Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

The regular humidifier top up every 2-3days , so I have to run water distiller 2x per one refill which is pain 😂 , apart that nothing part sprouting some seeds for the SST , and the Super8 tea been brewing for over 2 weeks , should be readily available liquid feed hopefully , i use 600ml weekly , 3rd week this week and no stress so far , no deficiencies or toxicity .. probably gonna start feeding from week 4-5 see if there’s any difference . It’s all rocket science for me , custom soil blend from scratch, 80%coco coir brick, and using like 3-4 amends Overal , want to be as organic and as simple as possible

11/3/21 - Looking really good today! All plants are crazy perky with big flowers that are begging for 12/12. We will flip after the aphids are gone. We will be repeating week 3 of nutrients this week. 11/4/21 - They look amazing. We got Fox Farm Force Of Nature because we have aphids :/ We will spray this evening and look each day and spray as needed. Major defoliation is going to be done throughout the week as well. We got 2 more scrog nets going in. The plants need them pretty bad. We will put one more up, mash the tops down, defoliate and add the second scrog in early flower. 11/5/21 - We didn’t have time to put the scrog up or defoliate. Also, the spray for the aphids never showed up 😡. But on the plus side, the plants looks amazing! 11/6/21 - We did some major defoliation and sprayed the aphids with an organic pesticide soap. We also added the second scrog net. 11/7/21 - We only found a couple live aphids so sprayed again. They should all be gone by now. Light needs to be bumped to 60% and also raise it a bit. They look so much smaller after some defoliation. 11/8/21 - Aphids are gone :) We will do one more week of veg then add a 3rd scrog mid flower to support the buds when they start to form. 11/9/21 - First day of flower will be 11/17. Pretty excited for them to flower up. This veg has been frustrating and challenging with 6 plants. Overwhelming at times. Next one is going to be 4 plants MAX. They look great today!

Two things I learned this week…I fed her too much possibly or the white label seeds are really no good. She got burned badly but she is recovered

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow! Growing fast! So my goal is to have a few main branches, and make them as thick as possible. Want to see if this creates larger colas. Added silica for 1 feeding so far. The stuff raises PH quite a bit FYI. Added it first before all other nutes. Also feed Recharge a day after watering while soil still moist. Stress techniques - - Super cropped a lot more. I would bend harshly without breaking in between each node just before watering. Did it on all stems at once, entire plant looked so sad but perked right back up later in the day. Maybe I'm triggering it's survival mode because growth seems to speed up after initial stress. - I keep taking off new nodes as they appear to keep the growth structure I want. I'm taking something off almost everyday and might be the most stressful thing I'm doing. - The tight ring around the base of the stem is showing heavy scaring and buildup. I'm keeping it on so it stays tied down, and to see how the plant deals with it. I like to think the plant thinks it's bugs attacking its stem. I have noticed the main stem hardening up. - First week I did a heavier feeding. Want to see how far I can push the nutes without burning the tips. No tip burn yet apart from some light stress (maybe). Crazy how this 100 watt light is doing. You think 100 isn't enough but it most definitely is. At least for 1 plant in tent.

Day 1 - Soaking in water for 24 - 48 hrs. Once sank I will transplant. Come on terp treez please let this one be the winner 🤞💚 Day 2 - I'm Impressed the seed sank after 24 hrs this time around. Now decided to place in paper towel, in a bag in the cupboard. Will wait 24 hrs for tap root to emerge and to 2-3cm this time before transplant to final 3gsl fabric pot. Day 3- Tap root emerged about 1-2cm. I have transplanted to final 3gal fabric pot.😁🙌😅💚 I have used, 60% canna terra pro plus, 30%perlite and 10% canna terra potting mix. The potting mix I use only as a transplant medium within its final container, just to allow around the seed a better chance for roots to develop as I found just using terrapro plus they struggle to establish because of how rich it is. After planting I gave a light pH water only and covered with jug. I find this helps retain humidity on the little seedlings. Day 5 - seedling finally emerged 🙌 so happy to see that the 2nd out of 6 terp treez has actually germinated 🙌 woohoo. Light water pH balanced. Day 6- showing nice healthy growth, definitely in competition with the sssc auto I have going there both nearly identical growth rates 😋✌️💚 PH balanced water only still this week.

This ladies look absolutely gorgeous and super strong, they're gonna be flipped into flower tomorrow on February 15th when they'll hit the 30th day since they were planted and the first day of flower! As said, I have flipped this ladies into flower on February 15th so now I think we're gonna see a beautiful stretch specially on this 2 plants which are the biggest one in the tent, very nice genetic, cannot wait to see their performance ❤️💛💚👨‍🌾 stay tuned everybody! Suffered a little burn, but flushed it and voila, she is back up and running beautifully. Day 18/19 she has started spitting leaves out left right and centre. Can see little calyxes and hairs coming through. Really is coming along nicely The Critical is a photo period as you know, she too is coming along beautifully. Gonna veg her for 2-3 more weeks and begin flower for 6-8 weeks. Will do more updated on it.

This week we lost one of the Slurricane due to rotten root that were caused by the electricity blackout. Other plant were doing fine. Hope everything will be good until harvest.

At the start of the week I fimmed a few high blooms to slow growth. Humidity kept climbing untill I added a carbon filter 4inch on a inline fan as an exhaust, added a 2nd fan to circulate more. Checked pH around 4 times a day due to.such a small tank. At the end of this week I defoliated and also took around 40 cuttings which I will post separate to this dairy, they will be in a DWC setup.
