Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, since I almost killed everything in there 😂 The Z&Z is a well balanced 60% - 40% Indica - Sativa dominan strain with a short flowering period. I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. This is on of the strain that did notice more my mistake, can be clearly seen on the final product. Iinfact, a good part of the flowers, went for bubble hash. I topped them, and then practiced LST training to help them growing wider. Probably If I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have had a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Really looking forward to grow this strain again Indoor, I'am amazed by the terpene profile and the amount of resin they've produced, even under my multiple attempt to screw em!! STRONG GENETIC! Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! Now this side of the tent seems to be doing great. At first I thought it was the air circulation with the other side so I’m still digging into that. Either way this is about these two ladies and I see the forming of pistils and can’t wait to see what kind of stretch they get into in the upcoming weeks. As for the coco vs. the rockwool way I’ve done it in the past I’m leaning towards the rockwool way. It’s easier and thus far the plants I get from it are larger. It consumes about the same amount of water although less nutrients.

The Bruce Banner shows the first pre-flowering in Veg4. Plants are growing well but the size of the tent doesn't make it easy. The plants have already been switched to a 12/12 light cycle.

Day 69: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1379 ppm, 2951us/cm, 2.9 EC (1 purple punch, wedding Cheesecake) 1391 ppm, 2959 us/cm, 2.9 EC (gorilla cookies) 1L 319 ppm, 678 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana and 2 purple punch) (2L each) 3 different feedings for the 10 plants Still flushing all the strawberry banana and 2 purple punch with flawless finisher, 2ml per L. (1st week flawless finisher, 2L each, 2nd week clear water, 150L each pH tap water) Day 71: I've been struggling with the humidity, always around 70%, I can't turn the lights off at the moment. I lost one of the main fans during 2 days, and I found mold on all the tops on one purple punch and on the smaller strawberry banana as well. First timing having this issue! High humidity plus not enough air circulation equals this. Mistakes happen for a reason. Need to start rethinking my whole air circulation, exaustor, fans, etc etc. I removed the infected buds, I used a magnified glass to help me do the job better. I did everything like the book. Already have 3 fans on the tent, let's see how it goes. Humidity between 65-75% Day 73: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1458 ppm, 3101us/cm, 3.1 EC (2 wedding Cheesecake and 1 gorilla cookies) 283 ppm, 602 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 1 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) 2 different feedings for the 10 plants Still flushing, 1st week flawless finisher, 2L each, 2nd week clear water, 150L each pH tap water) Everything running smooth, they are starting to show the colors from the flush I've been doing. Day 75: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 290 ppm, 617 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Day 77: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1811 ppm, 3810 us/cm, 3.8 EC (gorilla cookies) 253 ppm, 538 us/cm 0.5 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Still flushing... Going to cut some of them this week.

Welcome to week 22 of my grow diary. It rained at the beginning of the week. On Monday and Tuesday I only left the plant outside for half a day and when it rained I put it in the garage so that the buds wouldn't get wet. Unfortunately, in this weather there is a high risk that the flowers will start to mould. Most of the trichomes are now milky. See you next week ✌️

Day 15 - First day in the second week of veg cycle and I am generally happy with both ladies. Cheech is looking like she is bending over a little with the weight of her leaves, so I’ve given her a bit of help to keep her steady and strong. I’ve also noticed that the roots on Cheech are sticking together and a bit darker than I would like. This could mean that the air stone left a “dead spot” where the water wasn’t circulating properly. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more centre in the bucket and made sure that the water is cold enough to prevent potential root rot. Will need to keep a close eye for the next week or so. Lights have been not been adjusted (still at 60cm from seedlings) because there has only been about a 2cm growth in the last week. Changed the water (10L), buckets and nutrients to keep everything healthy. The tubes for the air bubblers are wiped down because the nutrients stick to the pipe. Milwaukee PH controller is running for about 1 hour to bring the PH down again from the addition of the nutrients and change in water. Day 17 and we have a clear front runner in Cheech. Her third node is open with a fourth clearly visible. Venezia has a clear third node, but it isn’t fully open yet with the fourth just barely starting. Day 20 - Cheech has a clear fourth node now and the fifth is starting to show whereas Venezia is one node behind. They are looking healthy and they will be ready to be topped in the coming week of veg

Rough week! Found two major hermie issues Pheno #5&2. Could be because they where the OGs and they just had a long stressful life. Really bummed because they where the biggest in the tent for sure. Have a coupoe tops with orange hairs so maybe got pollinated, all i can do is keep my eye on them! Besides that everything is looking so great had to re-train and move canopy around but still have full coverage. Getting allot more tops

02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

I broke the mainstem performing LST😬🙄😳...Idiot 🎭... Repaired her with some tape, Guess no more LST training for her hehehe.. Actually, she started performing better after the break 🤷‍♂️...So perhaps it was a blessing 🙌. No nutes,No problems

Se le ha aplicado un tratamiento insecticida con agua + tierra de diatomeas ( 1 cucharadita por litro de agua), también se le aplica un tratamiento fungicida con una infusión de cola de caballo para evitar futuro moho. A partir de ahora se riega manualmente con las dosis recomendadas por el fabricante.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower the Cal mag has made absolutely no difference too the yellow colour of this blackberry so I suspect it is just how this strain is as meany diary's on here of the same strain are also on the yellow side , but it's certainly not affecting the speed of the growth of her , i also bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , I accidentally bend the main stem last week while I was putting them under the netting too try and control the stretch , luckily it did not crack or snap the branch at all and she didn't droop on that branch at all and has healed already , it may or may not be related but as soon as it happened the side branches thickened up too the thickness of the main stem , this plant has over taken the rest in size even being a full week too 15 days younger , it's certainly not ideal but it really does not appear too have slowed down the growth and may well go in my favour , this lady really did stretch out from week 4 into 5 and is showing no sign of slowing down , her side branches are very thick almost as thick as the main stem , her leaf production was minimal and I have only had too remove very few too expose the bud sites , the yellowing seems too be recovering now and most of the plant is green now , Update , Now gone a lush green colour instead of that horrible yellow , and the buds have already started too purple , she has also stepped up a gear with her nutrient intake almost drinking 6 pints since Thursday , She seems too have slowed down on the stretch and has so meany bud site scattered all over her with as the diary name suggests black roses everywhere , and note too any seed banks reading this if there is not a purple stain out there already called black rose now is your chance lol and Iwant a sample pack first kinda like the tester :) Now defoliation , as you can see they really didn't seem too mind at all being stripped and within a couple of days they had all replenished the lost leaves and even this week olive had to pull the odd few off as they have grown out , Method , well all info now is simple , Anything I cannot tuck under something that is blocking a bid site with shade I remove too middle or bottom , Everything else stays , I just stand above the plant and pull off anything covering the sites , it's really as simple as that , I see some strip them until there is nothing left on but a few sugar leaves , but for me didn't like the look of the plants , for me the growing process is just as much fun as the fruits ,

Started seeing first pistils , everything going smooth, continue training through net . It's a big job scroging, all that plant training through the net can wear you out! Just ask the Urban Grow Cat, he's absolutely worn out from helping me in the garden, as you can see from the photos. I have noticed a mistake on my diary, it say's that she is still in veg. However she is currently entering week 3 of flower, i have edited it to flowering. ( Sorry about the mistake , Grow cat is still learning how to use a laptop!

La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, cambien el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una buena poda de ramas bajas, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, cogieron una tricomada seria.
