We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... Into their second week of flowering and holy hell. The dark devil is going crazy !!! I can't believe at how fast it's flowering. The buds seem to double in size daily. I am going to boost the feeding to every other watering. Instead of the every third day feeding them. The dark devil i mainlined seems to be on the exact same schedule as the control plant her flowering period happened pretty quickly idk if i would mainline again.

Growing with alot of flowers all over the plant might get about 2 ounces out of this plant . Smells a bit pungent I havent added that much ferilizer just the natures organic living soil that cost me about 15 dollars pretty good super soil ill add. Thought about transplanting into a 2 gallon or 3 though the plant has gotten too tall and is needing backbudding in order for the crown to still get light so i cracked it and bent it in order for it to still stick around and get light.

Lots of popcorn buds because I really did not understand defoliation or lollipopping and was too scared to try. I have since become a much better judge of what leaves to pull and when. This diary was just to create a record of every grow I have done so far. Thanks!

I learned a lot this grow. The plant survived which lends to its resilience. It smells mostly skunky with some hints of rubber. Mistakes: 1. Overwatered seedlings 2. Ran unfamiliar nutes 3. Ran an unfamiliar feed method (fertigated instead of top dressed) 4. Gardened based on web description instead of what the plants were communicating to me. 5. Got a seed Successes: 1. They didn't die! 2. Got climate dialed in well 3. No fungus gnats or other pests! 4. Got 2oz total of good dry bud!

Week 8 of flower and ladies are really becoming more dense and frosting all little more. Thanks to the growmies and the experienced gardeners here I’ve decided to patiently wait to harvest until at least 65 days of flower to get the maximum potential from theses two strains. Much love and appreciation to this helpful growing community and look forward finishing up this run Day 57- final week until harvest letting pots dry out and waiting for those beautiful fall color. Day 60- pots drying quick, max of 5 days left until harvest trichomes increasing as the day go on So far this run has been pretty easy I can say I’ve learned so much and gained a lot of experience. My biggest take away would be examine and care for plant each and every day if possible things can change daily and to insure health you have to give them all the attention they need.

No pruning, no lollipopping, nothing. She's growing wild and loving it. Smell is starting to come in and it's really satisfying.
