Haven't updated my grow diary for a little more than two weeks due to a severe back flare up. Yup, bad back strain, which has made it hard to sit, lay, stand for any duration of time. Suffice to say, much has happened since last update. Bucket change and upping nutrient (ppm) levels as I transitioned her to flower. And in that time, she received one defoliation in veg and a recent (and last) defoliation in flower. At this point, I just need to maintain healthy roots, consistent environment, and proper water levels with feedings. She's due another bucket change soon as ppm levels dropping and ph is adjusting upwards every reading. This is good sign from my understanding as a first time DWC grower. As far as feeding, lowered grow big (veg) and upped both tiger bloom and beastie blooms along with a splash of big bloom and cal/mag. Topping off buckets with about 1100+ ppm, which helps maintain ph in bucket at roughly 700-800 ppm. But it's getting harder to maintain those levels in flower, so that's why I believe a bucket change is in order. Here are photos spanning the entire 2-3 week period since last update.

Other than spreading folage out to new found space (had two male seedlings), I haven't maintenanced much. I want to get the pH down slow. I'm doing a top up and going to be careful for no big jumps. I'm gonna take the bins my tank sits on out to give me more grow room for next crop, and to keep reservoir temp down. Quebec Blast grew pretty well. Buds are rock hard and frosty. She is not known for large yields so I am very satisfied with my results I learned a lot during this run. Was first grow with photoperiod plants in DWC. I grew her underca Spider Farmer SE5000, in a New Level Hydro bucket. She came out great. Started to foxtailing at end. My room was getting too hot. I will be waiting to try it for sure. Switched to my 4x4 tent with 400 watt bloom plus. Also added my first video of this diary. Plants have been repotted into bigger medium. Only the Blue Dream and Blue Haze will stay in this tent because they are both sativa leaning. The blue cheese will go back into my other custom cabinet for flowering. I keep them separate so I can grow bigger plants and Indica flowers for roughly 2 weeks longer than sativa strains .

Flush week

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Really bulking out now and look like a lot of these colas will be filled out completely by finish looking at the rate they are growing and the fact they have 4-5 weeks left estimate. Cheesy smell is getting stronger but only within the tent when working in there and disturbing and moving the buds, once zipped up the filter handles everything fine. Crazy trichome production going on so early in flower , these are going to be some very frosty nugs.
