the week started with a novelty for me: the appearance of nematodes in my tanks... strange little worms, which gather in the water and move in little spasms (see video 👆) When I started growing, I bought a whole range of products against infestations, paranoid as I was (I'm sure others have experienced this 😅); Among other things, I bought NeemAzal, neem oil in emulsion. So I took a chance. I emptied my tanks, cleaned and dried the bottom, without much conviction as the worms must have been in the coco already. I made a new soup with my fertilizer, adding 20ml of neem per 10 litres. Well, I don't know if it was really the right product, but for the last 5 days there has been no trace of nematodes! The water seems soapy, the grease film is more important than without the neem, but if it takes the small sacrifice of a conscientious cleaning once a week, I'll gladly do it! In any case, my plants are doing absolutely no worse : the first one got its leaves back in 2 days, already forcing me to a small pruning 4 days later, now showing well several colas; I also defoliated the 2nd one for the first time, which produced leaves already bigger than my hand in 2 weeks of life! happy with this hydroponic experience so far 😊

Day 50 Friday 17/05/24 I attempted to try mainline her, failed 😅 But I think I'm learning the fundamentals of this method. She seems to have exploded since I did it. The tops seem to have a surge of energy. Seeing sex all over plant now😁 female first tell signs are awesome to see 😍 Feed today. Day 52 Day 9 Flower 19/05/24 - Sunday. Water today with calmag- Finally seeing her slap them female pistils out, and turn a nice vibrant green on her tops indicating the pre flower/flower stage. Since trying the mainlining and lollipopping, she really has thrown out awesome new growth development. Continually pulling tops back down via lst to encourage an even canopy. Day 56 Day 13 flower 23/05/24 Light water with calmag Wow, this one loves pre flower stress. Her stretch is starting, I've stopped plucking and snipping till required now. The tops are throwing so many bud sites out it's incredible.

Well everything will be done come Sunday I did stick another runtz in 48 hours darkness she was begging to go stink my seeet smelling girl she was the others Friday I’ll switch the whole tent off for48 hours and that’s that will be starting another grow up after I clean everything up stay tuned for harvest photos and weights happy growing

Continuing to use nutrients from 9 days ago. Mostly added back water to the tank to reduce the EC, as it was too high in my opinion. Going to try and milk another week out of the nutrients in the tank at the moment, as there are no obvious signs of deficiencies to note. As you can see, I have opted not to defoliate at all for this grow. So far I have only cut off two leaves just so I can get to my filler cap easily. I am doing a little supercropping here and there to level up the canopy. In just over a week they have grown from 51 cm to 93 cm. So a good 80% increase in height. An average of 2 inches of growth per day. If they grow similarly to my last crop, they should have just under 2 weeks stretching left to do. Happy new year!

Havrested a bit before just becouse i needed to have a harvest before the full one

Plants 1 & 3 are doing good. #1 is a beast so far. I will probably start flushing plant #3 here soon, she got stunted and I don’t think she’s really packing on weight anymore. So part of plant #2 was dry enough for jars after 5 days. Dry trimmed about an 38g. Still have about 2-3x as much left to trim. I think I’ll wet trim the other two it seems way harder to dry trim. I’ll have a total dry weight for plant #2 tomorrow.

I fudged up one pot , when lifting it the down part popped and root parts went away. The plant already had his main branch broken and is still hanging. Please advice on the deficiencies of the biggest plant. What other nutrients can I add here ? I have humic acid in little pallets. Dutch pro bloom is coming on it’s way, I’m still watering with hand distributed nutes that could have the emblems “A”+”B” mixed up. To everyone telling that it brings a big issues to the company - no - it’s just a dude most of the time buying bulk amounts and selling per liter, having the original packaging on the bottle glued up. Anyway, any advice is appreciated.

Nutrients are the same as the week before, as they seem to be happy and healthy, changing out the res didn’t seem like an efficient use of nutrients. I have added 15ml of tea and 10ml of CaMg+ into the 55l res over this past week. As I could see the slightest touch of chlorosis on the biggest girl of the bunch. This has naturally raised my EC from 0.72 to 0.89. Both plants either side of centre were topped on D25. They were both working on their sixth node at the time and I cut them both down to their third node, but just below the forth (so it has a stump). Middle will probs be topped in a couple of days time, it still has some catching to do. I will be changing the res out on D27, but I will post that nutrient mix on next weeks journal.

THIS WEEK THEY ALL BOLTED. I GAVE ONE GAL AWAY TO MY FRIEND. SHE'S INTERESTED IN GROWING. SO NOW IM DOWN TO 3 RHINOS. GROW IS VERY GOOD. I DECIDED TO LST 2 OF THE GALS. AND I'LL COMPARE THEM TO ONE W/O ANY TRAINING. SO FAR GROWTH IS VERY GOOD. VERY GREEN. AND STRONG STEM. NOTHING STRANGE.

Beautifully colored 😍 It still has signs of nutrient deficiency, but it's nothing serious anymore 😉 And she had brown spots on her leaves, for all I know, it's too much calcium and magnesium, so I'm not going to add him next week.

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is over, the plants have grown over 50 cm, the branches have spread and now they have already started to crumple. Specifically, the Watermelon Auto has grown to 50 cm, while its roommates, Purple Punch, have grown to 60 cm. Purple Punch # 2 that sprouted a few days later has now outgrown Watermelon by a few inches. Along with the height, and in width it has expanded greatly and has rather dense branches. On the lower leaves I noticed the appearance of yellow-brown spots, I probably overdosed with fertilizers, I will see how they will behave further. The flowers started to form, so I have new motives to photograph. I water every two to three days, when each plant gets about 2 liters of water. I add food at about every other watering. Sometimes biobizz and sometimes I put Easy Grow or Easy Bloom tablet, depending on the stage the plant is in. p.H. I always adjust the water value to a value between 6.2 and 6.5. Conditions on the Farm are more or less satisfactory, the temperature is about 25 degrees while the humidity is slightly lower than satisfactory, varying between 40% and 50%. At the beginning of the week, I also changed the light regime to 20 hours of the day and 4 hours of the night. Here’s a brief overview of the past week. 18/02/2021 - Day 23. Watering. I adjusted the water to 6.3 p.H with Plagron’s Lemon Kick and added 1.5 mL / lit CalMg preventively. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 41% humidity. 20/02/2021 - Day 25. Watering. I regulated the water to 6.4 p.H, I added 1ml / lit CalMg and BioBizz as scheduled for the first week of flowering. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.4 degrees and 43% humidity. 22/02/2021 - Day 27.
