The amount of nutrients in this medium is boardline toxic.

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. Week 6 all 3 are flowering strawberry banana is behind about 2 weeks had to start another seed. But Now is looking great. The banana purple punch is just cool looking with a very strong smell (front left) and the gorilla cookies is looking great. Really loving the Roots Organic’s dry/Terp tea amendments makes life way easier.

Defoliated her a touch. Sort of disappointed the double topping didn’t work as one side is much stronger than the other—- I would of had a very even dense 6 main point canopy, but I’m rolling with 4 and 2 weak. She’s very healthy though. Just keeping up with the lower dose bloom nutes for now. ✌️💚🌿💨

As per usual this plant tells me it needs watering by looking limp, it doesn't mean the pots are dry it just means its demanding more water. We're gunna need a bigger tent!

April 20, 2023 at 1:41 PM day 50 -It’s day 50 and they are all in full flower and seem mostly happy. The forum appear to be showing a calcium/magnesium deficiency. I busted out some of my hydroponic stuff and gave it some cutting edge solutions additives. Are used plant-amp, uncle John’s blend, and Mag-amp. I gave it 2/3 strength. -I also added my Bulbasaur to protect the plants! April 26, 2023 at 9:55 AM day 56 -Something with wrong with the forum. Only thing I could think of is that the soil pH is too high. It might be a 7.5 to about an 8. I’m putting up a video so you guys could take a look. Hopefully you guys can tell me what I did wrong so I won’t do it again. 😔

So basically this is the last week I give the ladies before I flush the ladies out . Everything is going fantastic . Lots of new gizmos and gadgets in the grow room now taking it to the next level . Im very please to say that this has so far been a very very pleasant experience for me and Im starting to really look forward to the end because it smells AMAZING! I started flushing my plants three days ago, except for the Captain Future, which needs a little longer. I’ve been checking the trichomes under the microscope; most are milky now, so it won’t be long until there’s enough amber—which is exactly what I’m looking for🙃

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

So heres the heavyweight Fast and vast. Id say im abit disappointed for the false advertisement on the heavyweight seeds range. It states that in good conditions the plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks with outstanding yileds. But fingers crossed, i cant talk big. Never know what these will produce! Day 35 from seed now and it’s already showing its pre flowers. I will update week 6 on tuesday! One Love
