen because none is deficient. The Mars Hydro TS1000 works quite well but I think that for 1m2 it would be necessary to have 2. The flowering started slowly and the 150W Led are in my opinion the cause of this slowness. 300W would have been ideal. We will see later to fix this problem. The news of the week: The cold is here! big drop in temperature here for two days. Monday I install a small radiator to guarantee a warm and cozy cocoon for the girls. Hey Guys! Check out our AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik 😊 we are very proud of and impressed by this girls so far! This weeks Objective; hardening off for the Optic 8+ tent. We will be moving her to the big tent in a couple weeks and the light is MUCH more powerful, so right now she goes under it for a couple hours b4 bed each evening. She has overcome some obstacles in her life and is thriving! It's kinda funny. We had never heard of Genehtik b4 buying the seed from single seed centre, and honestly didnt expect much. So, when the time came to transplant and we realized we were out of pots we decided to put her in the only container handy (we were transplanting them in the kitchen at the time lol) and she has thrived! It's really cool because we can see root growth through the pitcher. But we wrapped it in duct tape to protect them. Of the 3 autos we sprouted, she is the only not yet in flower (thankfully) hopefully the pitcher is large enough for her to put on some wieght! We are new to this diary thing so if anyone takes the time to read this and has and questions or advice please please let us know!! And thanks for checking her out! In this week, one of the "anonymous" seeds germinated (2nd attempt) and started growing, so I felt confident, that the 4th plant was finally here and not too far behind.

Considering the tiny pot she gets a big dosis of Plagon nutrients every time I water. Still some nutrient deficiencies but that's inevitable in a 400ml container I'd say! 😇 She also got some homebrewed Stinging and Forest Nettle Tea, this plant is all about the Tea baby! And her buds will definately be enjoyed with a cup of Chai Tea 😆

Last week we noticed one of the ladies had begun to show sex. A couple calyxes with barely visible white hairs coming out of them. Seeing as there's no electricity where the garden is located we opted for a 1500 lumen LED lantern, that we turn on at 11:pm every night for about 40 minutes to and hour. This seemed to have done the trick as no more hairs have been seen and the vegging process is back on track.

Week 6 begins with a 3 liter feeding and removal of a few dead leaves. Buds are developing nicely and frost is present, woo hoo!! Thanks for stopping by.
