Week 4 started pretty great, the plants were finally exploding in ways I did not see coming. They also grew up nicely into the high lights that used to be at ~65cm, so PPFD adjustment was not necessary for the big girls as they grew into the range by themselves, ACJ (9 days younger) had her "cloud" to slightly shield her from the sun. Nutrients: Work on the plants was fairly limited. I did notice some early burn on Orange (not surprising), accompanied by a lot of deep green, slightly wrinkled leave borders. So this was my nitrogen curve shooting up way too early, expecting vigorous branching and foliage creation for 10 week Hybrid averages, when this strain can take it easy for up to 13 weeks. I wonder whether the N-toxicity caused the burned tips for Orange as well, but I am convincing myself this can't be the only factor. Guess what we can learn from this? I'll tell ya: Cinderella Jack with 9 days younger is receiving that same ramp 9 days -ahead- and is showing absolutely no signs of excess N or burn. When I read: "N-tox" and "nutrient burn", I should read: "Sativa / Landrace" and "likes lighter feed" amongst other things. Train decisions: Once again, I did try to employ leaf tucking in order to expose shoots and perhaps prevent super-cropping entirely. But I just cannot find a way to do it as long as everything is stretching out nicely. The internodal stretching on well fed and tended for Autos on Haze / Sativa genes with protocols supporting stretch, leaves me with leaves that are way too high up to tuck down without breaking them. The shadowing fan-leaves are always 2 nodes up and provide just some shade for those young nodes to stretch. Those nodes seem to have two modes to me: stretch out high and shoot up -in between- their shadowing fan leave petioles and stem (those will be big); or bend outwards and kinda stop stretching, as they are "thankful" as low priority shoots. Nothing else to add, trucking on, the scrog-net is looming over their heads. I am loving their heights but I have a confession to make: First day week 5? Those beautiful plants will receive their single HST "training" session and will be VERY upset for a day or two (during which I will also lollipop cleanly).

Lost 1 Blueberry to heat stress i think, another blueberry got a bit bleached. Photos are from start to week 2 8 days old. Gsc slowly coming to life that's maybe 4 days old. Lemon auto 3 taking a slow start other than that it's going good gonna introduce some nutes later on in the week. Day 10: plants got a small dose of monster grow pro and bio silica massive growth over night adjusted my light to 18" to get 400-600 ppft hopefully see some huge growth from now on

Happy about this harvest. Very strong orange citrus aroma with some dense buds along with it. Definitely a sativa dominant bud, with a smooth smoke. Have experimenting on self pollinating and tried it on one particular bud on this plant, and i have to say, it has worked! One seed has been found and is directly been placed in soil 3 days ago. Have not seen any faces submerged yet but hopefully fat monkey #2 is on the way soon with some new growing techniques 😏

23cm vertical growth this week. Over doubled her height and got a lot more bushy too. I think she's going to be a fab plant!

📆 Semana 9 Los cogollos llegan al final del ciclo completamente desarrollados, con una gran densidad, dureza y una producción de resina muy elevada. Los cálices terminan de hincharse y las flores alcanzan su máxima compactación y peso, mientras los pistilos se encuentran mayoritariamente oscuros y retraídos. Los aromas alcanzan una intensidad máxima y el perfil terpénico se muestra completamente definido, mientras el fade avanza de forma natural y la planta concentra sus últimos recursos en completar la maduración de las flores. Esta última semana estuvo marcada por la evacuación, dificultando el mantenimiento de la rutina habitual de cultivo. A pesar de ello, la planta consiguió completar el ciclo y llegar a cosecha con un resultado muy satisfactorio. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Le Bilan d'une Session Mémorable & Remerciements ​Une culture d'une grande facilité : Babouch s'est révélée être une plante très facile à cultiver. Malgré quelques erreurs totalement involontaires en cours de route – notamment un pH monté trop haut à cause du bulleur ou les fortes chaleurs causées par les lampes trop proches (liées à sa grande taille) combinées aux températures extérieures – elle a tout supporté avec une résistance incroyable. Le système Autopot a fonctionné à merveille, maintenant la plante saine et en excellente santé tout au long de sa vie. Elle a su offrir de magnifiques têtes bien denses malgré les excès de température. ​Le défi de la manucure finale (Défoliation) : La défoliation finale avant séchage a été particulièrement compliquée. À cause de sa forte densité et de sa forme en foxtailing (queues de renard), retirer les petites et grandes feuilles incrustées au cœur des têtes s'est transformé en un travail de précision. beaucoup de temps passé a retiré 6 heures de travail à la main .Beaucoup de "monofolioles" (feuilles à une seule pale) s'étaient formées à l'intérieur même des buds, une réaction typique de la plante face au stress thermique pour essayer de transpirer et de se refroidir. ​Conclusion : Je ne pouvais vraiment pas rêver mieux pour cette session. The growing cycle itself worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine.000

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. I don't have single complaint. I love this strain and will absolutely be growing more in the future! Great bud structure, never a yellow leaf, just overall badass plant. Very happy I took a clone lol.

5/26 this plant is super fucking frosty and is starting to chunk up a bit.

She is growing good. Defoleated A lot. She is starting to get frosty. No burn upped the newts to 680 ppm. Hung the second light. So things should get interesting.

The phenotype named "Amnesia" was harvested at day 66. She was the smaller of the two, though she was frosty like no other. The phenotype named "Gold" is much larger in both plant and bud structure. She will go on for at least another week in hope of her frosting up some more. The buds are equally dense, but nonetheless there is quite the variation within this 5-pack of seeds. They seem more like cousins than sisters. But I am just a newbie, and this is my first grow, so take it with a grain of salt. Also: This week I started adding a few hours of UVB every day (just a 25w bulb for reptiles)

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity
