Wow, they are growing! Began LST on day 26 and have been working them daily. We did run into our first speed bump. Noticed that some newer growth near the tops of the plants had white/yellow tips on leaves. Using a CMH, I was concerned my light was too close. I moved the light up quite a bit but continued seeing new growth with this problem. Realized it was likely minor nute burn from FFOF... wow it really is as HOT as I have heard... something to consider on future grows. I have left the light up higher though, as I read multiple accounts of people using CMHs near top of tent with no negative effects. To this point, I have seen no stretching or anything that would cause me to lower the light. I did do a light cal/mag feeding once this week but do not believe it has anything to do with the burn. Reading other grow diaries for this strain, and using RO water, I wanted to begin feeding at a low ppm. Maybe not the best idea considering, but we live and we learn. Photos/video are day 29 since breaking the soil.

Yesterday I sprayed her down with Neem Oil to see if it helps to mitigate whatever is beginning to chew on her leaves. 5/1- Well there's another fairly slow week for the GG4 Sherbet FF from FastBuds. Our weather is beginning to warm up and I'm looking forward to seeing this little lady take off! There's another week for the little GG4 Sherbet FF. This week was key in identifying as to why my growth has slowed down so much. I already knew that the temperature of the tent would affect the growth and with the nutrients still being pretty high, I don't see why it's the way it is other than that being the culprit. The scent is still very weak at the moment too so those trichomes were just getting boiled. In comparison to the rest of the grow, the temps rose at the wrong time smh. It's alright though because as I am posting this, I bought a more powerful oscillating fan and it's giving me night temps of around 73 and should give me around 76 day so we will see how she looks on Sunday.

All plants growing well , buds developing well. Fat banana much stronger against the feeding then the Bubble Kush Auto, but still both growing well and dense buds .

How do you produce electricity with living plants? By using the natural processes that already occur. In short: the plant produces organic matter via photosynthesis. Only part of this organic matter is then used for its own growth. The rest (40% of carbon capture) is excreted via the roots. Around the roots, bacteria feed on the organic matter and they release electrons. If you’re able to harvest the electrons into an electrode, you can couple the first electrode to a counter-electrode and build an electrical circuit, like in a battery. Water electrolysis requires a minimum potential difference of 1.23 volts, although at that voltage external heat is also required. Typically 1.5 volts is required. Biochar, a by-product of biomass pyrolysis, is typically characterized by high carbon content, aromaticity, porosity, cation exchange capacity, stability, and reactivity. The coupling of biochar oxidation reaction (BOR) with water electrolysis constitutes biochar-assisted water electrolysis (BAWE) for hydrogen production, which has been demonstrated to reduce the electricity consumption of conventional water electrolysis from 1.23v to 0.21v. Biochar particles added to the electrolyte form a two-phase solution, in which the biochar oxidation reaction (BOR) has a lower potential (0.21 V vs. RHE) than OER (1.23 V vs. RHE), reducing the energy consumption for hydrogen production via biochar-assisted water electrolysis (BAWE). BAWE produces H2 under 1 V while eliminating O2 formation: key word "eliminating". Air with a normal oxygen concentration of around 21% is not considered explosive on its own; however, if a flammable gas or vapor is present, increasing the oxygen percentage above 23.5% can significantly increase the risk of ignition and explosion due to the enriched oxygen environment. The addition of ion mediators (Fe3+/Fe2+) significantly increases BOR kinetics. Air: Nitrogen -- N2 -- 78.084% Carbon Dioxide -- CO2 -- 0.04% Hydrogen in homosphere H -- 0.00005% Hydrogen "GAS" H2 in homosphere - 0% "Nitrogen, oxygen, and argon are the three main components of Earth's atmosphere. Water concentration varies but averages around 0.25% of the atmosphere by mass. Carbon dioxide and all of the other elements and compounds are trace gases. Trace gases include the greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and ozone. Except for argon, other noble gases are trace elements (these include neon, helium, krypton, and xenon). Industrial pollutants include chlorine and its compounds, fluorine and its compounds, elemental mercury vapor, sulfur dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide. Other components of Earth's atmosphere include spores, pollen, volcanic ash, and salt from sea spray." Although the CRC table does not list water vapor (H2O), air can contain as much as 5% water vapor, more commonly ranging from 1-3%. The 1-5% range places water vapor as the third most common gas (which alters the other percentages accordingly). Water content varies according to air temperature. Dry air is denser than humid air. However, sometimes humid air contains actual water droplets, which can make it more dense than humid air that only contains water vapor. The homosphere(where you live) is the portion of the atmosphere with a fairly uniform composition due to atmospheric turbulence. In contrast, the heterosphere is the part of the atmosphere where chemical composition varies mainly according to altitude. The lower portion of the heterosphere contains oxygen and nitrogen, but these heavier elements do not occur higher up. The upper heterosphere consists almost entirely of hydrogen, cool. 78%nitrogen as N2, a far too stable bond to be used by organisms. 20%oxygen 0.04%co2 0.00005% hydrogen When lightning strikes, it tears apart the bond in airborne nitrogen molecules. Those free nitrogen atoms N2 nitrites then have the chance to combine with oxygen molecules to form a compound called nitrates N3. Once formed, the nitrates are carried down to the ground becoming usable by organisms. Will it react with the oxygen in the air spontaneously, the answer is no. The mixture is chemically stable indefinitely. A mixture with air near the release point can be ignited, but if this does not happen then when its concentration gets below 4% it will be unable to carry a flame. Taking a small detour into chemistry here, a key concept to understanding the health impact of nitrogen-based compounds is knowing the difference between nitrates and nitrites. A nitrite (NO2) is a nitrogen atom bonded to only two nitrogen atoms. Very strong bond. A nitrate (NO3) is a nitrogen atom bonded to three oxygen atoms. Weaker bond The optimal pH for nitrate (NO3-) depends on the process and the type of bacteria involved. The optimal pH for nitrification is between 7.5 and 8.6. Nitrification is the process of oxidizing ammonia to nitrate and nitrite.

Grow diary 11. This grow I'm running 4 diaries, one for each strain in the tent. So my plan is instead of a week being 7 days, my weeks are most likely going to be every 10 days. I think I'm going to take pictures every 5 days so there is a mid week and end week shot. I'm germinating in my propagation tent which is secret jardin dp60. I soaked the seeds in water for 15 hours. The seeds sank so i took that as a good sign. After the seed had soaked for 15 hours I then soaked the rockwool cube for 30 mins in PH 5.8 water with 0.5ml/L hydroguard. Gave the cube a shake and let it drain for 30 mins before placing the seed pointy side down so the top of the seed is level with the cube. Covered seed with a loose bit of rockwool. Placed into propagator with the sunblaster t5 lights on constant. After 71 hours the seed popped TEMP MAX 34.2C AVG 30.1C MIN 25.8C HUMID MAX 86.3% AVG 80.3% MIN 57.2% VPD MAX 2.07 AVG 0.83 MIN 0.64 Hopefully back in 10 days.

Que hay familia, vamos con la primera semana de vida de estas Candy Rain de Zamnesia, para el concurso POWER BUDS Plagron x Zamnesia CONTEST Se germinaron las 5 semillas de Candy Rain el día 6 de octubre y en 24 horas 100% ratio , 7 días en tierra. Por supuesto vamos a utilizar la tierra de plagron lightmix que siempre utilizo, y como este proyecto es para concurso voy a ceñirme a los productos de plagron. Esta vez regué con una aplicación de Sugar Royal, 0,5 ml x litro de agua , por supuesto controlando siempre el Ph, que ahora mismo lo dejamos en 6. Critical purple autos smelling fierce certain times of day, not as bulky as i imagined especially since they advertise 150 grams per plant outside. 24k golds are chillin the one tall guy is gunna get chopped up if it keeps going at tht rate or it'll be too much to manage.

Switched to flower, changed nutes to GT coco flower, Ppms 550. Light schedule is 12/12 with increase in co2 to 1500ppms during lights on. Took out plants and did some super cropping and a general cleanup 2 days before switching over. The GSC are getting pretty big and a little worried about the stretch, whereas the WW are pretty stocky little things, hard to LST as the stems are so thick but really fragile, broke a few stems that is was trying to train and spread out. I think this might be to do with the co2 as I have another one from the same batch in another tent with no co2 and comparable lighting, it has a less compact structure. Anyhow going ok at the moment temps are pretty high with the dehumidifier and light. Light bumped up to 70% will slowly ramp it up over the next 2 weeks to see how they fair and see if the increase temps is not too large.

OBJECTIVE -Same nutrients /pH last week SUBJECTIVE -Adding 3-5 gallons daily -PPM Increasing? CONVERSATION Coming down to our last couple weeks, some amber trichomes forming on the leaves. Some branches have such heavy buds they're starting to fall over and require support. Every week we think they'll stop getting bigger but they prove us wrong everytime. The mutant plant has the largest buds but is developing the trichomes the slowest so far. Hopefully well reach 3lbs.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! 1.) I think the Purple Lemonade might have flipped into preflower already like the other Red Poison and Dark Devil 2.) Think the Purple Lemonade has Tobacco Mosaic Disease? No worries for me dur only thing I can see with the streaking/twisted new growth but the Purple Lemonade is doing fine otherwise 😈 More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 Moved the Purple over to it's final 5gal on Jan 26 and started light LST + watering from the bottom of the tray to coax the roots down as opposed to a top pour. Still giving them hourly sprays of basic water foliar and the light water/hydrogen peroxide spray mixed in here and there for piece of mind/extra cleaning from the soil contact during transplant. Looks like bits of purple/red flecks are starting to creep in to the stems so hopefully keeping my window open at night to drop the temperatures will pull some great colours in my tent for the first time 😻👹😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures.
