day 15 (december 19) start of week 3 roots everywhere plant starts to take of now, the hydro is slightly bigger then the soil plant day 17: the hydro plant made a new set of leaves in just 2 days! day 19: i cut off the lowest leaves of both plants. i do this because on any autoflower these leaves produce a stem that wastes a lot of energy on small nugs. day 20: hydro plant got topped (3nodes) day 21: soil plant got topped (3nodes) same strategy with the topping, i do this early (i could pinch them off with my fingers) to reduce the time to recover. the plants bounce back like they didnt feel it and with the lowest leaf and small tiny stems cut off, these plants will produce 6 main stems with nice big and dense buds instead of a huge christmass tree with more leaves than bud.

Well a few weeks left and they are starting to fall over. Gonna be interesting holding then up for another few weeks. LoL

Currently, I water it every three days with 350-400 ml, tailored to its needs and the pot size. I'm planning to start fertilizing by the end of this week. I've noticed that I need to be careful not to get the leaves wet during watering, as the leaf color seems to lighten where water droplets touch. To prevent scorching, I've dimmed my lamp to 65%, ensuring gentle care for the young plant. 🌿 🌱 Update 01.08 - Day 10 🚨 Near Disaster with My Fastberry Plant! 🚨 A mishap occurred today when I was setting up yellow sticky traps to ward off pests like fungus gnats. While positioning one near the plant, it accidentally tipped over, tearing off a third of one leaf. 😢 Leaf Condition: The damaged leaf still looks okay. From what I’ve learned, it's best to leave it as long as it remains green. If it begins to yellow and wilt, I'll cut it off. 🍂 General Plant Growth: Overall, the Fastberry plant is doing well. The humidity is stable at around 65%, and the pH is at 7, which I'm currently adjusting to 6 using Biobizz pH Down. 💧 🌱 Update 04.08. - Day 13 The plant is flourishing! Today, I administered its first dose of BioBizz Grow (0.8 ml per liter, pH 6.3) and watered it with 400 ml. Last week we noticed one of the ladies had begun to show sex. A couple calyxes with barely visible white hairs coming out of them. Seeing as there's no electricity where the garden is located we opted for a 1500 lumen LED lantern, that we turn on at 11:pm every night for about 40 minutes to and hour. This seemed to have done the trick as no more hairs have been seen and the vegging process is back on track.

31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

She's doing great! Just gotta keep up with Ipm. I have been going between circadian sunrise and lost coast pest management. Cannot wait to see this girl flower!

Well this week was really stressful, one of the girls started showing stress in the lower leaves right after I attempted some fimming on her, the nutrients I was waiting for haven't arrived except for some calmag which I think they are lacking... Topped the rest of them just today, hopefully they'll respond better than their sister... thanks to anyone reading this, happy gorw!

Plants came back out of their 36 hours of darkness and were a little droopy, so I made the decision to put them outside for the first day of light. Unfortunately they suffered from wind burn so I brought them back to the tent. Foliar fed the plants daily at 400PPM.

Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed
