Horrible week :( 1 of the dosi's hermed so im down to 4 plants, 1 DNA Genetics Bakers Delight and 3 Barney's farm Dos-si-dos 33. ( I started with 6 dosi's -_- ) never running these again. The remainers are stacking up nicely after PK week. The DNA genetics bakers delight is absolutely gorgious, the smell is insane!! I'm happy i replaced my carbonfilter a couple of weeks ago. Def be running this strain again. Rock on Growmies

Running 4 autos in the same aeroponic system isnt ideal as 2 of my plants need to flush this week.. while the other 2 still have about 2 weeks again... its all good tho.. id take it out an flush them individually before harvesting.

They got moved into the 4x4 with the jimmy rigged 180w quantum board light built from ceiling tile grid. The tnb co2 is newish but I gotta get the heat up and bring in a more powerful light to take full advantage.

Guava Slushy here in the start of week 5 of Bloom! I've got some supplemental lighting going on to see if it'll help some of the lower areas not receiving as much light!! Let's see we are running advanced nutrients connoisseur bloom a & b. So I found out they make a connoisseur bloom A & B that's safe for coco coir! So i got some other way! Ive been giving her water inbetween nutrients to avoid salt build up in roots! Finally able to use the trellis net, this plant loves it and wants to grow wild with it lol!! We are hunkering down in week 5 of bloom!! This ladies is happy let's go GUAVA! Thank you for all the support

Puede ser falta de calcio, potasio, magnesio...no lo se. Les he echado uns buena dosis de potasio y las que están más afectadas les he echado sgua limpia y un poco de potasio. -una de las GG le falta poco para cortar. El resto les quedará poco menos de un mes

Beginning of the week, Jan20 D29 Continued LST, made an very light defoliation. Last week I've added 1tbsp of soil adifier per plants (sulfur) my PH should reduce enough to be between 6 and 6.8 Jan21 D30: re raised the light @175w, plants are happy Jan24 D33: plants are booming rapidly, topped the 2 C&C on all the main branches Jan27 D37: starting to see a little deficiency. Maybe a lockout of calcium or potassium. Tested soil ph and its around 7. Work to do. Did a slight defoliation, add 1tsbp of mineral mix 0-1-5 per plant (calmag) 1/4 cup of mykes, 1tbsp of Batguano 0-12-8 and 1tbsp of soil acidifier. Top dressed all 3 with that and watered 2L at ph 5.5... Hope I did not do too much. Will wait nx weekend to put into flower.

The Afghani x Mac1 auto from DNA recovered well from the training and is in full bloom. Bud sites are looking great. Had an issue with humidity this week and the leaves started looking rough. She got a dose of Recharge this week and drinks about 8-12oz of water throughout each day. All in all she's trucking right along. Very happy with how smooth this solo cup grow is going.

They are exploding right now. Week 2 Flower Begins. The drank 34 Liters in 6 days from the Autopot Reservoir. Airdomes are all on full blast during lights off.....contemplating one more LST Training over the next day or so.....we shall see. Nov 3rd Update....Holy shit....They have gone through 35 litres of Nutrients since Wed...3 days ago. I have hung up the second Scrog net and will start to guide the tops through over the next few days. I have also added a little supplemental lighting to get them in the mood: 3 Bloom LED strips...I can probably hang them a little lower...

Well week 5 of bloom is complete, and this week brought a few challenges. Humidity in my area has been through the roof, close to 100%. My heavy-duty equipment was struggling to bring my tent to acceptable late flowering levels, sometimes reaching over 60% RH, especially at night when the plant was respirating more. Additionally, her pale yellow color, and leathery leaves didn't excite me too much. If you remember, we had a severe heat wave a couple of weeks ago, which contributed to that. But also, since I messed up the ScrOG training, and regrettably decided not to super-crop her, a fair share of the leaf problems were due to light stress as well, as I didn't want to sacrifice lower colas, so I let it go. My biggest mistake this grow, was not paying attention to her the one day she decided to stretch nearly a foot, and was unable to be weaved into the net the next day without being snapped in half. My second biggest mistake is NOT snapping it in half, and letting it repair itself. I wouldn't have had nearly as much bleaching of leaves I think. This week, and I'm assuming because nearly all chlorophyll was depleted from her fan leaves, I didn't notice much of any change from last week. Her buds seemed to be about the same mass, and the stigmas still had the same ratio of red to white coloration. I suspected she was dead, or dying, or just...done. Not all genetics will transform all of their stigmas from white, and not all genetics will have their trichomes turn amber. So, I did a few things to confirm that suspicion. First, I looked at her trichomes on various buds closely with a microscope. They were almost all cloudy, with very very few amber. That told me that she was at an acceptable level of ripeness, even if she could have went longer, assuming she was still alive. Next, I removed the pea gravel mulch I was using in the raised bed, so I could get a closer look at the soil she was growing in, and more specifically, her roots. The soil, although moist a few inches deep, was not at the level I expected, and I think I have not been watering her enough. I don't think I'll be using a gravel mulch again. On the plus side, it did help prevent fungus gnats, as there was zero the whole grow, apart from an early week when I placed some solo cups to germinate on top of the bed, but after removing them, the fungus gnats disappeared with them. Also while inspecting the soil, I carefully dug down to inspect some of her primary roots. They were actually dry, despite the surrounding soil being moist. This could explain why she wasn't drinking much if any for the better part of the week. So, given her dry foliage, dry roots, and ripe-enough trichomes, I decided it was time to harvest her, earlier than expected. Let's also not forget that I was frightened this week with some high humidity scares, so growing longer, and possibly for no reason if she was dead or barely alive, was not in the cards. I've dealt with my fair share of bud rot before, and I would rather try what I have of her now, than to wait the extra week or so for her to be fully ripe. So, that is what I did, on the last day of the week -- I chopped her down, cut off some larger fan leaves, and hung her upside down. This, of course, was after removing the raised bed. It took me a while to empty about 45 gallons of soil so I could move it, but in doing so, I noticed a lot of beneficial critters, and nothing bad. Such critters included small centipedes, which feed on other insects, and soil mites which eat dead organic matter. I set the tent to dry at around 72F and 55 RH. And now we wait for about a week before trimming. One thing is for sure -- I am very proud of this grow, despite all these flaws. She smells incredible -- like pure citrus emanating throughout my house. This is a very strong-smelling plant. As a bonus, I've included a time-lapse video of the entire grow from start to finish in the last media above. Check it out and let me know what you think. I'll be back for the harvest week for the dry weight in about a week or so, after we're done drying and trimming.

This has been one of the easiest grows I had so far. The feeding was the key. Amending with a ‘Grow’ amendment(rich in Nitrogen) and supplement with Bloom liquid nutrients. Watering as often as possible and using RO water. Even though I had a pest invasion the girls did great.

😎 Hey guy's, how's everyone doing, good I hope 😁 So after a short break I'm back with another journal! This time I'm trying Auto's courtesy of 420 fast buds! I'm really excited to see what these seeds can do & produce!!! Especially as I'll be showcasing the new FC 6500 from mars hydro. This little beast boasts some juicy stats so again, really excited to see what it can produce. I'm also ditching the liquid fertilizer & trying soil amendments from living soils. Specialised Auto nutrients with the added extra of barley & worm casts! I've constructed a much better grow area with a lot more room which Is awesome 😍 Even though I was more than happy with my last critical grow, I wish I had more lol 🤣🤣 I'm germinating in a glass of water & then transferring straight to the 'pre cooked soil' ( more explanation on that later on. I'll be growing under a 20/4 light cycle, starting off at 25% light, increasing to 50% once out of early seedling & into veg. Then 100% for flower. Growing in Biobizz all mix & 20 LTR airpots ( a change from my root nurse fabric pots ) I have an ecotechnics evo fan controller which will control my AC RVK fans & heater. The humidifier is A humipro with built in Humidistat. Here we go..........4 beautiful strains to try so join in & follow to see how I go. One ❤️ Grow diaries. Update - 09/06/2021 - cooking The Soil - As I'm using organic soil amendments for this Auto grow, the soil needs to be 'cooked' prior to planting seedling's. This simply requires mixing 20 grams of Grow Auto per gallon of soil, then water. This will activate the nutrients to start feeding the soil. Update - 10/06/2021 - Germinating - Seeds have been soaking now for 18 hrs. Evidence of all tap roots can be seen already.. absolute result! The 420 fast bud genetics are ticking all the boxes so far! Transferred to paper towel & covered with cling film. Will check progress in around 12 Hrs. Update - 11/06/2021 - Germinating Day 2 - 420 ‘FAST BUDS’ is an understatement! Never seen a tap root bust out like that purple punch! Keep saying it….Genetics, genetics, genetics… ‘ The corner stone of any successful grow ‘ Me thinks they’ll be transplanted to their forever home today! Will see how their doing in another 12 hrs! See ya soon Update 12/06/2021 - Germinating Day 3 - Well, as expected they were totally ready for the transplant! Had to get the humidifier going as the air was just too dry up there. Day 42-49 (Day 43) I was at the dollar store today and I found the best little plant risers. And they all link together in perfect 12” squares. Fits in my tent perfectly and only spent 15 bucks. That should help the dry downs quite a bit. I’m going to transplant the euro genetics into 1.7g pots with amended sunshine mix #4 for their final containers. I moved all of the non-marijuana seedlings into a small greenhouse out of my tent so I have some more space and light per plant. I also set up an exhaust fan to keep the humidity at a perfect 65-70% night and day. (Day 44) Everything is looking a little nute burned and droopy. The garlics are showing signs of overwatering and nitrogen toxicity. They look like they want to flower so badly. Node spacing is weirdly short too. I picked up the American genetics to look for roots and they were busting out of the bottom. They’re definitely not rootbound as they’re not even a foot tall yet. This is likely from having soil that is too compact (from using too much rock dust and not enough drainage) causing my waterings to not even reach the bottom of the pot. This was also happening to my other grow. I will make sure to very lightly pack soil into pots for now on because you can always add more later. I’m going to fluff up the pots and see if I can loosen the soil a bit. If that doesn’t work I’m going to look at transplanting into 3g fabric pots and lightly shaking off most of the old soil. Luckily I added a shit ton of drainage for the euro genetics when I amended the sunshine mix so they won’t need a transplant. (Day 46) The fluffing didn’t do much. In fact it might have made it worse lol. I just went to the store and bought some Destiny Organics soil and have decided to transplant. I dusted off 90% of the old soil down to root ball which will cause an insane amount of stress to the plants. The plants started in the aero garden were being choked out by the shitty sponge plug it was germinated in. I took a razor blade and carefully cut them down the middle so the stem can expand. I might have cut a few major roots one or two plants. Other than that everything is transplanted. I cut all my amendments in half and I packed the soil very loosely this time. The situation is not ideal by any means but I’m hoping they will bounce back in the next week. This should at least set them up for a more successful flower. I can’t really expect much quality from botched run but who knows. I might come out with some fire. Since this is my last grow here I don’t even have to pay the power bill for the next few months! (I have a very generous landlord as he’s letting me finish my grow until mid September now 😂) (Day 47) I’m going to give them their first good watering and test my fluffy soil. I watered in approximately 700mls each making sure it soaks to the bottom of the pot. (Day 49) All the plants have bounced back except for the ones with root damage. They are still looking droopy and sad. The black garlic #1 has recovered really nicely and is looking happier than ever. The apical growth tip is so tight it has like 4 nodes within an inch somehow. I recently learned that hormones contained in kelp and seaweed extracts can act as plant growth inhibitors and shorten node spacing drastically. I only added a very small amount of kelp meal to the soil so it must be leftover from the previous foliar sprays Velokelp. I’m going to pinch the top off bg1 and see if the lowers can catch up. Sucks to do that so close to flip but oh well. The euros are looking fully recovered from their burn a little while ago. The sunshine mix is quite thick and water retentive as well but at least it has some extra drainage. They’re all looking quite healthy.
