As I’m growing autos and female regulars in the same tent I’ve had to limit the amount of light the autos are getting to 12 hours a day in order to flower the lemon haze and gelato 41. This shouldn’t have too drastic effect on the Zkittles but we’ll see how they take to it. After the first week of flower receiving 12 hours of light and we can see that they’ve all opened up during the pre-flower stage ready to flower.

Little white pistils crawling out everywhere! This girl drinks a LOT! Every other day I add a gallon of water to her reservoir. Today is Day of flower. I added a gallon this morning but I can see she could take more. I'll most likely end up adding an additional gallon tomorrow, just to keep up with her raging thirst. I've minimized the aggressiveness of my defoliation practices as to not overly stress her out as she transitions. She's gained a few inches in height since the flip! The structure of this plant is awe-inspiring! 😍 Literally every time I look at her, I get lost in the beauty of her symmetry. This has been such a fun run!

Here I shortly document the making of Cannabis-infused-butter for what ever you want to cook with it. 1. Decarboxylate your weed: Grind the amount you want to use (pref 8-15 grams) spread it on a bakingsheet and bake it at 110 degrees for 40 minutes. 2. Infuse it into butter: Use 250grams butter+ 200ml water and heat it up to 70-90degrees (preferably keep it at 80degrees) add the weed and let it "simmer" for 3-4hours. Stir every 5-20minutes and keep the temperatue inbetween 70-90degrees or you destroy THC. 3. Seperate the weed from the butter: Use a kitchentowel or teafilter to seperate the butter. MY WEED LOOKS LIKE WEED! It's sticky to the touch. My fingers smell like chocolate and mint and dankness after defol. The trichs are absolutely insane and the flowers are now legit buds. 😍 I know everyone that's done this before is like "... yeah that's how it works." but as this is my first time .. you know.. *fart noise* 👆 Jog on. Having a random fall heat wave this weekend but humidity is steady around 45% during lights and no more than 60% in closed tent with new outtake fan. Staying heavy on the defol to keep problem spots like leaf overlaps and light blockers at bay since the RH is still a few points above where I want it. I've also found that 16 Hour dark periods, in my personal observation with no other experience, seems to have a positive effect on the plants. A few times this week I've had plans at night and had to dark tent it early since I still don't have a timer. It's almost like my plants are fast forwarding through flower with crazy trich and full buds by start of Week 4. Little Danny on the left is way more of a classic structure with 9 long main colas along the outside and smaller sites through the middle. Big Arnold is a super stretched out net weaved nightmare of single bud sites with a 4-5 traditional colas but most of the flowers are very spread along the net, I definitely experimented more with LST on Arnold. I remember looking at them both when I got them and said "I bet little Danny will end up with a higher yield" and if those colas go Superfudge Judy Bloom on me, it just might. One of them is showing calcium deficiency but I will add some calmag from Biobizz and hope it will solve the problem. I live in a very humid area and its raining all the time so it's very hard to maintain a low humidity level. I follow a VPD table (vapor pressure deficit) and with the 25º C and 55% RH its a good indicator for flower. Feel free to ask anything! :D

Hey, All photos from Flower Day 35. The Tangie seems to produce a huge mainbud. The Biscotti Phenos are very similar. Everything according to plan so far. Stay green.

Week 3 day 7. Buds are getting icey and stretching around 1-2” a day. Dropped the carboload and is going to be replaced by a PK booster (big bud). Watering everyday. Plain RO on every 3rd water. The kind LED is pissing on the hps if im being honest. Bud development and vigor seems a lot nicer. Stay baked.

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

Here in TegridyCal we love all our daughters but we must admit that the beautiful ones make our hearts beat faster. The Girl Scout Cookies of Zamnesia is increasingly confirmed as the queen of this round, the numerous bruches topped with perfect timing and recovered with truly effective speed and power are giving us hope. The first smells arrived, here too the first weeks of flowering we had a phenomenon of fading of the leaves probably due to too close to the light but we resolved by defoliating and distancing the queen. As you can see, the inflorescences are swelling properly and the topping with that fantastic timing / reaction ratio that I mentioned gave us bruches that will become very full in our opinion, we hope.

Did she stretch 2cm? I'm saying: yes! Otherwise same old. Oh, just realising I didn't measure bud width. Man, it's depressing. So many leaves in the bud, it's going to be hell trimming these two sad colas. But she's doing her best, so I should do, too. Chopping time is close.

Week 8 started okay, after lots of defoliation, I think light penetrates a bit more lower parts, flowers now started to turn into longer bud sites, looks nice. Hard to notice issues with plants, because most of the bigger leaves are removed, and usually leaves are the first ones to show issues I guess. Also plant no 1 has grown lots of stems past lightning :D Its growing strong. Still are a bit behind with flowering than other 2 plants. But overall all plant buds look amazing! Still adding flowering nutriens, perhaps I should stop at end of week to flush it? Seems like harvest could be in next two weeks, I'd say 10 days, but i have no idea. Mid-week I removed plants first time from grow box, did lots of defoliation, and moved light to very top of box, took them back inside, now lightning is very good and space issue kinda solved, plant no 1 had grown very tall and already had burnt top buds, had to do something. few lessons learned.

Week 6 (Day 42) - This week was a lot more manageable with temps as it has cooled off. I also was able to pick up a portable AC unit that has dehumidifier built in. I Macgyver’d a bunch of ductwork so I can run a hose to my tent, Amazing 🤩. I have been able to run consistent at 74 degrees with lights on, and 68-69 degrees with lights off, and humidity between 43-50 % Lots of new growth this week at the bottom canopy, both bud and leaf. Kinda gives me a better idea of timeline with this strain, I think it’s going to go 10-11 weeks from what I see online. Trichomes are still clear, but the hairs are turning nice colours, and I think I se me a touch of pink starting…👀 Buds continued to thicken, again, not huge by any means, but the ones that were small are fattening up, and there are so many of them 🤗 I think I’m going to feed nutrients this week, Monday is the start of week 7, and assess the situation then to determine when to start straight water feeds to begin the flush…

Finally supercropped the right branch too, the left one fully recovered, surprisingly! Stripped her down a bit and bend/supercropped the branch to form the second 'X'. Really happy how it's going so far, wasn't expecting to do so well on my first ever bonsai. Hoping to finish the 3 x's soon so I can see what I can do with the Canopy.
