I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/P0hn5cKZ0Z0 I cut up an old 10K shirt that was made of cotton. I had just broken down my balcony garden since it’s already getting cold here. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

pictures are taken last day of the 7th week since getting the seed if i didn't use lst, it would be 27+30 cm high (measured the horizontal main stem) i added molasses this time, for taste, instead of other booster besides the pk solution also i threw in some chicken fertilizer pellets in to add some organic power to the soil i like the taste of mineral, but my heart is with bio, so i use both somehow the flower is looking like it's wanting to finsh already. very nice experiment, instead of 18-20 or 24 hours of light for autoflower, i dd 12/12 from seed, guessing that the 7 proposed flowering time would be for the 18 minimum hours of light. I think it will be ready within that time, let's wait for that moment, whatever comes out is nice, her bud is starting to make me stare already...

This was my 1st week with my new 2x2. The brand new elufah uap-1500. This light has a much better spec than my spider farmer light did. One of the plants took a little bit of stress from the spec changing but they are bouncing back. By the end of the week I should be ramping the light back up. They are some fastbuds plants so I’m sure they will love extra light.

First day of the seventh week of flower. Realised I’ve been over feeding meaning the buds had kinda stagnated😩😤🤬 a friend pointed out a possible cause and when I laid off feeding every day they seem to have kicked up again.🤗 Anyway live and learn. Now I’m feeding once every 2-3 days.

The plants are drinking more Still trying to find the best nutrient feeding schedule. I noticed the leaves were turning light green after i took the nitrogen level down so i put it back up a little. I defoliated this week only removing the leaves in the middle and top that are blocking other bud sites. took only a few off each plant so the plant doesn't stress out. I left the bottom larger leaves on the plant so it takes the nutrients from the bottom first before the rest of the plant when its deficient, That way only the bottoms will turn color instead of my whole plant. Thats just the way i like to do the defoliation but i know everyone has their own ways :) Next week I will defoliate once again.

I have never seen a plant so vigorous. Two weeks in and I was able to top and LST. I can hear the experts screaming, “too early”. Maybe, we will see. I continue to use RO water and no nutrients. Check out the video. I think I have a pretty unique idea. Comment below with advice, praise, or insult.

Strong growth she stopped for a day my cat dug in the pot then boomed taller then the rest (thus lst clip test ) lights are up to 36 inches I wanna get them like 3 or 5 more inches trying for compact plants but not to compact lol the purple punch buds were unearthly dense using my normal nites and set up trying to replicate here fast buds sponser me with beans lol u wont regret it

Yo community! A friend of mine just started a Legal Grow in Germany with his roomate under my Supervision, as it is now Legal to grow in Germany. So I thought about documenting this grow. I've been growing for long time now, but my buddy Bili is a complete newbee at this stuff. I am positive that this "is gonna be huge". We plan on growing 6 plants. Bili is gonna be growing 3 and his roomate also 3 plants. Of course Bili will only care for his own 3 plants and his rommate for the other 3 as it is regulated like that by law. It is Germany where everything has to be like this apparently. lol. This grow will be 2-3 Weeks indoors 51w with low cost 3x17 Watts 4000 k LED Bulbs. (3€ each) Those produce 2500 lumens each, about 147 lm/W 1.45 l pots for the first few weeks indoors. The plants will then go into 5l pots on the window sill until harvest. faced to the south. So far the seeds have been placed into water over night. tomorrow we will put them into the soil. They are all Automatics. Day 2: seeds soaked over night. about 16 hours. The Gelato are already opening their shells.. The others are still closed. All sinked to the bottom over night. We are now planting them into the Soil.:) We soaked 9 seeds. 3x O.B. 4x Kryptonite and 2x Gelato. After cutting the dome off the lamps and counting the LED's (81) it looks like these are 0.21w SMD 31lm per LED (manufacturer says 147lm/w). for bulbs really good little LED's. looks like these are cree 2835 J series or similar types. there are cree 4000k J types that are exactly 31lm wich would be exactly what each LED should produce. (2500/81). Plant in Soil Date was 05 june. 14:00 Today, 2 Days and 10 hours, (58 hours) after planting in soil The 2 Gelatos came to life:) and one Kryptonite basically 3 full days including soaking time. 08.06 at 1:30 is the beginning of VEG Day one We will give them 24 hours light. day 5 after waterglass. Berries still no sign of life. lamp is at 30 cm distance. no signs of stretching. At Day 5 Veg we located the berry seeds and put them into paper towel, cracked them open and scraped the shell. we have enough plants now but nothing to choose from in case a plant has weak genes. So we hope a few berries will make it. probably old Seeds.

Hi everybody Hope everyone is well. Another week gone in the Flowering process and wow I loving her man she's gone very big. She looks amazing and is building up some nice buds all over. A lot off Trichomes building up nicely. And great Aroma in the morning. Did more LST every day to make enough spacing in between buds for better air circulation. She s gone size 45cm to 45 cm I diameter. Decided to give her a rest on nutrition since my last update this week because she showed very early signs off Over feeding. She is been on 6PH water for the last 7/8 days and she is responding happily, can't see the over feeding to have caused any major damage. Just thinking I got her on time.😉 Will probably resume giving her nutrition at some point this week when she is left with 5% moisture in soil day or two from today. Next feed I think I will go to Bloom higher PK Nutritions for 2 weeks and see how she's going to do. My Goal is to try on concentrating her making massive buds. PK 13/14 for 14 to 20 days depending on plant response. This is what I think off giving her. Flushed for 3 days so far so good. No yellow tips on the leafs yet but I may just have to pull this plant down today I have just 1 plant in the tent it doesn't seem worth running this just for 1 plant so I will pull down later today I think and upload pics and remember where I went wrong for next time. I have some new seeds just been delivered I think next time I will try to have an additional tent slightly bigger so I can have 2 different strains growing at the same time. Definitely using feminised seeds also as don't have time to waste vegging for 6 weeks a plant to just end up with balls. Next run will be: 4 x cookie dawg 3 x velvet moon 1 x sherbert punch I will be looking for a decent led light for the next tent also I would like to run the same strain in both tents and see what the difference in the results are using my hps light vs led Harvested plant 1 5oz budd 14g popcorn buds and leaf trim

2024-07-23 A few months ago, I germinated three opium poppy seeds. Each seedling was given a different setup: 1. Outdorgrow in a 30L container 2. Outdoorgrow in a 75L container 3. Indoorgrow in a 30L Airpot This post focuses on the indoor plant, which was trained using various techniques such as mainlining, topping, LST (Low Stress Training), and some supercropping. The indoor plant thrived from the beginning, showing vigorous and healthy growth. It responded well to training, consistently displaying a robust appearance. Its growth seemed effortless, requiring only adequate water and minimal nutrients. Training began with topping and continued for 9 weeks during the vegetation phase. The main technique used was mainlining, shaping the plant into a circle using pipe cleaners. The plant's soft stems and branches made it easy to train without causing stress. After 9 weeks of vegetative growth and training, I was satisfied with the result and initiated the flowering phase. The plant continued to flourish, primarily needing water and care. Only a few NPK feedings were necessary, but it received many beneficial supplements with watering. The growing medium used was Terra Preta MJ-Mix, and I applied a mycorrhizal inoculant called DYNOMYCO. This significantly enhanced root development and nutrient breakdown. Essentially, And i applied aTodpressing with Insectfrass, so they stayed lovely green. I was feeding the microorganisms in the Terra Preta mix, which in turn kept the plant healthy. The plant developed beautiful colas while maintaining its circular shape. Harvesting was straightforward. The aroma was fruity (reminiscent of apricot) with a strong, gassy undertone. The buds are currently curing. I've taken photographs of the plant's "skeleton" and some pre-cured buds, showcasing the impressive trichome development. In week 8 iv come to the sad realization that nearly all of the plants are at different stages of development. Dispite all the seeds being germinated at the same time. So iv had to take them off the wilma systems and am feeding them manually and there all on different diets. Which is an absolute headache especially as there is 16 plants to tend too. I think iv bit off abit more than I can chew for my first grow I maybe should have started with a couple of plants. I think the large wilma setups are designed for clones really so you know they are all going to progress and eat the same amount at once. It's not for autos . There all looking healthy though:)

Smooth few days after the defoliations. They seem to be happy. Malted Milk can be very temperamental but I have been catching on to her ways. Still wary with my feedings tho. Want to give all these different nutes and unknown what the results will be? Installed ac units in each room to ensure good temperatures and RH outside the tents. Hoping for another good week!
