Week 8 update.... Plants are taking their sweet time. Hoping im doing this shit right. I trimmed some more popcorn bud branches and took out a bunch of fan leaves. Trying to utilize my light and control environment. Opened up the canopy with some pipe cleaners.... is it too early to guesstimate yield? Plants are 8 weeks, about 2 weeks into flower. . i figure i have another 50 days or so. Breeder gives 65 days for flowering. Im at around 15. Not counting the week stretch after first preflowers...... feeding about 2300 ppm. Light about 15 inches above canopy. Now it's the waiting game. Light staying where it's at. Ec staying where it's at until flush. They're shouldn't be many leaves growing back. My only thing i have to focus on is the amount of times i water a day and keeping an eye out for any cal mag deficiencies. Gave a little cal/mag/ nitrogen for the loss of leaves in tonight's feeding.

I put my seeds germinated 3 days ago and everything went well, last night I transplanted them and small thumbs are already appearing. one plant still dont separate from the seed, I hope it doesn't affect the plant's growth and that it falls as quickly as possible..

Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. I almost stripped them naked kinda but I need to get more light to the lower bud sites otherwise they are pretty much popcorn. The Green Gelato is happily starting to produce flowers while the Lemon Cherrys are taking their time to stretch one of them is almost 130cm tall and that was the 1 that was the most behind in the early weeks ahhahaha. That's a wrap. Long time in veg due to cold wet soil, but turned around for some decent buds. The White Gold plants could have gone for another week or longer, Papaya Bang Bang was getting past its peak so decided to take them all down today. Be back in a couple of weeks for weights after drying and trimming .

6/12 Thunderstorms turned to sun Plants are growing substantially. The ones that were damaged from the sun have pulled out of it. I checked the fim I did on a gmo that later burned and it has five tops! I took a couple videos bur I'll have to wait until tomorrow to upload them. Despite the weather severity and inconsistencies I'm in a really good spot. I'll upload the two videos tomorrow when I'm in a better area. Wifi is far to slow. 6/13 Rained yesterday before turning to hot sun. Supposed to be in the 90s today. Due to the rain and storms we've been having I hacebt had to water. Soil is still moist. Plants seem to be growing at a great pace. With all this rain they've gotten a hearty dose of the nutes in my soul mix and then when the sun comes out and they bask for a few hours they look considerable bigger. Another storm coming up but other than that weather is good. Plants are happy and doing well. 6/14 Plants are loving this hot weather. Rainy then it will clear up and be sunny. All plants have recovered from the shock of the weather and are growing like crazy. Ice started some lsting. I haven't even had to water. 6/15 Medium is still damp. I don't think we'll get much rain the next few days but we've gotten a lot lately. I'll continue playing it by ear. The water lasts much longer with the smaller plants in lather containers. Later in the summer I could be watering daily. If there is no rain I'll allow the bags to dry out and I'll water them. I may start them on a small nutrient schedule like the fox farm organic one you use for the entirety. I've hesitated though because my soil is chock full of nutrients and they show no sighs of deficiencies. I'll keep an eye on it. They look great though. 9/16 Watered after church. 3 1/2 gallons so approximately a half gallon each. Iys been really hot and i dont see rain in the forecast. Also broke the gmo that I fimmed right at a topping point. It wasnt wilted, and I ran and grabbed duct tape and fixed it. I've had good luck in the past this way. Hopfully I will this time as well. Still sucks though 9/17 The plant that split at the V that I taped up seems to be doing just fine. Looks just like the other top next to it. Thank God. Things seem to be going well. I'm wondering if I should start giving nutrients but I don't see any deficiencies and I know this soil mix lasts pretty much through veg without showing signs of deficiencies. I think it might be a case of "if it's not broke don't fix it." I'll look back on diaries and I'll do some research. 9/18 It's overcast but it's been in the upper 80's. I checked the plants around 11 and they looked good. They'll need water but I'm holding off until the morning. The plant I broke at the crook shows no signs of wilting or any negative effects. I assume it will come back stronger. I was thinking about watering tonight but at 12 there was still a little moisture. They will be fine until morning. Plants seem bigger every day.

Another easy strain to grow. She stretches like crazy during flowering so LST is a must for indoor growing. She grew very fat and way more dense buds than Big Bud Auto I am very pleased with the yeild with over 120 g's on the scale. Between both strains I yeilding a little over 8.5 oskies, roughly 2+ oz per plant give or take. This particular strains is one of my favorites!

29.6 I'm little late on this update(and I missed a week I think) but: Girls growing like crazy now. I topped that topped plant ones more and also pinched couple new shoots. New tech for me let's see how it's turning out. I counted it has 16 new shoots starting 😍 I may have to put a net in there before flowering just to divide space and to provide some support for those coming colas. Very healthy plant these would be crazy big if I'd transplanted earlier. But I'm happy with these. Gonna have little space not problem but something to solve anyhow with spacing..yes.. Gonna start flowering as soon as my topped plants are fully recovered and grew proper new branches. 3.6 Today I switched to flowering. So tonight girls wake up from first 12h darkness. Tent is pretty full. There is also one Auto Royal Gorilla from my balcony grow. It got too big for my balcony 😅 But yep next update be flowering week one. 7 days from today. Happy growing all!

Our Zamnesia Jet Fuel has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but now we're there, a few days and they go into flowering. The Topping worked well the plant went a bit into over fertilization because during repeated topping the plant has much less need of nitrogen and it's magic to get there by fading the fertilizers especially with many plants. The ideal when doing topping is probably to start with a slow-release fertilized soil or just start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. Day one of week 4. Nutes (BioBizz Grow) 50% of recommended dose have gone in today, I will increase the dose to 1ml for the next watering in 2/3 days. Will introduce BioBizz Bloom next week if no Nutes burn this week. Will do some more LST training tomorrow after another full 18 hrs of sun.. UPDATE - 13th September: Day 2 of week 4, gave the girls a very little trim and some more LST today.. New growth coming through nicely.. UPDATE - 14th September: Day 3 of week 4, Nutes (BioBizz Grow) went in today at 1ml per litre. A little more LST and I finally topped the girls 😍.. UPDATE: 16th September: Day 5 of week 4, 3rd lot of BioBizz Grow Nutes at 1ml/l per plant. Pleased with my four ladies progress so far! Peace ✌️🏼 🍃

Banana Jelly has a very nice bushy shape, she responds good to LST and doesn't stretch a lot when turned into flowering. Good resistance as we performed some HST and even during flowering defoliations, no sign of stress or delays in growth. The bid smell is almost like nuts, fresh almonds with a sweet but slightly gassy background, a true gem to explore. We will definitely repeat this one!!!
