Hello everyone! How are you? Here's an update on my Papaya Zoap. This week I'll only be able to share some photos, as I'm having technical issues, but I promise that next week I'll bring you the best photos I can. As I mentioned in the Black Muffin and Strawberry Cola diary, I started noticing that my plants had slowed down their development a bit and were showing signs of deficiencies. I discovered that my pH regulator wasn't working properly, but I've already fixed that problem. Most likely there was a root blockage. I've already flushed the plant once with distilled water, and I'll probably do the same on the next watering. I'll fertilize again next week. You'll have news soon, haha! Hugs machines.💀😍

Training and defoliation, plus i decided to transplant two bench plants that were chillin in 500ml cups incase smth goes wrong with the rest but nothing went wrong ofc. So i transplanted them into 3 galons and supercropped so at least i get somewhat even tops. Plan is to veg them 7-10 days more and we go into flowering :)

Our Black Runtz by Zamnesia has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they'll go into flowering. She's a plant with a low internodal distance, they're not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but you just need to let them grow a little and not go into flowering straight away to get an excellent result anyway. As a general rule but very general plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of the techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance which are very easy to handle, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent dimensions even if worked with techniques that keep them low. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but without making her go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were in quite evident over. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a soil fertilized with gradual release or in fact start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. I did some defoliation and pruning of lower branches at the start of the week and this plant hasn't recovered as much foliage as the CBD Blue Shark, even though this one was bigger until recently. I think the plants have a preference for being on the left, right underneath the filament part of the light bulb. I also still need to finish the right wall and put white mylar on it. Maybe I will switch the plants for a bit.

13 ounces wet weight! Which is amazing for one auto. She grew like an absolute champ and bud sites were plentiful and filled in beautiful. Nice dense nugs and extremely pugent diesel smell which is great for the aply named Sour Diesel strain. Sticky and stinky, looking forward to the dry bud, should be around 3.5 ounces all said and done. Best autoflower to date.

Babies are almost ready! Starting to fade and getting denser by the day. There’s definitely noticeable differences between phenotypes. One smells like a woody kush, another smells like kush/diesel and the other one smells of pure grapes. Expected a little more genetic stability but still h@ppy with the variety.

First week went good. They're all looking healthy and reaching for that light, a bit too much actually so I lowered the light a bit. These first days seem to take forever just have to be patient nothing else you can do.. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲
