Definitely getting close to chopping them the trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few amber. I'm looking for 70/30 of amber to cloudy. The smell is super strong and flowers are dense to the touch. This was the last week that I did defoliation on the plant. I defoliated very heavily the plant this week, I removed most of the fan leaves and a ton of small bud sites that would only generate popcorn buds. Unfortunately, the defoliation did not go as planned, I accidentally cut my trelluse net and remove one big branch by mistake, but the plant looked like it bounced back and is not showing any problems. This was also the last week that I gave mycorrhizal and applied foliar spray DAY 114 - Nutes PH - 5.83 PPM- 2830 Solution Temp - 18 Watering Volume - 4L Foliar PH - 6.29 PPM- 2270 Solution Temp - 20.5 Watering Volume - 200ml

01/19/2022 Stretch is starting, watering till 5-10% Runoff. I will be giving some molasses 2 tbls to 2 gallons water to feed the microbial life in my soil. This should help nutrient uptake from roots, feeding her flowers with microbial chelated nutrients. Changing to 12-12 tomorrow at lights on. Which will continue through flowering week 8, week 9- harvest will go to 11-13 for the fantastic finish! Getting rid of the dark green male he is not adjusting to drought (lack of water) as well as lighter green male. Lighter green can go twice as long without water with no sign at wilting

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Tropicana Cookies looking and smelling amazing. Smells like a fresh batch of tropical starburst. Covered in trichomes. Dense purple buds. Bag appeal is off the charts

Week 3 from seed, 1st week of Veg. Transplant to a 5-gallon fabric pot, they will grow in living soil and set up auto drip irrigation by using Netafim Netbow.

Well, its been a very hot, hum8d and dry week. Well, over a week since we got rain, weeks since we've had a good downpour. The streambed is too low, and if this keeps up I'll have to truck water from the house. Despite the lack of rain everyone is doing well. The ladies are really stretching now that they're in flower and I'm happy with how everyone looks. I found another liquid fish fertilizer that's a 3-2-2 vs the Alaska brand 4-1-1 I was using before so I think this will work out even better for flower. And it's local!

At day 84 from seed, 38 days since the switch to 12-12, she is a little closer to my light than I want. She looks happy to me though so I hope I get away with it. She is just entering that part of her life cycle where she is developing and putting on weight. Not much to do much wait and see if she ends up too close to my light and if she'll need support later in flower.

Week 1

At the end of the 12th week I decided to chop. The plant grown a lot filling my entire tent, il she gives to me about 500g (or more) of wet harvest. The smell is very intense and the buds are sticky a lot. I put the branches into the tent with the dehumidifier, fan and extractor 24 hours on. Update: two weeks after the first harvest I've decided that it is time to harvest the second plant that I transferred outdoor when I discovered that she was showing signs of illness. It's buds are not so fat as the ones of the other plant, but they are rich of trichomes. Harvest today, light trimming and put the branches into a box.

Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Sie haben das Umtopfen ganz gut überstanden. Eine von den dreien macht ganz gut los. Die anderen beiden haben wohl noch etwas Stress durch das Umtopfen. Alle 3 sind Samen der selben Genetik aber selbstverständlich auch verschiedene Phenotypen, sie werden auf jeden Fall unterschiedlich wachsen und aussehen. Ich finde aber No-till besser als Stecklinge und je besser der Züchter um so weniger Phenos 😉 Wir werden sehen... 😎

She’s a little shorter than the rest only by a couple of inches! I’ve opened her up by defoliating the bigger fan leaves and letting light get to the lower bud sites allowing better quality buds (non airy/popcorns) humidity hit between 50 and 56% and that’s perfect! Will lower in the last 2 weeks to 40% and hold during flush! Thanks for stopping by!
