30.04.2025 Day 58 Not much to report. Chemdawg still stretching. The other are fatten up and producing nice trichomes becoming visible to naked eye. Smell are strong. I can tell which one is tropicana cookies now base on the heavy citrus smell. So by process of elimination the other one has to be banana purple punch. I'm going to add final part solution today by mixing it with 5 liter of water and adding to reservoirs. All except Chemdawg.

This was another very good week for the plants, with the flowers beginning to swell up and take shape. Some of the lower leaves are starting to yellow, but this is expected. As the light doesn't penetrate as far, the plant will begin to 'consume' those leaves and drop them to redirect energy to the tops. The canopy is fairly even apart from 1 small spot, which does not have any colas at all. This is due to me bending away the GSC that was topped, with the intention of the lower branches stretching up. This happened with all the other plants I did it to, but not this one for some reason. I think it was due to airflow around the budsites so I added an extra fan last week to hopefully improve this. The strongest looking plants by far are still the ones that were Topped with LST, followed by the mainlined, with only LST in last place. I have found that the LST only ones do not have stems as thick as the others, so this may impact yield later. Not much done in the way of training apart from the odd leaf bending or stem tying. The next few weeks will most likely be fairly uneventful, as now we just need to wait for them to flower fully :D

Moved from 2 daily waters in week one to 1 watering per day. Jan 1, 2020/Day 11: Amended top soil with 8 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 3 tbsp of Gaia Green 2-8-4 slow release nutrients. Dec 31-Jan 2: Removed first true leaves and another leaf. Leaves had slight damage to them, after my dog had a couple of nibbles. Jan 3, 2020 at 10pm: Turned bloom light off. Jan 4, 2020 at 11:40pm: Turned bloom light on. Back to veg and bloom.

Bubbas Gift, real Indica.. still waiting for the flower stretch to kick-in, although I know it has already. Depending on how she turns out, definitely a keeper and may even monster crop at harvest. Anyway, no real changes in feeding other than increasing the bloom/Astro by 0.2ml putting it up to 0.4ml. Cal-Mag and Micro at 0.6ml. Soon to completely cut out grow by week 3. Will then increase Astro/Bloom. Reason being is she's a light feeder and I'm not risking burning her. No problems with her so far at all, her structure is short and squat and gets bushier by the day. She recovered from the last defoliation pretty quickly but I won't do anymore until the end of week 3 and what I do take off will be very selective. Anyway guys thanks for tuning in, back in a week with an update!

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

Hello ,friends!!!! My RUNTZ continues to bloom. Earthy smell with hints of mint and hashish. I water in the same way: every day to prevent salting. I wrote earlier that this plant at the start showed the hay very well, but then it was stagnant in growth, the plant stopped drinking and eating until I washed it with clean water. This time I missed a week. :( Never mind, I'll give this sort one more chance. I added some more extra food from GNHE and HESI

dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

Day 85 since seed touched soil. Trim jail !!! More than 2 meters of hanging buds , a bit airy, but amazingly smelly !!! Happy Growing !!!

Going into week 9. Train wreck is turning out amazing buds are still stacking new growth. The smell is just amazing. Soil ph tested at 6.3. The tds reading 2150. Lights at full 100%. The smells are becoming very strong in my house and truthfully I am still pretty pleased with trichome production although I definitely can tell the wish i had calmag 3 weeks earlier but better late then never about 3 weeks from harvest can't wait for this one been long road but a rewarding one.

Week 12 JUN 9 Switched the smallest girl to the middle now. Still haven’t top fed or watered since switching to the reservoir. I accidentally added too much bulky b (double the amount) so I’m hoping the leaf discoloration is from nutrient burn, will keep giving just water for another week. I moved the bar lights up as far up as I could to max out space. Any tips how I can fix leaves and prevent? They starting to get real funky. The tallest on the left I think could be trainwreck, smell like the power of pinesole baby. Too early to say for middle. Still not sure on far right, smells citrusy though. Hello potheads, the reason to do this Journal is to register the grow results using a dirty cheap assembly, with low investment on equipment and hopefully without compromising results (LOL). The main reason to do this is bc I have tested previously the Bulbs when my last COB Panel failed right after two years and became void of guarantee, also, pandemics in my country made every attempts to delivery it to a technician almost impossible, so we had to improvise . Most of the used materials are accesible by home & groceries store (also online), the nutrients and seeds that are legacy from the previous project. The substrate is recycled and applied on 11 & 15lt Textpots. This is the reason also why there is a lite of lice or white fly plague on some plants that im trying to control with Aceite de Springhill by Anasac (locally branded paraffin oil). About nutrients: The reason to add Carbo & Sugar Is to stimulate beneficial bacterial life on the used soil.This also helps photosynthesis and root development in earlier stages. (ref: https://bigbudsmag.com/marijuana-carbohydrates-boost-roots-buds-thc ) Related to the strains: The G13 by GrowBarato Seeds: 2 Month Old AVG but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod (while waiting to cut other plants) , so they acted like revegged with the increase of hours. They're being trained with paper clips to become bushy & chonky units. (4/6 survived) Santa Bilbo by Genethik: 1 Month Old AVG , but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod, the nutrient deficiencies that show are bc they stayed on a 500cc cup for too much time and required transplant urgently, and now are recovering and generating vegetal mass AGAIN . The Reason that there are 2 plants in one pot its bc one was less vigorous, cursed, and against all odds, are recovering from stress shock & different carencies . ( 4/5 survived) Eleven Roses by Delicious Seeeds: 10 days Old (Germinated on 4/20/21 on 20/4 photoperiod). They r' fine, healthy Babies and growing on a steady rhytm . There are 8 because there are 2 spaces to fill , but also, they were backup in case all Santa Bilbo transplants failed miserably. For the last ones i need to select whose be transplanted to soil but that's a problem for future me, not me rn. I will VEG for the entire month of MAY in order to fill the spaces of the grow tent and try to update this diary at least once a week. Probably weekends. Devo dire che la grande differenza rispetto a tutti i miei cicli precedenti è questa nuova luce che ringrazio Mars hydro per avermi dato, ha un intensità e una penetrazione di gran lunga maggiore rispetto alla precedente! Devo dire che hanno davvero costruito un sole ☀️ in miniatura artificiale🤣 !! Vedremo nelle prossime settimane, cercherò di aumentare l intensità che ora è solo al 50% e di sicuro le ragazze continueranno a raddoppiare di volume !
