How ya doing mates?? Awesome week last week - all photos and logs have been added so be sure to check it out! This week is going great so far! I've switched to an early vegetative state nutrient system. As you'll see in the daily logs early this week, this bumps up the micro and grow nutes, and keeps the bloom at 0.6ml/gal. A quick note about last week - I'm unable to update the measurements, but please note that those nutrient amounts are measured in ml/gal, NOT ml/l. Anyhow, this week I'm just waiting to get my order of diatomaceous earth so that I can make up another batch of soil. I'm still debating between topping this week before repotting or letting them take root in the new pots first. Decisions decisions lol. I think at the very least I'll clean up some of the lower growth to make sure the energy is being spent at the right places. I've been switching back and forth between just LST and mainlining in the past - but I think I really like the ease and cleanliness of mainlining. The draw back is the recovery time they take in the process haha. UPDATE: The D.E. has come in, and I repotted the girls this week. I mixed in about 1.5-2 cups D.E. for the whole pot, as well as some Bat Guano and Kelp Meal for micro and macro nutrients to use on dry cycles. I've also included some photos of the mother plant to give an idea of what's to come! I've just started to flower it, which is the first time for this strain - so I'm pumped! Day 15: M.C. 01-21 After reviewing the last set of photos from last week, I figured I'd play it safe and dimmed the light back down to 25% strength. The mother plant is almost ready for flower, and I'm down some tents so she'll be taking this one over shortly. These photos were taken shortly after the lights went off, and they look quite happy! You can see some of the side branch developement in today's photo for MC-01. The pots are fairly dry now, and I've decided to move to the next stage in the nutrient regime. This kicks up the Micro and Grow nutes, while maintaining the Bloom amounts. M.C. 02-21 A nice top photo for MC-02, you can really see the lighter green in this photo. Not to worry though, as these will darken back to a vibrant green as long as I give her what she needs shortly! I've cleared out some space and moved plants around. So back out to the grow room these girls go! MC-01 seems much better today with the reduction in light. The 5th node is almost flattened out and the 6th coming through still. Most notably though, you can really see the work she's put into the side branches! The branches at nodes 2 and 3 are starting to produce more leaves - great sign! The new growth at the top is also a nice dark green. Added 500ml water to the tray. M.C. 02-21 MC-02 seems to have liked the adjustment of light as well. She's got nice dark green growth at the top, and the little branches at the 2nd node seem to have a full leaf! Added 500ml water to the tray. M.C. 03-21 The photo from today is cool, because you can see how close MC-01 & 03 are, even though there's almost a full node difference. MC-03 is stretch out a bit to compete with her sister for the light haha. She's also put some more effort into the side branches that you can see. Added 500 ml water to the tray. Day 17: M.C. 01-21 I figured a video would be the best way to illustrate the changes today! They've been back in the grow room under the Veg dedicated light for a day now and seem to be loving it! MC-01 has its' 5th node out, splitting the 6th node, and I can JUST see the 7th node coming in. I don't think they'll get too much more height, as you can see that the side branches are starting to stretch now! She's definitely going to be well tangled in the roots by the end of the week when I hope to repot her. M.C. 02-21 MC-02 is doing great despite the difference in height! You'll notice the side branches stretching out at nodes 2 & 3. The pots are also still fairly wet at their center, so I'll hold off on water most likely. At least this clone will have time to root more while we wait for the supplies! M.C. 03-21 MC-03 also has great side branching! If you take a look at the group photo from today, you'll see that both MC-01 & 03 are practically the same height, but MC-03 snuck in there by the stretch haha. Day 18: M.C. 01-21 My order of D.E. came in last night, perfect timing! As you can see, her roots have fully reached the bottom, and have started to migrate upwards with the water that's absorbed. The soil was a little dry for my liking, which made things a little difficult/dusty but still no mishaps! Watered around the root-zone before covering with more soil to keep the gnats down. M.C. 02-21 Not quite as much lateral root growth as MC-01, but still plenty enough for a repotting! Her soil was a little dry as well. Ideally I should have given them a light misting from the top of the soil and let is drip down to keep the dusty bits together haha. M.C. 03-21 Nice and thick root growth, no issues with repotting, and strong stalk. The extra spacing in the nodes may prove to be helpful during the training phase. Day 19: M.C. 01-21 Some nice top shots today as they slowly get acclimated to their new homes. Once I see them push out a new node, I'll probably top them. This is to make sure that they're taking to the new pot without causing any extra stress before they can take it. Today I watered them with an early veg nutrient. I like to stay cautious with nutrient boosts since they're in soil - not to mention the added nutrients from the repotting. M.C. 02-21 Top shots for the girls today. Not much change, but also no immediate signs of shock either, so I'll take it. M.C. 03-21 You can't really see it in this angled shot, but the small branch at the second node is coming along nicely! I think the girls are happy that they each have their own tray not haha. Day 20: M.C. 01-21 Definitely noticing some slow changes to the top nodes when comparing the pictures from the previous day. The leaves are slowly starting to separate, and I'm not noticing too much yellowing yet which is good. Watered with 500ml water to keep water migrating upwards to meet the roots. M.C. 02-21 Not noticing much change in this girl today, but that's okay. She's most likely focusing on the root developement instead which I can't complain about! Watered from the bottom. M.C. 03-21 Maybe seeing some separation in the top leaves, however more notably are the small branches at the 2nd node that you can see better here. Still a bit of stretching with them as they get longer. I might even keep them on for clones later on. Watered from the bottom. Day 21: M.C. 01-21 Looks like she gained some distance last night, as the top node is now above the fan leaves, unlike 2 days ago. I'm really getting eager to top them, as I don't want them to waste too much time and energy growing tissue that I'll just end up cutting off. I'll be bumping the nutrients up starting next week to keep the progress going, moving to a mid-veg stage shortly. I'm going to let things dry up tonight for a fresh boost of water tomorrow to give it a dry cycle as the pot is still a bit heavy. M.C. 02-21 MC-02 really worked hard last night it seems, as she almost completely flatted out her top leaves! I think she's ready for a topping, but I'll let her benefit from the headstart and let the other two catch up and root before. dry cycle for her tonight as well. M.C. 03-21 MC-03 was busy last night too and is now slowly flattening out the top node as well! Maybe tonight they'll have enough progress to go topless afterall haha. Dry cycle in prep for watering tomorrow.

Very good looking just like her sister, powerful citric and sweet aroma, very good strain, and starting to smell seriously at the start of 2nd week I'm noticing the same thing on both plants! Awesome strain

It was another great week here in the grow room plants have come leaps and bounds low stress training is really having a huge effect on canopy density and i cannot be happier

The plant is stretching very fast. It's very healthy. Besides being the smallest plant in the grow, she is doing well.

Molasses is still the main ingredient of the fertilizers I feeding them. I just have only a small amount of the "ready" Advanced Nutrients Bloom fertilizer. I will still go on Mycoterra Kraken, Earthworm juice and Molasses. And of course my handmade fertilizer - it stinks like an 3-days-old cup of very strong green tea - this comes from the wakame seaweed ! Extra tip: The smell of wakame is much stronger than the cannabis smell! So you don't need any carbon filters etc. 😆😋 So the molasses does: I once done the water with molasses mix and leaved it for 2 days - it began to ferment! The smell of this remembers me of beer making process with a little bit of the very fresh smell of a essential oil from green carrot tops. Yes, I know - these descriptions are the bomb, haha! Reduced the temperature on my thermostat gear: from 32 to 26'C to see what happens - the reduction should help improve the flowering. As you can see some of the leaves are broken - caused accidentally by watering the plant! I am trying to do my best on this small area 😅

A really fun grow comes to an end, the result is more than impressive from this strain. I grew a few critical cross autos in hydro, they all have their typical grow strength, especially at the beginning of flower but this one stood out. Started "normal" and then just didn't want to stop anymore and that with a very basic feeding regime. This strain can take stress and nutrients, what you get in return is some purple flowers that smell so amazing that you ask yourself why you are not only growing this strain :P I made some ice water hash from it and it was such a beautiful smoke. The potency is quite impressive in this one, it seems a lot of growers are to focused on THC levels but terpines decide where your high goes, this high is great and compared to other strains with a much higher THC numbers the purple queen auto can easily compete. The smell and flavor is super floral and fruity.

It grew pretty good under the Unit Farm UF4000 and UF2000 lights. The UF2000 was add to the group grow in flowering. Looks like it is leafy bud, but I imagine the flower here has some kick. Everyday on 12 i bring them to the balcony to enjoy the real sun. so just 3-4 hours the back inside because still very cold outside! I made a miskate 1 week ago. i water them the flush water from my other Plants... then all girls was yellow. After flush with fresh water they getting better again!

I have the AirCube system set to 'Automatic Feed' now with two feeds per day for 15min. each. I'm checking the reservoir PH and EC before each feed as I'm still getting a PH climb due to the large air stone I have in the reservoir, and I want to keep my ppm's in the 600-700 range. So far, so good with the increase of nutrients. It looks like they are all beginning to get their color back, albeit slowly. 10/17- The Tropicana Cookies continue to be fed twice daily at 7am and 9pm, which works out to three hours AFTER lights on and six hours BEFORE lights off. So far this is working well with the medium having ample time to drain between feedings. I can see a noticeable difference in their color now, especially in the #1 plant. The #2 plant has a pair of lower leaves that are pretty damaged and I'll do a 'surgical' removal of them soon. the #3 is looking the best of the group, but the other two are on the rebound now. I'll have to wait and see how much this problem affects the plants growth and flowering and hope for the best! 10/19- I've got the AirCube system dialed in now and my little ladies have made a dramatic comeback! I've upped the nutrients to 650ppm's and am running the PH at 6.0-6.2 @ 74℉. Tent temperatures are running 73/80℉ during lights off/on, RH is being maintained @ 65%, and co2 levels at 1150-1300ppm's. I upped the output of the HLG 650R to 65% via a TrolMaster Hydro-X Controller, and have it hung 28" above the plants. Today, I drained and cleaned the reservoir and 'brain bucket', then refilled the system with 60L of well water to which added the following: 100ml each of Plagron Cocos 'A' & 'B', 30ml of Plagron Power Roots and 45ml of Botanicare CalMag+, and 3 tbsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss amino acids for a final level of 650ppm's. I then checked the ph and adjusted to 6.0 @ 74℉. I have also set the GrowAce AirCube system to 'Auto' mode and have it set for three 15min feedings a day, six hours apart, beginning two hours after 'lights on'. 10/21- There goes three weeks from seed on the books! All three Tropicana Cookies are looking really good now with great color and vigor, and I'm primarily concentrating on maintaining a consistent environment in the 4x4. The three times a day feeding schedule with Plagron nutrients ( Cocos A & B, Power Roots) continues @ 650ppm. I am also checking the reservoir before each to monitor and adjust the PH and nutrients when needed. I have noticed that after each feed the reservoir PH climbs 0.9of a point to 7.0, so I have been adding 30ml of Safer Grow PH Down which brings the PH down to 6.1. 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Bernice (my largest at 6" tall) got topped today after the 4th node. All 3 others will wait a few more days till they reach the same height and node spacing/growth. Will start foliar feeding of (1 gal water/2ml - liquid seaweed/2ml - gold shield silica/2ml boomerang) tonight on 03/06/21. Plants seem to be drinking water a bit more this week, meaning their root systems are growing and getting stronger. Will likely feed plain RO water tomorrow and check runoff PPM & PH. All in all they're growing much better, at the start of this week they were showing signs of deficiencies, due to me not giving them a good feeding early enough (I was afraid of over-feeding and instead under-fed!). Due to under-feeding some of my fan leaves on the early growth have gotten some brown spots, which I'm unconcerned with as these will eventually either fall off or be trimmed off by myself before sending to flower.

Day 29- I topped all of them except the little ones plus a Love Drunk and the Fruity Pebbles. I also removed the lower branches from the bottom three nodes. I didn’t feed today, instead it was plain RO water, their feed will be later in the week. My phone cut out in the video as it ran out of juice. But the discoloration inside the new growth has been outgrown, even though it is once again appearing in the next set of leaves. I really hope she hangs in there! Morning Glory stands 6” tall. The rest are approx. 5” tall and the littles about half that. Day 31- As I suspected, the whopper dose of potassium from that seaweed bliss is showing itself potentially. The not Fruity Pebbles that already has been looking off, was pushed to far with the potassium. I believe the excess of potassium to be causing a manganese deficiency. Not the magnesium found in Epsom Salt, but the other more uncommon one. I read up, did some quick research, and this is my most likely conclusion as the fruity pebbles is exhibiting almost textbook description of manganese deficiency. The cause being too much potassium. To my fortune, I found manganese from the fox farm Bushdoctor!! Also, I will add Botanicare Fulvex at half strength. Mainly to help absorption and include some Mg to help mitigate all the potassium. Fingers crossed! Tonight I will foliar feed the rest, that way they can stay out in the sun for now.

Taking a heavy heat wave in my area... so my girls are beeing cooked alive I hate to see them like this... I already added more CO2 to help them compensate a bit. Well the clones are beeing flushed for almost 5 days now in 4-6 days im gonna put them into 48 h darkness and harvest wish me the best =) Trichomes are looking evenly brownish all over the plants now just like I love them :P Also trying out the Clean fruits for flushing will see what it can do for me=)

•Seconda settimana• Buongiorno ragazzi Entrando nella seconda settimana ci siamo accorti che nonostante tutte le precauzioni qualche foglia restava gialla, sempre quelle sottostanti. Da notare che la pianta cresceva benissimo e i pistilli aumentavano di giorno in giorno. A metà settimana circa abbiamo aggiunto 15g a pianta di top dress flo, un preparato organico che è risultato molto efficace e positivo per la pianta, irrigando regolarmente come sempre senza però l’aggiunta di melassa, solo acqua. Per sette giorni dalla somministrazione. Arrivando quindi fino a metà della terza settimana. Ricordo di aumentare sempre la dose di acqua, controllando la pianta e rimanendo sempre costanti nei giorni.
