So now she is really starting to showing her nice buds. As you can see she stretched out more and thats good because I have a feeling that they are gonna bo some nice full colas. I start adding Alga Bloom with 2 ml and by the next watering I upped the volume to 3 ml. Next week I will go up to 4 ml of Alga Bloom with 1 ml of Green Sensation. She is really looking strong like bodybuilder. Branches are tough and hard. Her roots are hea;ty and stron too. I saw a little piece of root sticking out of hte hole at the bottom of the pot. The roots are so strong that I can hold the main stem and lift it with the pot and all.😀 Till next week!

Week 6 of flower is done and the 4x4 is progressing nicely! The buds are all starting to fatten up, I'm especially loving Hella Jelly #1, especially the candy terps she's giving off. The Vanilla Frosting is the other big player in the tent, with the second Hella Jelly a bit smaller than the other two. The Jelly Donutz will be the last to be harvested, as she is developing her flowers more slowly. This tent will be a staggered harvest when it comes to it. These plants have been so easy to grow this run. The Autopot Tray2Grow living soil bed bed has been solid throughout the run, and this past week I installed Blumat Blusoak tape for the 2x4 Grassroots bed, which, up until this point, I have been hand watering. It always amazes me how automatic watering eliminates like 90% of the tent work. It is such a game changer, and the plants love it even more than hand watering because they drink how much they want when they want it! Hella Jelly is supposed to be a fast finisher (45 days sometimes!), so after this next week I will begin checking trichomes. My guess is another 2-3 weeks at least. The trichomes will guide me! Happy growing, growmies! 😎

The plants are in the 2nd week of flower and the pistols are staring to show it. That confirms that all of the plants are female.

GrowDiary Finale: The Epic Chapter 8 – The Final Countdown Before Harvest 🚀🌿 Welcome to the final official update of this run before the big C-Day! 🗓️ Here we stand—after weeks of measuring, regulating, training, and hoping—at the absolute peak of this grow featuring High Society and Zupernova (Compound Genetics). While a carpet of aroma lies over the tent that could practically deserve its own zip code, we look back on a journey full of precision, tech upgrades, and plant magic. ✨🌱 1. Setup & Tech: The Unsung Heroes A great grow is no accident; it is the synergy of sharp observation and well-tuned technology: 🛠️🔬 Strains in the Tent (High Society & Zupernova): Both Compound Genetics strains are displaying their top-tier lineage in this late-game phase: 🏆 High Society: Impresses with dense, heavily trichome-frosted nugs and a complex gassy/bakery terpene profile. ⛽🍰 Zupernova: Steals the show with striking purple fades and a sharp, sweet-and-sour terpene punch. 💜🍋 Personal Highlight – High Society’s Redemption: In my previous run, I really struggled with High Society. She couldn't handle the heavy feeding schedule that Zupernova tolerated so easily—two plants didn't survive, and I ended up scrapping the harvest. This time around, I fine-tuned the nutrients, and the transformation is mind-blowing! While Zupernova delivered her signature top-tier performance once again, High Society finally showed her true elite potential with unreal trichome coverage and incredible terps. 🤩🌟 Climate Upgrades & VPD Control (GGS Controller & AC-10): We refined our environmental setup even further by adding a GGS controller to the loop. Working alongside the Spider Farmer AC-10 controller, we kept absolute command over airflow, circulation, and VPD. During this final stretch (Week 8), RH was strictly pushed below 40–45%. This doesn't just protect against dreaded bud rot (Botrytis); it also signals to the plants: "It's getting dry, pour out more resin for protection!" 🌬️💧 Canopy & Height Differential (115 cm vs. 150 cm ): The main colas reached up to 150 cm, while the middle canopy settled at 115 cm. Due to light intensity drop-off (Inverse-Square Law), the upper buds ripen about 5 to 7 days faster under direct photon exposure (higher PPFD). While the tops at 150 cm are already showing a beautiful amber touch, the 115 cm layer is right in the sweet spot of roughly 70% milky and 30% clear. 📏💡 1. Soil & Nutrient Strategy (Hesi & Biobizz): Phasing out the feeding schedule in Week 7 and running pure water (flush) in Week 8 paid off completely. The foliage has faded into a spectacular array of autumn yellow, deep purple, and lime green—the plant is depleting its final reserves, ensuring an extremely smooth and flavor-rich vape/smoke. 🍂🌈 2. Trichome Check: The Microscope View A look through the macro lens confirms: We are at the sweet spot! 🔬✅ * Gland Structure: The glandular trichomes are fully turgid. The heads are massive, packed with terpenes and cannabinoids. 💧🌿 * Color Spectrum: On the headbuds, we see the magic ratio of roughly 80% milky to 15% amber—exactly the mix that yields a powerful, multi-layered high without instantly locking you to the couch. 🛋️ 3. The Roadmap to Harvest Day The switch will be flipped this coming weekend. Until then, we stick to the protocol: 🗓️🌿 Drying out the substrate: The pots will receive no more water starting mid-week. Slightly dry soil speeds up the drying process after cutting and prevents stagnant humidity in the tent. 💧🚫 * Final Dark Phase ( 24–48h): Lights go completely off before chopping to promote the breakdown of residual starches and protect terpenes from light degradation. 💡🌑 Drying Room Setup: Target climate for the drying area is set to 18 °C and 55–60% RH with constant, indirect airflow. 🌬️🌡️ Conclusion & Outlook This run has been a masterclass in plant training, environmental control, and patience. A huge thank you to the community for following along, commenting, and riding this wave! 👏🌊 Next stop: Harvest, Dry Trimming, and Curing! ✂️❄️🌿

And the stretch rolls on...the end of week 3 of flower saw the girls go for another reach, making me have to zip tie my lights to the roof of the tent. I put the upper trellis in and pulled some out of the direct light. Temps hover right at 85 in the day at 55-60% humidity, and drops to 70-72 at night with right at 40% humidity. The whole plants are getting super sticky to the touch. With a pungent lemon strawberry scent on your fingers. The room does not smell overly sweet with more of a earthy funk.

Hi fellow growers, another week and a half has passed so this diary update is a bit over due. As i said in my last update that i was growing on 24 hours of light and thinking about switching them to 18-6, right after writing last weeks diary i made the switch to 18-6 and left it for the past week and a half and that made a huge difference in growth the plants where nice and bushy from the 24 hours of light and they are now stretching towards the light just like we want to see yesterday i made the switch to 12-12 so the next update will be in flowering fase. The day before i made the switch to 18-6 we topped the plants and did a little defoliation but that is hardley noticable in the pictures i added because the new fan leaves developed quick and now they are nice and bushy again, enough leaf surface to take in a lot of light. I think i will be taking out my scrog net somewhere in the next week or so to train them a little but no full on scrog. lighting is now on full power 330 watts full spectrum but is still hanging on 50 cm above the canopy. I give them a little more water every day they get half a liter with hy-pro nutes and rootbastic (the amount added is in the nutes section above) That is all for now. Cheers, Nibameca

In this week, the only concern and things I monitor daily are the temperature and humidity. Temperature should always be around 20C-23C, while humidity should be around 60-70%. No nutrients is given to the plant just balance ph of water (6.5) if the top soil is dry.
