This little monster smells like 🔥 probably she will not give a big harvest, but I care more of the quality of the strain at the end 👹

The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. This girl is coming along really nicely starting to see a bit more too her now. I have up'd the big bud nutrients this week so hopefully it "puts the big in your buds" increasing both their size and quality! It has been about 2 weeks now since I nearly snapped a branch clean off. I strapped and propped the snapped branch to the main stem as soon as it happen but when I check it the next day it had slipped I did worry as I wasn't sure how long it had been apart but I re-strapped it and hoped for the best. So far the branch still looks healthy and I haven't noticed any issues with it at all. The branch looks as if it is healing really well so hopefully she pulls through. Happy growing 🌱

Day 95 harvest of last 2 of 4 plants. 10 days after first two were harvested. BB1 and GG1 seem to have denser buds than BB2 and GG2. I think the yield will be greater also. First two plants dried for 6 days at 45-50 RH and 65-70F and put into quart Mason jars with humidity meters and pouches at 62 RH. Once second two have dried, will update dry weight for all 4 plants in Harvest week.

Tag 63: Die Pflanze erholt sich nur schlecht, ich vermute es war die Hitze vorletze Woche. Aber der Schaden zeigt sich wohl erst jetzt so nach und nach. Genau da wo es Kühler wurde 😲 Tag 65: Habe die verbrannten Blätter entfernt, doch auch die neuen Blätter sehen auch nicht wirklich gut aus. Die Pflanze hat Millionen winzige neue Zweige ausgebildet. Die müsste ich eigentlich auch noch alle entfernen irgendwann. Ich bin am überlegen die Pflanze platt zu machen. Tag 66: Ich habe die Pflanze schweren Herzens platt gemacht 😭. Da war einfach der Wurm drinnen. Ich will die Sorte aber so bald wie möglich erneut growen.

As you can see she is in full flowering mode right now. She has slowed down the vertical growth and I can see “hairs” everywhere. During this week I took off some fan leaves as advised by the breeder and I will probably do it again in week 5 of flowering. Despite feeding her with solid dosages of BAC nutrients some of the lower leaves have turned a bit yellow so I will increase the amount of “food” she gets from now on. I have ramped up the power on the Bilberry lamp to 80%. I must say this lamp is out of this world. I hope the end product will reflect it. Hope she keeps going good.
