Lights out occurs in like 30min, and I'm going to work through the dark period stripping the large fans off. Utilizing my green Christmas lights hung up above lol. May turn light on low for a quick pic before chopping/hanging. Next update will be harvest! 2 Girls 1 Cup week 12? Hopefully the finish is this week... My my my how WG has fattened up the last 2 weeks. Trying to get some good macros since it's too hard to hold the scope to my phone and focus everything. Probably better for the existing trics too since they're not being touched. Day 84- these trics are taking their sweet time to ripen. Was considering picking up some GHE Ripen to speed the process up.. especially because a local shop is closing and everything is 40% off. Let's keep it simple this run. VERY heady effect that hits me like a friggin wave. Creativity and energy uplifted for sure. This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

So next time I would use the Lucas formula and cut out the GH geo from the trio as the micro and bloom have enough nitrogen anyway as I experienced nitrogen toxicity in veg. Considering this is my first grow I am happy with the yield and quality of the finished product. Next time I will be using bigger pots than 3 gal ( 4-5 gal ) and will put the lights down a little closer to the plants for a bigger yield. Hi guys, So this week im expecting rapid growth on all the plants, my plant still has orange spots i call it plant aids 🤣. There on 18/6 light cycle. I will be doing some lst on them to try and fill my grow space out abit. I been soaking them and turning lights down for 2 hours then turning light back up for a few hours then soaking again so on so on. My misses plant is doing better than mine thats for sure tho. Just moved these girls into the flowering tent after vegging for one month in the veg tent. They are looking healthy and have been on a 1 week flush of water before flowering begins. They are currently moved to veg nutes for the first week of flower

Blue Shark is looking fab! Still a darker green than everyone else. There are 2 videos this week, one where I explain how my plan for a tomato roof using materials I already had didn't work out, and the 2nd being about the rogue who grew in my pea bed (whom I affectionately call "Rogue One") who has been raised almost exclusively on my homemade compost. I had people who were concerned last year when I made my own compost tea from the compost in my pile. People were concerned about bacteria, nutrient profile, etc. I feel like a lot of people get really regimented in their feeding, and they sort of forget that these are plants and they can adapt. They take what they need if it's available. I moved away from using mineral salts this year because you have to be careful with so many of these fertilizers so that you don't burn the plant, you have to flush it so you don't get a harsh smoke, mineral salts causing lockout, etc. If you stick with products that are natural you don't really have to worry about nute burn. You don't have to flush for an extended period of time before harvest. You don't have salts building up in the soil that are detrimental that you have to periodically flush and then add beneficial microbes back in. There is another way.

So the girls are maturing up now and getting thicker still. No much to do other than wait for the trichomes to tell me they are finished.. so far seeing all milky white, but would like at least 30% Amber in there. Flush times in RDWC will only take 2-3 Days max so not so concerned about that, a res change with Reverse Osmosis water is what ill do closer to harvest for the cleanest meds. Smelling really strong and gas like with the first pheno and the second pheno is more sweet/candy like with subtle hints of gas. Can't wait to try it but for now the process can't be rushed. She is looking really thick in places as ypu can see from the day 68 photo, thats actually a 'lower' bud. Nice a frosty and smells soo dank, i open the tent and without touching anything i come out and smell so loud like I have rolled in the garden 😅 (Serious). Cant wait to.get her chopped bjt sticking to the 70 days at least. Will be back very shortly with another update. Day 69/70 - Decided to upload a night video, i did try to upload a video previously for the week gone.. but for some reason the growdiaries platform wouldn't allow it.. i always upload high quality videos/pictures otherwise whats the point. Sort it out GD. But anyway back to the garden, judging by day 70, the bigger plant pheno definitely seems done but the other pheno serms it could go a little longer. Ultimately I'm waiting to get the trichome ratio how I want it as thats the true sign of when she's done. She's faded a really nice purple, black. So I know she's close. The end is near people.. Once you get to this point in the cannabis life cycle, growing is easy. Using the Beanstalk line of nutrients allows me to only use water from beginning to the end of my grows. No mixing nutes, no teas, no anything. I adjust the pH of my water to the 5.8-6.5 range, but I’m not even sure that is necessary. I have never tested using water right out of the tap as it’s almost 9.0, but that would simplify things even further. Experience has taught me to simplify. This goes for all aspects of growing. I used to top and train my plants under a tellis. Then I would spend hours trimming and had jars overflowing with flowers that I was never going to smoke. Now, I go for a month of veg and right into flower. No training, no topping. In addition to allowing a much faster turnover, I can gauge the growth habits of my plants much more effectively. For example, you can see this Shiskaberry plant exhibits significant and abundant lateral branching. Not only that, but those branches are strong enough to support the weight of the flowers they hold. This means that this plant would be an ideal candidate for a ScrOG or LST setup where the goal is a ‘carpet’ of flowers. After running this cultivar several times, I also have an accurate flowering timeline and can approximate stretch to allow users to fit their grow. More on this in the future.
