Day 22 - december 26 The hydro goes really fast now we can see the difference in growth vs the soil ppm 500 Ph 6.1 day 23 water change - 730ppm day 25 i cut off the 2 top fanleaves of the hydro and soil plant wich are blocking light on the stems underneath, now both plants have 6 main stems so both plants will have the same structure. nothing needs to be cut from here its just veg a bit longer and wait for flowers. also did LST on all 6 branches each has a string on them with a pencil attached to them to bend the young stems gently as you can see in the final video of this week. day 28: the hydro plant recovered from the too light nute mix new growth is healthy again theres just brown spots on the oldest water leaves. temps are also a bit low when lights turn of (15ceclius) in the res. i put the timer of the light now at 20/24 to keep it 2h warmer.

Trichome werden schon langsam milchig und das Zimmer reicht wie ein Coofeshop in Amsterdam nach dem öffnen des Zeltes 🤭. Beide haben auch einen leicht anderen Geruch, da bin ich schon sehr auf das Endergebnis gespannt. 23.1 : spitzen werden braun, dass werde ich die Tage mal etwas beobachten. El dia sabado 17/8 se aplico 15gr de Bio4 (4-4-4), 15gr de Phenex(6-8-!5) y humus de lombriz por cada maceta y se regó con 2 litros de agua con ph 6.3 por maceta. Las plantas pegaron un estiron asi que se coloco el segundo led de 180W. 22/8 se realizo una defoliacion no muy agresiva retirando solamente las hoja mas grandes.

A perfect end for a perfect plant. I harvested her after 13 weeks and she looks great! She smells strong and i cant get enough from her smell. She taste like tropical fruits with a little hint of gas.

Alright Growmies!! So this Purple Ice Water is a bag seed I got from an amazing strain i had and was lucky enough to find hidden gem inside one if the beautiful nugs!! I think I have a photo in my Google photos I'll look for a picture of the flower the seed came from!! Anyway, I was going to enter the 16oz solo cup challenge but I didn't realize time was running out and so i had already planted the seed by then and of course she popped and I grow attached to them when that happens so here we are!! Not to mention, this is my first indoor grow and so I'm not thinking or planning as I should be and so guess what problem I ran into next...well my tent was now in flower so lights were kn 12/12...so 3 days into the new seed I planted, i need more hours of light for her and so you'll see my solution in the photo or video..my lady thought it was hilarious when she walked into the bathroom to get ready in the morning and a baby cannabis plant was handing from the light fixture lmao!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is only temporary fix and she is only hanging up there for a few hours then I place her back into the tent to give her that much needed light!! I could always do the window trick but hey this was too fun!! 1st week is going amazing, as it can go lmao!! Between day 5 and 6 I added some rain water. It rained for almost 3 days straight here in Arizona so it was nice to be able to capture some rain water for my girls for once! Those days are few and far between unfortunately!!

They started flowering gave them Chicken Manure a few days earlier when I noticed it, in the 3rd week if flower i'm going to give them rabbit manure and make a flowering tea for them 😁we will see how it goes also might get a PK Booster 🤔

Finally installed an air stone for the blumat reservoir and hopefully that’ll help keep it last, started to get a slight smell after a few days. Otherwise the ladies are looking alright. Still having slight nutrient lockout but taken care of for the most part. Feeding approximately 25% recommended per feed schedule. All 3 are starting to show more CalMagic issues as they proceed into flower with 1 showing more than 2 which is showing more than 3 who was the last to finish stretching. 1st attempt at lollipoping on day 51 and feel like I could have done more. Another round of defoliation coming soon. Photos from Day 54 from sprout. Plant 1: Started off the strongest but also went into flower first so did not stretch much. Very dense canopy, going to need quite a bit more defoliation next time around. Pistil hairs already showing browning but no other signs of any potential light stress. Plant 2: shot up during the stretch because the LST clip fell off. Attempted to supercrop and I would say it was a success. Went a little hard but learned. Plant 3: went into flower last but was about to put in the most LST work. Almost tripled in size during the stretch and toom over as the largest in the tent.

Was definitely a pleasure growing,amazing looking plant.Loved seeing the progress and seeing the purple really come through. had the true purple pheno so was very happy about that.In hindsight i shouldve cloned and made a mother etc with this pheno but yeah next time.Like i said earlier watch out for cannabis aphids and PM.Bud is currently in jars curing ,want to leave it for atleast a month before i start toking on it

September 2, Day 43. I removed the trellis because it was annoying and I realized the spaces were too large and that's why it felt clumsy... Kabob sticks are doing the trick so far. As I was clipping some leaves to prepare for flowering, I noticed roots growing through the bottom of the pot. I hate transplanting plants so I sat the current pot in another pot that was filled 30% with additional coco coir that had been prebuffered with seedlings strength nutrients to avoid shock. I am confident the roots will continue their journey through the first pot and into the additional space below. Now to observe for a few days, aiming to switch to flowering next week. I have removed at least 30 leaves throughout the last week and she is still looking so bushy and healthy... Thanks Recharge. I ordered Big Bud by Advanced Nutrients and I look forward to using it during flowering. SUPER MEGA HAPPY UPDATE Day 44, September 3. I clipped a branch and planted it in a prebuffered with seedling strength nutrients rockwool pellet... I baptized her Kaboom Baby.... And. She. Survived!!! Ahhhhh!!! So freaking happy! I am going to start a second grow under this diary called Kaboom Baby, La Reinita Africana. Update, Day 46, September 5, 11am. Fed and watered with all nutrients except Recharge. 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP: This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃 I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜 In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water). The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie. During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4). At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week. The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS! Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here. Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above. The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

Feeding schedule has been steady with the girls transpiring 5 liters of water and "eating" 8 g of Megacrop and 20 ml of P-K booster per day. It's about that time when it would be wise for me to freeze my pruning shears in a gallon of ice to help with my impulse control. Geezuz these gals are getting dank. I had been running the 6-in carbon filter only during lights-on but noted a serious spike in terps during dark hours lately that I'm sure drifted to the neighbours, so the grow room air is now being scrubbed 24/7. That doesn't help with the stank that sticks to me whenever I touch the plants or even just go in the room. Candidly, I the smell is addictive to me, but the wife ain't no fan, so I have to do a body douche with alcohol, soap and water whenever I've been in the grow room. Bo is on the home stretch -- or fattening, at this stage -- with pistils browning across the canopy and trichomes starting to cloud up. I'm starting to believe @PirateJoe and @SativaKid in their mid-December estimates, for Bo, at least. Sophia continues to plug away, getting thick, but pistils are just starting to brown and trics are crystal clear, so 2 weeks behind, at least. The buds on both plants are developing a texture similar to the Kilimanjaro I grew outside this summer, @PirateJoe and @SativaKid have alluded to this as well: Dense, mushy buds that have an almost oily feel. I'm guessing this is characteristic of Sativas in general? Community input would be appreciated. I've been increasing the duration of UV exposure by 30 min during each of the 2 daily exposure periods every few days. Now up to 2 hours each period, and since I'm seeing no damage, I'll probably continue to increase the UV so it's on continuously for 7 hrs straight during the middle of the "day."

The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

Cream Caramel took more time to finish the cycle than other strains in the room. But flowers are well developed, sticky and thick. A bigger pot is necessary for having a better yield but the weed look strong and good.

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days.
