Noticing a little purple tinge to all plants at top , I’m thinking it’s the led , never had it with hps before

In week 5 of flower and decided to start documenting my indoor 2x4 grow setup. We currently just finished day 3 of week 5. I have my lights running from 9:15PM - 8:45AM. I am not sure how I messed up on my timer but that's been my schedule since flipping to flower. I have an A/C in my bedroom that I duct into the tent. I have my A/C set at 62F and the tent gets to around 71-75F with the lights on. Lights off it ranges from 68-70F. I have a small dehumidifier in the tent that needs to be replaced because it is not efficient. I have an intake fan running at full blast at all times and my exhaust fan is automated to turn on based on temp and humidity. Week 5 has brought on a lot of strong dank smells and a whole lot of weight to the buds. They are really starting to thicken up! I have not had too many issues with this grow so far and luckily, the tent in clean and bug-free. Lots of resin and terpene production going on and you can smell and see it increase daily! I am following General Hydroponics Flora Series 6-Part grow chart. I am currently following the medium strength chart. I'll measure everything out exactly as the chart suggest then dilute my mix until I get to my desired PPM of 1000-1200. I PH around 6.2-5.8 and then add my microbes. I changed up my watering technique mid grow due to an issue I dealt with and now watering 2x a day. Lights on and right before lights off. If my lights didn't run overnight, I would like to add in a 3rd watering in the middle of my light cycle but 2 a day is working for now. I water until there is a good amount of runoff. I measure the PPM of my runoff compared to the PPM of my inflow mix and will keep watering until the runoff is 300PPM or less over my input. So if my mix is 1000 PPM and my runoff is 1600PPM, I will go back and water or as I like to think about it, rinse off the coco until my runoff PPM is at 1300-1000. It is a little tedious but it's a habit I formed and it does not take much longer to ensure your PPMs in the root zone is perfectly where I want it. I defoliated right before flipping to flower. Then defoliated 2 weeks later, and then a minor defoliation on week 4 of big fan leaves. I most likely won't be taking off any more leaves for the rest of the grow unless they are really blocking the light. I am planning on harvesting in week 8 or 9, depending on when the plant is showing it is ready. For General Hydroponics line, it has been the same nutrient strength/mix from week 3-5. Next week, Week 6, we start lowering the strength and adjust the amounts as we get into the later stages of flower and eventually will be flushing. For my flush, I will be using GH Florakleen, GH ripen, Mammoth P, and Bio-Fizz. Excited to see how these girls turn out! I'll be adding my outdoor grow as well as a new veg tent that I setup yesterday in my room. Stay tuned!

Was a good harvest wk. Think I pult about 5 others plants that drying week. And she held her smell from the start to the end of curing. No bushwhack smell (hay). And got some decent strong weed. Although not my favourite weed. In its own right for what it is. It is what it says. So, hence the 8 tars.

Repotting on June 13, from 12l to 30l

12.9 4th veg week done.. Healthy girls now. Blue fire's showed some signs that root space was running low and also nitrogen def. but got it under control and girls are now in final homes. Blue Fires are in 11L plastic pots and the New's in 16L root pouches. They got used to new homes pretty fast and were growing more the next day moved 👌 No hussle there. This is where sometimes I have burned extra time when messing with trasplanting. Maybe rhizotonic had something to do with this. Using it for the first time now. I mixed my soil 75% soil and 25% coco.. usually it's 50/50 but I like to tweak thing a little to see what's up 😉😎🙏 I topped all girls yesterday. Aiming for 6-8 tops in every plant and gonna insert netting there and also use stakes to part that space. Ok happy growing to everyone and thanks for stopping by! 🙏👽

Frost banger started stretching a little so I toped them with good bag soil. And hit them with some juice to help them settle in the northern lights are a little behind growth speed compared to the frost banger.

08/31 Day 29 start of week 5 of flower. Both seem tk be doing really well no signs of light stress or anything. Should start packing on weight now. Fed small pot 1310ppm didn't measure runoff 09/01 watered big pot runoff 338ppm. Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary, I took my time with his one ;) Now we cut the second POGP auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 660g. wet, this one finished at 1,85kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late, maybe that's also the reason for all my problems with this strain during the grow?! The two plants where different phenotypes, the smaller one (from Week 17)though small had nice hard flowers, the bigger one as the only plant from four I grew during the growop started foxtailing. Both of them branched nicely the smell was quite strong and awoul xD like gasoline and something rotten, it smelled so bad i checked a couple times under microscope for any signs of mold in the flower and to my suprise I found nothing. Thank God later during drying the smell would subdue to a more generic "hazediesel" smell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. My mutant plant is looking beautiful with its tri leaf formation. What an exciting grow already on top of being a huge fan of Humboldt Seed Company and this being my first grow with their seeds. 💚 Can’t wait to see how these girls grow especially next to the Strawberry Gorilla Auto by FastBuds. Both amazing breeders but still so curious to see them grow side by side 🍁 Week two of the seedling stage is done, officially entering vegetative growth stage. Watering everyday with nutrients added every second day. Just a bout a liter of water a day usually an hour or two after lights turn on for the day.

Aug 10: this scrog is looking okay. Likely will avoid doing it this way in future, but it will work out. Aug 11/13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re also immediately using a 730 nm light as a bloom booster. A bright light at that wavelength converts the hormone and allows the plant to go into dark mode two hours faster. Anyway, the red light cancels out the flash from the pics which is cool because buds look good in flash pics.

Today, I started off this week with a drain/clean of the AirCube reservoir, after which I filled it with 80L of well water and added in the Plagron Nutrients (Green Sensation first, then 'A' & 'B' base nutrients, finally the Royal Rush). After the nutrients were added and the EC checked ( it's 2.0), I ph'd the solution to 5.7 @ 68℉. 12/22- I'm continuing with six feeds per day @ 900+/-ppm's, the HLG 650R is at 100% power 28" above canopy and they are getting 4 hours of additional UV during the middle of the light cycle. Tent temp's are running 68-75℉ at a RH of 40-45% and co2 levels are running 650-900ppm. 12/24- The #1 and #2 plants continue to be the better looking of the bunch, with the #2 being the 'one'. The #3 plant continues her struggle but has a generous coating of trichomes covering her flowers! 12/25- ~🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS!🎄~ 12/26- Seven weeks of flower and only a couple more to go! Very fast seedling process, seeds stayed soaking for 24h and in the water they were already showing the first white root hair, another 48h in the paper towel and the day I potted them up they showed cotyledons. They took around 11 days to reach third node and complete germination but honestly I belive it could be faster if in better enviroment, mainly the humidity which was low and I transplanted them a day late. From day 5 I started feeding them exact same nutrients and ratio from the first vegetative week but starting at 0.4EC and increasing by 0.1EC/day until 1.1EC

Starting to smell sweet again ,straight distilled H2O maybe there last drink. Purple Lemonade was a big girl with no sign of stopping she would had foxtailed another flush

The room is tuned for consumption. And not every plant is ready to eat like this. Isn’t that hot?” Only if you misunderstand LED physics. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD — Not Room VPD Under LED lighting: • Minimal infrared radiation • Leaf surface temperature runs 2–4°C below ambient • So while room reads 28°C, leaf surface likely sits 24–26°C With RH at 65%: 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in early–mid flower comfort zone. Signs that confirm it: • No tacoing • No stress curl • No bleaching • No claw • Strong praying • Fast metabolism • Uniform green tone We guide with room readings. But we decide based on leaf behavior. And the leaves are calm. ⸻ 💧 EC 2.9 — Why So High? Because the room demands it. Let’s break it down: • High PPFD (850–1200) • Elevated CO₂ (~900 ppm) • High transpiration window (correct VPD) • Strong stretch phase (week 3 flower from seed) This creates a high-consumption environment. EC isn’t high because we want it high. It’s high because: • They are eating. • They are stretching. • They are metabolically active. If EC were too high, we would see: • Uniform tip burn • Dark clawing • Slowed stretch • Salt stress patterns We are not seeing that. We are seeing appetite. Important note for readers: Not all plants should be fed like this. You must read your room before copying numbers. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Light Haircut, Not Surgery They didn’t desperately need it. But: • The room was being reset • Airflow harmonization matters • Light penetration symmetry matters • Under-canopy exposure matters From the timeline: Before • Healthy canopy • Some interior shading • Early bud sites forming After • Clean lower third • Clear interior airflow • Defined tops • Light pathways opened I didn’t strip. I refined. Week 3 from seed-flower timing means: They are slightly developmentally behind traditional veg-then-flip plants.
