Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. well, that day dawned :) growing in a suitcase was really difficult, temperature, humidity, plant growth, everything was very difficult to control, but I managed something, it was an extremely interesting experience :) 119 gr wet, I think it will be between 25-30 gr dry , which I think is really good from the suitcase :) it was something different than usual, and now I'm going to grow another begina, which is much bigger than this one :) good luck to everyone, and thank you.:)

Hey good morning Growers hope all is well with everyone and their family and plants Well there’s a lot going on over here at the 48219 Krud Buddy’s Grow House I found out when I transplanted my Wedding cake and Sherbertlato I put them into super soil I feed them twice lightly thank god cause I don’t have any burns or anything n their growing good to me everything is growing good to me way better than the auto flowers I started with but I did some cloning of my own and I’m loving how their taking on as well So here’s what’s going on strain by strain Gorilla Cookies & Peanutbutter Breath : as of Today April 25th they are on day 60 since I got them and have been sitting in the dark since last night for their 24hrs of darkness before flip to flower starting tomorrow morning thinking a good timing would b from 6/6 or 7/7 also I have them under my 600w budget led hanging 12’ above I can’t wait to see how they out and I have them under an scrog net I made Wedding Cake & Peanutbutter Breath: on May 5th it’ll be 60 days since I’ve had them I pretty much told everything bout them at the beginning Grape Pie & Girl Scout Cookies: it’s Been about 3 weeks And I must say they stretched fast their already 15’ tall the grape Pie is spreading faster any of the other clones I got I’m loving it I recently got Cherry Pie & Guava Cake x Cookie it’s bout week one going on two weeks and I must say when I got them I was kinda skeptical about them because they were so weak looking and the cuts on them were terrible but they look like they might turn out into something amazing idk but the pictures show it all as well as the clones I cut myself in clear plastic cups ands their on their second week of life I noticed roots on the 10th and put into cups on the 11th if I’m not mistaken I’m not around my chart so I’m not for sure but everything is going swell over here to me

Well week 3 went by pretty good! I flushed my soil twice because i was starting to see what looked like nutrient burn and since flushing twice it seems to have amended the soil and issue. I waited until the soil was fairly dry and watered yesterday with a new set of nutrients and will be keeping it on a schedule of feeding nutes once a week until i know it can handle more and im not burning it again. I bought stuff to help me LST the branches and during doing so bent one too far and it started tearing off. I put some support under it to hold it in place and now im just hoping and praying it heals up and can resume growth instead of me having to get rid of the whole thing. We will see but im excited either way!

Well I wasn't planning on doing a journal for this one but I figured because of the three leaves it might be cool to show people. I have only had this happen one time before and I was just starting out growing Micro managing and I killed it...lol...live and learn. A bit more experience now so fingers crossed.

Algae is an asshole. Thought things were going really well... and then found a bit of algae in the rockwool.... No biggie I figure. Wrong. Left it one night, and today (Sunday) open the jar to find algae in all the roots. Not cool. Well, I needed to swap the nutrients anyway, and was going to do a major bonsai pruning... so why not also wash everything, plant included, in mild hydrogen peroxide solution? Sure, THAT's fun. Made the decision to swap Hydroguard for H2O2 as well, since the water is room temp (21-22 C) and the H2O2 supposedly helps prevent algae.... and keeps away root rot even in higher solution temperatures. Oh, and H2O2 is also seemingly a buffer... making getting the pH right in that small jar strange - needed WAY more pH down than without the hydrogen peroxide. Fingers crossed that the major life disturbances will help manage the algae and not just put the nails in the coffin.

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. The hardest part of growing, is the time for harvest... I didn't do the norm, no 12/12 I do 10/14.. Do I harvest? I flushed her out, its only week 6 of flower, and I feel like there is plenty of time for these babies to bulk up... things are on cruise control, moon mintz is a 9 week flowering plant. She is looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This whole grow, except the hermie... has been a blessing. I love this plant, seeing my efforts going into these huge buds is very very amazing.

Was a great week. Built mini tables to raise up smaller plants. That gave me an even canopy for the most part. Gave the plants a new feeding of Dolomite lime for Calmag and 4-8-4 blend for flower. Covered with straw, this is the first time trying this to keep the topsoil wet. We'll see. Redid some ties and tried to Tetris my plants to max out the space. Flipping to flower tomorrow and will make an estimated 8 week flower. The breeder says 45 days but I have my doubts.
