So, this is my first grow, just starting out. After NJ passed recreational weed, I was like you know what... Went on an amazon spending spree and got some seeds from cropkingseeds and this is it! I let the seeds soak for 18hr in deer park spring water w/ 1 drop of Organic Liquid Seaweed and Kelp Fertilizer Supplement by Bloom City. At the end of soakage, it didn't look like any had cracked maybe one did not so sure. So I did up the papertowels according to the video and have to say I feel a little nervous/anxious that there is too much water/weight on the seeds and feer drownage. I'm going to keep it on there though. I check the towels a few times throughout the day and am surprised they're very moist throughout the day and next morning still somewhat damp. 24 hours in the towels I check my babies and one had cracked but the rest were still sealed up tight, unwilling to share the goodness that we all so desire, cmon babies crack that shell for papa! 11/12 looked like 1 seed popped, yay! I remoistened towels a bit but didn't wanna soak them. I also put some rapid rooters in water to soak overnight gunna throw the seeds in them in AM... I was going to do it tonight but figured I should wait see if some pop out more. 11/13 OMG upon checking seeds at 07:10 I found the papertowels like bone dry OMG WTF!!! Panic sets in but I just set up the little terrarium with 6 plugs and put the seeds in and tore some plugs off bottom of a plug to cover seedhole with. 11/14 Got a sprout! YES!! The plugs look nice and moist just going to let it go! 11/15 Woke up this mornin, saw a new sprout peeking thru and then another about to! I got ansy and took off the little top plugs and found all the sprouts were coming up! Leaving the top plug off, hopefully thats not a bad idea.

Day 42 Things startinmg to look up. I had to put the trellis up and bend over the NYC Sour D, trhe cola was in the lights -bubblegum is getting taller i need it to do some stretching so i can match the light. -Growdots, recharge, calmag and silica.

Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. Day 91-92 BK. WHITE DEATH decended on her neighbors. Mold showed up on one bud in 2 of the other plants in this tent, not on this plant but in plants on either side. Got some great advice from a grower that goes by m0use and thanks so much I followed your advice and am seeing no mold or damage. I removed the top that had the mold growing 2 inches below the affected spot there was nothing under or behind it or anywhere else that I could see so I must have caught it very early. Next I mixed 2 cups of spring water with 2 ounces of 3% hydrogen peroxide, then misted the whole grow until I had used it all. This was done at lights out I placed a fan in front of the tent opened the tent on all sides and let the fan dry her off before the lights came back on. When the lights came back on there were a few places at the back of the tent where I used a paper towel to dab some wet leaves then blow dried with no heat to be sure that section was dry, the blow dry was only a minute or 2. It worked plants looking great checked trichomes and they are all there and clear so mission accomplished. Again thanks to m0use for the help and I plan to start bud washing between chop and dry on all grows, I tried to reply to all answers on my grow questions but once again the techno caveman doesn't know how to do something simple. Copy and pasteing this on the other diaries... Yep that I can do. Ok happiness flush continues and starting to see some cannibal fade. Day 97 BK. She is done. Finishing a week early probably due to never topping her and she never experienced transplant shock since she germinated in this pot..

Running out of room with these girls.. So I defoliate and water feed and hope the fans are helping.

Watermelon 🍉 is maturing very well. Nice and dense, frosty buds! She's finished growing now, so concentrating next on just flower nutes. The plant is very small due to my terrible attempt at LST! 😅 27.2.25: Watermelon 🍉 and Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 are both far below the scrog net, they've definitely stopped stretching now. My LST on these was much worse than even just using the net. 😅 That was certainly a valuable takeaway. I'm sure Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 will be good. Watermelon 🍉 was so stunted. It's not a tall strain, usually either, but nevertheless, the buds there are looking very frosty and are very, very sticky! 😅 Should be a good smoke, eventually, 🤗 just won't be much to bag unfortunately.

At the end of the 3rd week of bloom the Dough Boy feminised is coming along with pistols appearing all over the plant. The leaves are stable green and the stem is a healthy green. The growth spurt has slowed down with the Dough Boy only gaining 2cm growth this week. The lady will be fed only as required. I will check the E.C level with the next feeding. She stands at approximately 62cm tall

🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 13 Week thirteen. The plant seems in good shape overall, even though it’s starting to show some light discoloration on a few leaves. I don’t really know what’s causing it. Maybe it’s because the plant is growing and needs more nutrients now. Or maybe there’s some kind of nutrient blockage starting to appear. The substrate has been running for thirteen weeks, so it could be getting a bit loaded. I’m thinking a flush might help — just to give the root system a reset before moving forward. This week I also worked on defoliation and topping. We’re now at sixteen apexes, and I think that’s enough. It’s probably the last topping, because if I wait much longer, the plant is going to get too big and it’ll be harder to manage once she stretches. Aside from that, everything looks fine. However, I did notice a big drop in pH in the reservoir, which is strange. I added Athena Balance, just like always, but the pH keeps going down. I don’t really understand why it’s dropping so much. Other than that, everything’s okay — nothing special to report. The plant looks stable, and we’re getting close to the flowering stage.

I really enjoyed growing this strain. I hope I can get my hands on it again and take what I've learned and apply it. I didnt have any herm's or anything of the sort. I think Ethos really makes some great genetics. This stuff gets me really good. If i had prevented stretching's, and trained a little bit, I probably could have gotten a half pound out of here. Regardless 5.5 ounces is respectable for a 2nd grow if you ask me. Curing turned out very well. My whole place stinks when I burp these jars. Im OBSESSED with this Rosin. Best smelling and best tasting dabs I've ever had so far. Hope you all enjoyed this diary. I really loved sharing how this strain came out. I hope it comes out even better for all of you guys! 9-9 Biggest of the bunch! Ztrawberriez Recharge around 750ml Kosher rockin too though! 9-11 Day 17 Both big and tall, so I bent them!️ I happen to notice a slight, tiny hair on Ztrawberriez. So Ill mark her flower, in around 5-6 days. I'll hold top dress till then as well. 9-12 Big water! Brought eco witt from 20% to 45% after settled. Took around 2-2.5 liters. Definitely pistols! 9-14 Adjusted LST, prepare for water and top dress tomorrow. May add booster!? Great growth and end to the week! Both have pistils, z by 1 day! Both start flower tomorrow! The plants are thriving! Up till now no issues at all, its all going perfect! I did start giving them more water. They get 2 liter per plant with 2 days in between. They are very thirsty, as they should!😁
