She was great! Besides getting nice nugs to smoke, I made canna coconut oil, then I made chocolates, then I made brownies, then I made brownies with large chocolate chunks. The munchies have been great to say the least 🍫. I try to make something each harvest, having some smoke is good enough, but being dedicated to the cause & community I feel obligated to do everything in my power to explore all these girls have to offer. I could not afford to explore if I didn’t grow so it’s a no-brainer

Bare in mind peeps, I staggered harvested her and took the top half considering my grow space did not allow any light to the bottom half so I harvested half of the plant and have given it to my brother, where he has put her back on nutrients and the lower half popcorn buds are still thriving, even though she has endured 1 week of flushing and 7-8 days in darkness on no nutrients. White pistols are still propping up. The dry buds weight (bearing in mind I only harvested her top half) is at 85 grams! My grow cupboard measured at a height of 170cm/1.7m and a width of 33cm/0.33m BIG SHOUTOUT TO the community and especially @mad_scientist and @SpinnerCaribbean for continuously supporting and assisting me with issues I faced! Without you, this journey would have been a lot more difficult! I cannot wait to start my second grow but cannot commit to one considering I'm in my final year of University and currently knee-deep in January exams! Bueno, para no perder a nadie, el sistema que manejo es con dos indoors en paralelo. Uno en flora y otro creciendo la madre. A la madre la hago crecer hasta sacarle esquejes. Luego pasan al otro indoor, la madre y los esquejes, y ahí comienza la floración. Y ahí mismo comienza la nueva madre en el indoor pequeño. La variedad es de un banco argentino que no sé si sigue existiendo. Se llama "kali seeds" y la variedad es superhaze. Que en teoría tiene unas 10 semanas de floración. Día 01. Puse la planta para obligarme a terminar el prototipo. En este caso decidí usar madera de palets y algunas otras cosas que encontré en la calle. Ya casi termino todo, pero me falta armar los cierres. No voy a hacer puertas, dado que no está centrado, así que uso una tela de microfibra que ayuda a opacar mucho y era mas barata que el blackout. Ademas es impermeable y me sirve para un nuevo mecanismo de seguridad para fugas que quiero implementar. Es bastante simple, pero me soluciona mucho. Hoy no hay mucho más que mostrar. Cuando lo haya terminado voy a ir mostrando como va quedando. No me voy a enroscar con los tsp. Voy a poner lo que use aca. Ahora puse un litro de agua con un poco menos de 1g. de Feeding Grow de Greenhouse. Al menos por ahora, ya que tengo que comprar medidores porque los míos ya no dan confianza. Día 4. Ya estoy terminando de acomodar el indoor. Lo forré con refractario e instalé las "puertas" que en realidad son telas tipo blackout, pero mucho más finitas. Me falta terminar de ordenar la electricidad para que cada sector tenga su timer. Van a ser 3 timer diferentes. Por un lado van a ir luces y ventilaciones de flora (12hs). Por otro lado bombas de aire, bomba de agua y probablemente vientos de floración (15 min/hr). Y por último luz y ventilación del modulo de madres (18hs). Hice el cambio del depósito, a uno de 5 litros, ya que los próximos 10 dias pienso intentar mantener la misma solución (mantuve la proporción 1g/L de feeding grow). La planta tuvo un ataque de una plaga que fue a sus primeras hojas. Por suerte en el momento puse tierra de diatomeas y parece haberse detenido. Pero se pueden ver los amarillos en las puntas. No me preocupa, dado que en hidroponia esos problemas se resuelven y la planta se recobra enseguida. Ahora igual habrá que ir monitoreando, dado que me había olvidado de desinfectar el indoor, cosa que hice luego de este ataque. Tengo fé que llegando al mes y medio de crecimiento, ya esté en condiciones de cortar unos esquejes. Día 07. Por el momento el crecimiento viene rápido cómo suele ser en hidroponia. En unos días le voy a estar haciendo el corte apical. La ansiedad me viene ganando, pero sigo con fé. Esta semana tengo que comprar un par de aditivos y medidores que me están faltando. Pero ya está todo encaminado.

So this week was a bad one due to loosing 3 plants due to birds/mice. I have put the somango out in the ground which is in the video and also the special kush. The others I’m gonna give another week in the garden to get a much better root ball. Started them all on a little bit of grow this week and will water i between. That’s about it this week. It was worth every second! I had just shy of an ounce from both plants wet, i am currently waiting for the dry number. I have all my beautiful flower inside the MyHerbsNow Dryer and in another 24-40 hours i will have a number for all my GROWMIES! Also i will post when i have made Bubble Hash with thay FAT bag of trim. Its like a huge piece so damn sticky 🤤 i love it. I love you all and all the support, i can not wait to start my next batch! What a disaster UPDATE ON THE SMOKE OF THE GOOD STUFF! the high is still really good super clean tasting. my head feels like it is vibrating, lower back pain is gone. i feel high but do not feel lazy :) again thank you everyone for your support and love. until the next one. be safe 😘

I cut them down the night before the open houses started. The White Widow looks really good. I put them in darkness for 72 hrs, then cut and hung the whole plant, then wet trimmed hung for 18 hrs/day and put in paper bags for about 6 hrs/day for 4 days with a fan oscillating close by. Then in bags for one day, now they've been dry trimmed and put in jars. 50g for the White Widow and it looks great. I can't wait to smoke some.

Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green and I'm starting to see nice bud sites developing! I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine this week and think it should be fairly smooth sailing from here. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. I’ll leave you this week with another interesting excerpt from “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear: “I prefer to use high-pressure sodium lamps. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. Day 8: Woke up and checked on the ladies, they were bone dry. Hit em with 70 ml of AN Coco Grow diluted in my mix. Day 9: Got the new lights in today and hooked up. Girls are looking pretty good I think. Still letting em dry out a little. Gonna add a shot of Great White on next water. No nutes will be in this shot. Day 10: Still looking good. Had to stack some loose Coco around a couple as they had a good stretch going and were leaning pretty good. Also noticed a couple of brown spots on the leaves. I am led to believe after asking questions and researching, it is more than likely nute burn? No more nutes for these girls for a while. I also got a humidifier to raise humidity as it was pretty low. Day 11: These girls almost double in size every day! They would probably be a little bigger if I hadn't of tried to give em a drink of nutes earlier on! Lesson learned!! Not bad for 6 days out of the ground regardless though, I think. Got a humidifier in the tent and it stays around 50% now. Other than last night it got up to 73%. I need to get that fixed. Day 12: Nothing new to update other than they look healthy. Think I am gonna let them dry out a touch more before watering. Day 13: Gave the girls 1 cup of ph 6.0 water this morning. Thermostat battery went out and lucky my girl caught it in time. Temp got to 86° for a couple of hours. Opened the tent for an hour to get the temp back down. Humidity has been hovering around 50% for the most part. Minor fluctuations here and there. Girls are looking good for 8 days out of the earth though!! 💪 Day 14: Looking like they need another drink, dry down to around 1" deep. Gave em 2.25 cups with super diluted Coco Grow and a touch of Great White. 😳 They are doing great! 👍 Looking forward to see what week 3 has in store! Going to build a support to add my 2 CREE lights back in along with the Mars lights.

BEAST has done well this week. She is really starting to stack up the buds and the frost is already coming on strong and she already smells quite potent. I am watering with 10 gallons every 2-3 days. She is a thirsty beast!! I am willing to bet this plant will put what sweet seeds says it yields to the test!! Onward!! 😎🍿🍻🌱
