Fed and defoliated to start week 7. The plant looks good, the buds are on point, frosty, sticky and look as expected at this stage of the grow.

The two lagging Iced Outs are trying to catch up. DAY 26 - Watering 10L with 50 ml Vega (one day too late...) + light on 300w (max) DAY 28 - 4 weeks from popping the seeds, looking good except for the two Iced Outs, one of them is trying to get with the program, the other... Well, some plants are just pricks. WEEK 5 I think this is the week we'll see them take off :) DAY 29 - Plants are starting to show sex, removed 2 Urkle Mints males, the other two are females, the rest are fems so we're down to 13 female plants total with only a single weakling DAY 29 - Watering 8L with 50ml Vega (shouldn't have been later than today!) DAY 33 - plants exploded over the last 4 days and most are stretching and starting to flower DAY 33 - Watering 10L with 60ml Vega (feeding Vega once or twice more then we switch to Flora) DAY 35 - Just cruisin' 😎 WEEK 6 Lots of stretch the past week, flowers are setting in, the laggy Iced Out was culled, 3 plants are a bit behind the others.. Last week ahead. Next time will cut nitrogen earlier. These ice cream cakes did not like it at this level. Also had a little dripper clog and mokums tulip got a little burnt. At these high ec levels they are super sensitive to drybacks.

30 September 2020 Sunset Sherbet Plant is growing very strong and the bottom 3 cola branches are being stress trained to all edges of the pot, this helps - with all the branches being exposed to the light and to grow the same height as the rest of the canopy. The stem is of this plant is growing really thick 🍑 about 1cm thick Leaves are big and strong reaching ( 15,5cm length ) My experience with growing Sunset Sherbet so far ( Week 6 Day 2 ) This strain from Cape Ape Seeds is actually so good, just the plant itself is a bright lime green and the nugs it will carry is going to be Frosty Purple❄️💜 nugs. By growing this beautiful strain so far it has grown very healthy and just in general very fast, this plant has no problems so far and all it wants to do is continue growing. Do-Si-Wine The Do-Si-Wine is growing very well, a very moderate growth as it says in it’s subscription, but none the less still a very grow so far. The bottom 4 colas are all stress trained to the edges of the pot to ensure each branch from each cola gets to grow outwards in its own space and to get more light. The stem is about 0.7cm thick which is not that thick compared to the SunSet Sherbet. While writing this I noticed my she has SNAPPED from her previous stress straining session, I was checking out the stem thickness and noticed the main stem had snapped. But luckily this is not the first this happened and I know how to fix this. To fix this all you need is some tape, now see if the plant didn’t completely break off you can still tape the plant back together and the plant should heal itself within a few days, although I need to wait a bit before I stress train this one again. She started making pistols🤗, but I’m not sure if this is because of the snap or if it’s getting ready to start blooming. All the side branches from the bottom 4 colas are all nice and long growing at a nice rate. The leaves are nice and strong reaching ( 11cm in length ) My experience from growing Do-Si-Wine 🎶🍷 from Cape Ape Seed seed bank is very good so far, on the site it says moderate growth difficulty and it is quite accurate compared to the Sunset Sherbet’s easy growth difficulty, it’s quite fun working with a moderate growth because the plant needs more tending to, for instance the side branches are thinnish and need to be stress trained often to reach the end of the pot, the plant is also very stiff because she snapped without me realising and had to tend to the break a day later. Also while growing this plant I noticed that the plant’s leaves are very dark green and the bud it’s going carry is going to be white so I can’t wait to see how she makes her buds.

Well, that didn’t go as planned 😅 — snapped a branch while doing LST, so I guess it turned into an unplanned supercrop session. At least I’m learning something new from my mistakes. Other than that, this strain’s super bushy — gonna need to step up my LST game next time.

i was thinking about harvesting half and letting the bottom half finish but after chopping some of it i just ended up taking it all down. i knew i wouldnt get a crazy amount of weight from the early mess ups but im guessing it will be about 2 oz when dried. im happy with anything thats smokeable for a first time grower tho and i cant wait to get started on 2 more ladies :D im thinking maybe do the purple punch but this time use a 5 gallon pot so i can see her at her best ! the roots were sure cramped in this 2gallon lol. thanks for reading and following my journey :D

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! 4/16: I love her structure as I said before, now she’s doing weird shit. The last few days some fan leaves have been turning yellow and falling off like it’s starving for nutes so I upped the anti hopefully that’ll fix this issue.......also a few buds started to fucking foxtail on me probably due to heat a few days ago it was 97 degrees in my tent good thing I caught it early 4/17: Today I noticed purple spots on some of the leaves mostly just on the ends.....seems like I may have a purple pheno 4/18: Giant fan leaves are still dropping off I don’t know if it’s the strain itself or not enough nutes, I’m not noticing any type of deficiencies even though I’m still new to this (my 7th grow) but the sugar leaves seem to be doing fine while increasing triches day after day 4/20: The colours are getting beautiful on this here sexy girl.

I am starting a Strawberry Amnesia from herbies seeds. I have scuffed the seed ends, and placed it in water. I will place the seed in the rockwool once it is showing a tail.
