Guava RF3 First indoor grow

Chrisbowa Looking healthy but short. Spraying around stem with distilled water when dry.

Chrisbowa Not much happening. Still not stretching. Don't know why. pot too big? too much water? Stunt?

Chrisbowa Things are picking up, but never stretched. The stem is only 1/2 inch from soil to leaf. Maybe from the distilled water. used a ph meter and it's 7.2 ph. Worries about future watering trapping moisture at the base of the plant. used ph down now water is 6.3 ph. used 1/4 cup. I'm using "General Hydroponics Cal-Mag" with everything watering for the rest of the grow. 1 tsp per gallon.

Chrisbowa Explosive growth this week. Starting LST early so it will be easier to water. Using a pipe cleaner to pull down the top of the plant. Bottom leaves are touching the soil. Finishing my distilled water before switching to tap water. 1 cup PH 6.4

Chrisbowa Had to pull down that top every morning until the other branch stretched to about the same hight. The bottom is very dense with huge fan leaves. I have to lift them to water. 1/2 gallon when the pot is light. I found plant training clips online that I'm gonna use on the leaves and some branches. Trying not to cut any leaves for less stress.

Chrisbowa The clips are working great 👍. Even canopy. Verry green. Still not cutting any leaves. Going into flower now so i slowly introduced Bud neutreants while decreasing vege neuts. Still not as tall as I wanted. Hopefully it'll stretch a lot.

Chrisbowa Mar 30 - Apr 3 Crazy weather this week. Tent temp reached 90 and above. Decided to change light schedule from off 12am on 4am to off 10am on 3pm. Seems to help. Hope all is well. Anyway, I cut my first leaf off the bottom of the plant. Getting in the way for watering and starting to block the fan. Strange growth. Some branches have Left side 1 fan leaf 1 bud site, above that Right side 1 fan leaf 1 bud site. Looking ok. Lots of bud sites. Watered twice. One neutreants, one no neut.

Chrisbowa Everything on track . Cut 4 bottom leaves that wer turning yellow. Watering every 2 days right now. Some top leaves are turning yellow. Don't know if I'm under feeding, or something else is wrong. We'll see.

Chrisbowa April 13-19 Buds are stacking well. Trichomes are coming in heavy. Have some small Buds on bottom of plant that I'm keeping because I love cookies 🍪 😋. The canopy is even enough and spread well for a 2x2. Some leaf fade, but I don't know if it's normal or not enough feeding, so I'm gonna full feed then light feed instead of just water. Overall looking OK.

Chrisbowa April 20-26 This week was a Frost explosion. Smells like you just walked into a candy store. Resin coverage extends into the fan leaves and the trichomes are a solid milky white. It's probably moving from the bulking phase into the ripening phase. I regret not doing any defoliation because the lower buds aren't where they should be but fine. 5 gallon pot in 2x2 is not enough space to bend branches to the max. I'm still satisfied.

Chrisbowa April 27 - May 2 This week I didn't think that she would bulk up anymore, but she absolutely did. Fat and sticky. Even the buds under the canopy got fat and super frosty. The only problem is that they are light green because they hardly have any light from no defoliation. The purple color change is crazy. People said it's from the strain and cool temps. Anyway, She's on the last stretch and about to be on her way to graduation. Wish her luck 🤞.

Chrisbowa May 3 - 6 Today is Graduation. She went from a little green seedling to a beautiful colorful overweight adult. She smells and looks great 👍. I'm pretty sad to cut her down, but she says she's ready and wants me to taste her sweet flavor. So I'm doing it. I will do some wet trimming and hang the plant as a whole. I also grew an experiment plant in a 16 oz container that I didn't showcase in the same tent. "Tropicana Cookies" I'll show a Pic and vid. I think I have the growing part down ok, So now let's hope 🙏 I get the drying part finished without issues 😅.

Chrisbowa Well... Today I found out that I really hate trimming. ? It took me around 8 hours. Yield of 122 grams or 4.3 oz. Not bad at all. A little fluffy from heat in her final week. Fully dried in 10 days exactly. Gonna try a bud then jar it up for around 3 or 4 weeks, but I'm sure I'll dip into one of the jars here and there before the time is up.🤪
