This week was more of the same on the nutrients... every single day is just: fill the tank, check the EC, dial in the pH, and water until runoff. The smell is definitely giving me Runtz vibes, but it’s a bit smoother with some extra nuances. I won't really know the full story until I can finally grind it up to smoke or vape it!

D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...

She's also showing light green around the leafs maybe slight magnesium deficiency. 10/11/2019 - Yellow leafs showing up really fast so I 'flushed' the medium with 1l of 6.4 PH plain water, watered until some run off start to showing, change the watering plan again, now I only water when the pot feels light and dry at the bottom. 13/11/2019 - Pot was really light and dry at the bottom so I gave her 1.5l of water with 0,75ml of Grow, 1,5ml of Bloom and 0.75ml of Max BioBizz PH 6.5 until some runoff started to appear I think was too much again : also added a work-supplement led strip light. 14/11/2019 - Leaves looking pale raise the light to 45cm instead of the recommended by manufacture 25-40cm.

A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . I’m only losing one bud at a time and not the entire colas so far. Wishing fat buds and monster harvests to all.

Growing this popsicle cake definitely had its ups and downs. What started out looking like a dud of a seed turned out to be something pretty spectacular. Stacks the buds nicely to fill up the whole colas, super frosty, with an un godly stench of sweaty dirty socks. Still in the curing process but definitely has a heavy indica punch!

02/23 (M) (Pre-Flower) flipped mother into flower last week - flushed with clean water for 2 days then began giving flower nutes in small doses for now - still feeding off the drip lines seems to be working as planned. Feeds will become more often (once/twice a day - 1 min feeds. 02/23 (C) - 7 of the 15 clones have rooted successfully with thick multi strands in each clone - Green color starting to come back as well - Have begun applying nute feeds to help recovery - Will give the other 8 sometime to begin rooting but if nothing happens in the next week then I will keep the 7 rooting now and cull the other 8.

23/08 - In week 5 of flower now, the buds continue to fatten and smell is getting stronger. I increased the nutes but overall the plants are looking green and are happy. I water them every 2-3 days. I watered them 1L with nutes today. 27/08 - watered today with 1L water at ph 7. The smell is starting to get very intense.

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

this is week 3 and I fed them only two times. the pots are still wet from the initial watering. I will introduce Bio Heaven this week.

Hectic week. Had some plumbing issues in the house so sorry for late update but the cal mag seems to be working. Last week I add any Nutes. It will be just flushing for the next two weeks. Left plant is maturing at a faster rate but nothing we cant handle! Really looking forward to Harvest time!

Permanent marker keeps rolling along, found a couple developing pollen sacs on a couple branches near the zipper that I was keeping open to moderate temperature so I promptly removed them an thoroughly searched the rest of the plant and gladly it all looks good. Continuing to give 0-10-10 organic fertilizer to supplement what the biology is liberating. Let's keep it going!
