Cant add the week comment AGAIN

Tomorrow start 12/12 🌺

This was a mild start to the week one plant is bursting in growth and the other plants are on a medium to slow growth increased ppm on the other slow growers to catch up other then that were pest free and very healthy.

One plant had a big stretch late this week. But I believe it was due to me placing the middle plant in the back right because my middle light is an older model without bloom switch. And I wanted the nicer plant under the red leds, but over night that next night, it grew like 4 inches above my canopy :/ but i think I'm going to tie the 2 middle stretchers on her to the middle opposing stalks. I started the besties because the buds are formed nicely on top so now I want to start giving some size focused mid bloom nutrients. Going by the schedual so far for flower on my nutrient chart. Oh and when I started using the bud candy I noticed some AMAZING smells that I've never smelt on a strain before. The new tricomes smell like a cotton candy/gummyworm, and the water leaves when cut off smelt like straight gas/diesel. But the 2 smells are not present together. Its weird. Forgot cal mag this week

Nice growth. It's been stormy here so they're a little stressed but will strengthen back up when the sunshine comes back out. I'm thinking, or at least hoping, this is a female 🤞 I topped every bud site on every plant, both indoors & outdoors.

Week 8, Week 8 was a fairly easy one. The flowering spots are starting to fill in, and the leaves are starting to become frosty. I am watering her every three days with a teaspoon of nutrients and a tablespoon molasses. I think I have dialed in the grow tent and have a routine down. Ich habe erneut ein paar Bananen entfernen müssen. Ich hoffe das ich nicht allzuviele Samen im Endprodukt haben werden. Gegossen wird weiterhin nur mit Wasser. Der Herbst hält nun deutlich Einzug, ich denke innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Wochen wird geerntet.

Hello! Welcome to the fourth week on our Royal Gorilla Automatic. This week dates the start of flowering! We started adding Bloom Booster Tablets to her feed (we add 1 gram from a tablet to 1.4 liters of water). Day 42-49 (Day 42) Just watered today but couldn’t go until runoff because I didn’t have enough RO. I forgot to add the probiotic too. Nonetheless, everything is starting to recover from those weird deficiencies and is looking super healthy. Plants are really bushing out now too. I had to top the zkittlez and BBB#3 again as they are just getting too big. Nothing is definitively showing sex yet but I’m seeing clues. Shouldn’t be long now. If I get 4 females or less I will use 10gal pots, 5-7 fem 5gal pots and 8-12 3gal pots. I need to stop overwatering. Even though it doesn’t look too overwatered, it is much better to water a little bit each day at lights on. This will help keep the humidity down as well as deliver optimal oxygen to the roots speeding up plant growth considerably. (Day 45) Gave an EM1 spray down today. The beneficial bacteria is said to overpopulate surfaces so powdery mildew and septoria can’t form. Something seems to be really working as I haven’t seen any yet. (Day 47) I sealed up the tent and am running both dehumidifiers and it’s keeping the RH around a safe 70% night and day which is right on track with VPD. Plants are all looking super healthy. Deficiencies have pretty much all cleared up. Cold nights I’m running 600w and warmer nights I’ll run 400w. I was asking around Instagram about white ash/good burn and a few different people assured me it has to do with mineral content of the soil. I was told the three best products for clean ash is glacial rock dust/basalt, oyster shell flour and langbeinite. I already have langbeinite so I’ll grab the other amendments today and top dress. I grabbed the amendments and also got some Destiny Organics dark matter super soil, coco and some beneficial nematodes. Top dressed each amendment except langbeinite and mulched in some coco coir. (Day 48) My shelf came in today and I think it may be to big for the 4x4 tent. Each square is 12”, not the 11.8” advertised. I could wipe down my flower room and set it up in there which would give my plants a good adjustment to the new lights before I flip. Or I could set it up in the veg tent but that seems like a huge hassle as the need to be moved and flipped soon anyway. I wish they would show sex already so I can toss out the plants I’m not keeping. For flower I am considering starting over fresh with the new Destiny soil and coco mixed with some amendments. I’m concerned that my current mix might be too hot. I could also dilute it with the Destiny/coco mix. Those little bulb mites that came in with the worm castings are a little concerning as well. Some say they are just beneficial composters aka “worm bin mites” and others are telling me they’re predatory bulb mites which destroy crops like garlic. I’m leaning towards beneficial composters but in another grow I watched them devour a seedling before it sprouted. Gotta check the current roots but the plants aren’t quite ready to be transplanted. (Day 49) Got everything in the flower tent wiped down and sprayed with alcohol then EM1 few hours later. Got the shelf set up and got all my temp controls set up and running. I put the controllers outside the tent this time and will patch any light leaks. Gave a lite compost tea at 830ppm and a velokelp foliar spray at 6ml/L. This will be the last veg feeding before I transplant into their final containers on the 31st. BCTG#2 is a confirmed male and I pulled him. No one else is showing definitively. Roots looked super healthy with very few mites but I’m not 100% convinced they’re all clean. I saw a few mites on leaves today too. Saw a bit of droop after the move but they all look happy just a few hours later. Took a few clones from some sucker branches on a few of the blackberries.

Week 4 – Flowering (Day 22–28) 🌸🌱 At the end of Week 3 (Day 21) we carried out a deeper round of defoliation and some lollipopping. By now the stretch is coming to an end, with the plants settling close to their final height. We’ve also stopped foliar feeding, since every single plant is now covered in developing buds. To keep everything protected, we refreshed the beneficial insects, better be safe than sorry, how we say in German, sicher ist sicher. Already in this early stage of flowering, we can clearly spot differences in structure, bud formation and even the first aromas. Some phenos are showing exceptional promise — those will be the ones we’ll highlight more in the coming updates. 🔎 Pheno notes so far: AF Biostimulant 2 – strong side branching, open structure, already pushing citric aromas. AF 38 – well-built top colas, vigorous growth. AF 64, 92, 93 – impressive vigor, strong stacking, healthy canopy. Apple Fritter is already filling the room with fresh citrus tones and showing early winners.

This week the Gnome’s have been working on Defoliating and Topping of both of the plants. This is going to start the development process that will take them into adulthood. This will help the air to move through the plants more efficiently and start the “Martini Glass” shape that we all love, instead of the single cola look. Next week we will be “lollipoping” the plants to help air flow and to transfer energy to the canapé. The biggest thing to happen at the garden is that we are “Triggering Flowering” this week and watering has started to double in frequency.

Day 49 Flip day! Just flipped them to 12/12 took loads of leaves off. Let's see if I've guessed the sex right then 😏 I think I've got 3 fems but people still tell me I want know until I've flipped 🤷‍♂️🏼 Update: Day 50 and day 1 of flower looking very happy will give a nice feed when soil dries out. Lights are now maxed out and on Day 51, day 2 of flower I'm sure all 3 are definitely fems will keep eye on them next few days 👀 Update again: Day 53, Day 4 of flower and they looking beautiful 😍

If you like the sweet and fruity smell and taste this is the strain for you. But only if you grow organic thats when the taste and smell comes out strong.

Flowers are growing larger with more resin. I am thinking I use CNS17 Ripe next time around instead of bloom. I will lower PH a bit tonight. It is 6.8 with an EC of 1.7.

hi guys the little ones are progressing well a little tropical mirage has turned around and is taking a little longer all in all a natural selection proceeds automatically revealing to us which plants will then be taken for large pots and any seeds.

Day 77 I'm running out of vertical space for pinus contorta, this weekend i will open the box to move the leds higher and will try to do some decent photos. At this point i've added the Pinus purple matcha to the diary because she's huge and impossible to not notice, should be around 1,5m² almost 150cm tall. Had to do a very risky move and "soft crop" 2 apicals because of burn risk, too close to the leds. I wasn't expeting a freakin' tree like that! Day 79 Jeez plz stop growing in height!! After this shaky video i raised the leds 10 cm, now i'm for real out of space.. I'm adding 10 to 12 liters every day, alternating ro with only silica one day and the other with nutrients. Day 81 Way too much leaves in the lower part of the plants but i really don't want to stress them more than the temperature is already doing (29.3C measured in the upper canopy at 5 cm from the leds). Luckily i've got a lot of airflow, 3 filtered exhaust and 1 huge intake to remove almost the humidity. Despite it all they are pretty healty, no visible burning signs.
