They still seem to be growing, although going in the room twice a day, it is difficult to notice unless I look closely or compare photos with previous weeks. Going to cut off a couple small pieces of calyx's shortly and will post a couple pictures from my scope. Speaking of those, they're starting to give me some nice colours, slight purples, neon greens and yellows, the photos don't really do them justice under the warm lighting but I will try and take a couple pics in some white light when I chop her down in a couple weeks time. It is also quite difficult to illustrate the size of some of these colas, the one near the back on the right, is about 19 inches long, and about 4 inches wide. Looks like 2 ounces of bud hanging on her and I have had to lasso some string around it and a couple other colas as they were falling down. Bringing EC slowly down to around 1.2 - I think I will cut nutrient strength down to about 0.8 EC in a few days time to try and hurry her along a bit. I will only be flushing for 3 days at the end of this grow, they will also be in the dark for 2 days at the end with low temps (mid teens in ºC) to preserve terpenes, oils and other cannabinoids. Plants have now been given their second dry feed. This greenhouse bio feed is very good. The plants are loving it. Now scrogged and defoliated and put onto 12 hour schedule. Fingers crossed lets wait for flowers. No issues so far!

The thrips infection is gone but there’re still a lot of damaged leafs as you can see in the photos/videos, but the growth hasn’t slowed down which is good. Anyway after I did some research into the big bang strain I found out that the company that sells this strain recommends “flushing” for a few days every other week starting from day 16 of flowering. This is meant to speed up bud development and I think it really did something here as the buds got twice as big. But I didn’t exactly follow their recommendations as it calls for watering the plants with large amounts of water and letting the soil dry for a few days and I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I watered them every day but made sure the soil was dry.

Not a lot to report this week. The leaf curl has diminished, and all the girls are looking pretty good! This tent is going to fill up quick, using the SoG. Let's see what happens next week!

Just cut down the Miller high life bottle grow with QP. Was a really neat micro grow. It got much bigger then I expected. Was a pain to get started, and growing. Finally got it. Very easy plant to harvest, didn't have too much leaves, so very easy to take out fan leaves and prepare to dry.

Plants dried in the pots for 2days then hang for 2weeks at 60-65%rh. Buds were dense in most cases, they ended up being three totally different phenos but over all the smell was strong and taste was sweet. 8g pop corn and 25g sugar leaves in total.Zkittlez 1 37g total not all is in the pic, the smell was sweet. Zkittlez 2 52gs in total has a very pine like smell. Zkittlez 3 very stanky covered in thc snow white the camera does not do her justice. Lollipopped the widow x clones since they’re monster cropped clones. Lots of defoliation. All plants are in 12/12; I no longer have a veg tent. I do not have room to allow the plants to continue to veg. After smoking some of the mother widow x plant; I firmly believe it is white widow. The seed I originally planted came from a mixture of berry white and white widow. I wasn’t sure which bud the seed had come from so we labeled it “widow x”.

'Sup Growmies, hope everyone's crop is doing great! Buds! flowering has started and the first bud sites have established, my canopy is pretty even, and I am pretty happy with her at the moment, I cannot wait to see how these flowers develop! The tent smells amazing, I cannot place the smell, its not your typical early flower weed smell, most of the normal green growth chlorophyll smell is already dying down. My time-lapse camera broke, so i'll have to figure out something new because I really liked watching them grow. also added some extra shots of the canopy in the video, which is probably what I'll do next week as I find a solution. I also want another bucket, outside of the tent, acting as reservoir, I think next week I am going to turn this DWC into a 1 bucket RDWC, for easier access and more importantly better temperature control. Plus, this plant drinks way too much, I can't keep up, even with this massive 33 Litre mayonnaise bucket, I'll add a picture of what I have in mind.. Next week I am starting Green sensation, its a finisher, which will give this girl access to some much needed PK for those pretty flowers. On the first day of this week, I topped the plants after the 5th node. 3 days later I switched to 12/12. The reservoir wasn't quite empty yet, so I didn't fill it this week, but I probably will at the start of the next one. Plants are growing quickly now, the yellowing in the BJ and NYC has also pretty much recovered, nutes seem to be fine at the moment. I fear they might grow taller than I'd like them to, but I guess we'll see. I just hope I don't have to put in the net this time, as I like to reserve the option of taking them out of the tent. I also bought an RO filter, which I am probably going to use the next time I fill the reservoir.

Everything is going well. Just giving a little more water when the soil is dry.

Trimmed a few of the bottom leaves off that weren't getting much light. Pulled down the net to stabilize the limbs and train them outward a little more. Nothing much else to report. Growing nicely.

Another great week for Hokuzan. The buds are noticeably thicker now, and resin production has gone into overdrive. Trichomes are covering nearly every surface, giving the flowers and sugar leaves an incredible frosted look. More pistils are starting to turn orange while fresh white ones continue to appear, showing that the flowers are still developing and packing on weight. The calyxes are swelling nicely, and the buds are becoming denser with each passing day. The aroma is getting stronger and more complex, filling the grow space with a rich terpene profile that becomes more noticeable every time the tent is opened. Plant health remains excellent, with strong structure, vibrant colors, and impressive resin coverage across the entire canopy.
