These pound cake auto seeds are 100 off rip. I put the seeds in some paper towels on nov29, then put them in the pro-mix potting soil on dec2. Now it's dec4. Only 5 whole days sense. I put the seeds in paper towels, and they have already been born into this world. Thanks, fastbuds, for the seeds. Ever since I saw the seed drop with the pound cake auto, I have had my eye on this strain. I have really wanted to grow a plant with giant giant huge nugs, and I have yet to do so. I have high hope for these guy. I'm only allowed 12 plant and have 10 plants in other other tent. So I will be tossing one of them later 2day. I plan on only bringing one if them to flower. This is my 1st real auto grow so I'm testing the waters in a spare 2x2 tent with my spider farmer 100 board light the newer one with the evo leds. Thanks for reading

Both of the girls are really packing on the weight now. These are their last week or two. Haven't decided whether I'm going to harvest this week or next. But you'll see a harvest post soon, I'm sure :) It doesn't look like left is quite ready for harvest(white hairs popping up still), but I'm going to chop them both at the same time, regardless. I may do so a bit later on account of left being behind. If anything, I'll just harvest right, then do left a week or so later. Cheers everyone! Really like this strain, but it does have quite ugly leaves lmao. Update: The girls officially got the chop on the 20th. They've been drying ever since. Did a leaf strip and then hung em up. Stay tuned next week for a grow/smoke report :) Harvested at about 90% cloudy 10% amber trichs. The smell is incredible! I can smell it as soon as I open the door to the room they're drying in. This was a pretty fun grow, but I don't think I'll be running this strain again during the winter. Looking for more hardy strains to better handle our fluctuating climate.

Week 6 of 8 begins! Mandarin dreams 1&2 are looking great, bulking up and smelling delish! MD1 is the runt of the two pheno's and has a shitty smell, MD2 is the stronger of the two and has the smell of a citrus cleaner. So WeedSeedsExpress was kind enough to supply me with there Auto-NL. A strain that always lands in the tent every few cycles as its one of my favourite classics. I have grown out a few breeders strains of NL but never ran an Auto version of it so something new in it for myself. a little video of the packing which i thought was quite cool in an old school style cut out booklet. We are a week in, Sorry for lack of photos i ended up having a bit of a rush at time. I germinated 5 and all 5 germed and sprouted but lost one due to an accident in the tent. Just running on some plain water and superthrive for now. These have grown perfectly fine.

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

Wow what can I fucking say... A real experience this was. True og x platinum is special cultivator. This freebie was a limited get it or don't this weekend sale only. I was lucky enough to snag some s7, candy cane, and 2 true ogs. The first true og failed due to me trying new germ methods. This one however weather no lights for 8 days with a window seal veg. She them bounced back and grew VIGOROUSLY. With the help of clonex and great white, we were able to top and clone her 2 weeks in veg and with strong lateral roots in 8 days. As week 3 to 4 approached we then transplanted the clones into a new solo which was uneeded I know now. She great rapidly and was then sprayed with 30ppm colloidal silver. This was to prep her for a reversal in hope of a potential keeper just based on her vegetation growth alone. She is incredible man, a really fast grower. As we approached week 5 and 6 of the vegetation process her clones got huge with big fan leaves which is know of the True Og since she is a high Indica hybrid. Her mama was the spread out over theist days of her vegetation cycle and achieved around 32 tops. For and indica she does stretch well but my downfall was not knowing she was indica or "noticing" it by physical traits. I should have given her 8 weeks and then I would have had 64 tops with everything spread out with an impressive lollipop.... maybe 128 one tent?!.. In all honestly I should have given her 8 weeks to create 30 colas instead of bud sites and nice chunky tops. Amazing quality just need the yield... okay back to it.. As the stretch went for around 3 weeks or 20 days, I hsted and lsted where needed to keep an even canopy. She transitions to flower fast and likes bloom around week 3 into 4. She builds heavy frost early on in the first 20 to 30 days to flower. Next time she will definitely go past 70 days. 62 days was definitely pristine and she definitely is a keeper. As mid to late flower set in, I Backed off gradually on the grow and increased on the bloom. I threw in terpinator late but will try near week 4 to 5 next go at her. She stacks incredible fast and well. Each bud created on this monster are dense as golf balls. She then starts to fade around Day 40. The 40s you will see purples and fall colors which then turn into a mix of reds, violets, autumn, and blackish purple. She then throws the most tirchomes once she near day 50. Her bracts bulk hard as they fatten to finish but her pistils which are thin and horse hair like are very very few. This is an amazing feature as her flower to leaf ratio is more hmmm give me bud.. Her terp profile boasts early and bullies other plants until harvest. She smells of berries, just, gas, spice.... honestly it's extremely complex... As I finally pulled her slightly amber on day 62 which was one of her early harvest ranges I'd day 60 to 75 for this strain. She was all cloudy however during the pull. As the mom dried for a couple of days, we pulled some okay numbers and have learned a lot and we also know what to do to triple this harvest number next go.. the clone was also successfully reversed and we believe created f1s true og x plat visions cut and true slurricane by visions... we will updated as soon as we know... Smoke report: OH man... this will be an ongoing thing until Christmas... I won't smoke much more until after march.. She is being saved until I get more. True Og x Plat 💯 hits like a fucking truck. She is a heavy head hitter with body stoning blended in as well which give her a nice balanced hybrid hit. It truly lives up to the platinum lineage tho with inhouses trichome productivity which is sugary and potent on hit almost like the sugar cane 🤔 She is extremely sticky when grinding into a bowl. The bud sticks completely in your top grinder almost every time.. As you smoke her you get the smoothest God damn smoke you'll ever smoke.. The smoke has a diesel pungent sting to the nose immediately after you take a hit. I'd say for a rookie it's probably a no go for you buddy... soon after that you are given the true og coined term "couchlocked" A real winner with other flavors which are extremely complex and can't be named until later--------------->>> The flavors found/ complex terpene profiles given off by this cultivar are I'd say "loud". Very creamy berry kush notes on the jar opening. When you smoke her 2 hits into a bowl, your face with feel red and flushed like a dab would. Shes like smoking pure hash essentially. Thats how greasy she is. On the exhale you experience complex notes but mainly earthy diesel kush funk. Very enjoyable relaxing high. Very potent. 2 friends took 2 hits and said it was too much to function even after that... for an average smoker it needs a warning label 🏷️ True Og X Platinum truly serves its purpose medicinally in large amounts with pain numbing goods and most important sleep. She takes the tension from everyday endeavors and throws that shit in the rear view mirrors. Large amounts induce permanent sleep. This is highly recommended as a night time smoke which worms great with my lifestyle. I really enjoyed growing this cultivar. The only thing I regret is not giving her 2 more weeks in veg. I would have capitalized instead of just getting some. Would have doubled if not tripled my harvest numbers. OH well. There will be a volume 2 shortly 😀 Update: No clone seeds. Pollen was kept. I believe it was due to using a store bought ppm. Nearly 35 days I think to get some pollen. Wasn't strong enough to reverse in a timely fashion for pollination. I'll grab a clone from wicked however and still continue crosses however. Rawtton will get some true og pollen however. All is not lost.

Day 77 I'm running out of vertical space for pinus contorta, this weekend i will open the box to move the leds higher and will try to do some decent photos. At this point i've added the Pinus purple matcha to the diary because she's huge and impossible to not notice, should be around 1,5m² almost 150cm tall. Had to do a very risky move and "soft crop" 2 apicals because of burn risk, too close to the leds. I wasn't expeting a freakin' tree like that! Day 79 Jeez plz stop growing in height!! After this shaky video i raised the leds 10 cm, now i'm for real out of space.. I'm adding 10 to 12 liters every day, alternating ro with only silica one day and the other with nutrients.

Thai chocolate the winner in this diary - hands down. Gréât coloring, nice structure and there’s a great color off the fan leaves - really a beauty and will be worth the xtra couple weeks flowering. Try PEV seeds out. They are really under rated

She's a mess! Her buds are sooo heavy, they are falling over. She suffered from nute lockout and ph issues, but I see her leaves greening up again, so maybe she's getting better. I don't know what it means, but her stems are purple. She also has some foxtailing that I think the environment contributed to. It gets very hot in my make shift tent. These are her last weeks. No more nutes, just water from now on. I will be harvesting her on Sunday due to personal time constraints. I hope she's good! Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned.

7th of May Day 59 day 11 of 12/12 4 plants are looking healthy the stretch has started and and the canopy is starting to get a bit dense I may rom I’ve some large fan leaves on day 14 of 12/12 to give better airflow and allow for the lower growth to get more light, I can picture the colas already 😁🍁 ppm still going in at 650 ph 6.5, i top dressed each plant with fish blood and bone mean 3 table spoons to each 3gal pot on day 1 of flower

I have checked the plants and one plant is now showing about 10% amber trichomes on old growth. New growth clear. Starting to see some nice colour changes across the canopy. Have fed them a weaker feed to start the week but included a microbe tea.
