Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Purple Lemonade by @Fast_Buds is right on pace, way larger than the LSD-25 next to it but that has to do with genetics. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Purple Lemonade sprouted its second set of leaves by the time I woke up from my nap 😂 I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Have no doubt the new lights will make the plant/overall yield. Thanks for stopping in! Here we gooooo! We are headed i to weel seven going strong! This plant here is definitely taking her time to flower, starting to produce thriclomes! Im not too sure if I stunned her in week 5. How ever this is a Sativa dominant hybrid. I've learned that sativas have a bit longer of a flowering time! Im thinking we have 3 to 4 more weeks of flower to go! Still keeping my main focus on keeping the plant healthy and fed! With a great flowering environment, vpd, humidity. I did have a few colder days last week so I was a bit worried about the fluxation in heat, but shes doing well! Much love and happy growing! Primera ves cultivando una cepa de esta calidad, algo ansioso por obtener los mejores resultados posibles con estás genéticas. Básicamente elegí la Grandpa's Stach R2 y la Grandpa's Cookies #6 S1 solo por sus tiempos de floración, espero que sean buenas tanto de sabor y resina, cómo también de producción. G1, brotaron las semillas, solo 1 semilla brotó chueca, por lo que tuve que ayudarla con un alambre y va un poco atrasada en comparación del resto. G3, primer riego con pH 6.1 y EC 0.6, y micorrizas Great White. G5, creciendo bien. G11, riegos cada 2 o 3 días, a punto de pasar a etapa vegetativa.

Had to rearrange everything and start using the 5 x 5 tent for all the flowering. Put the 11 Timber Grow Vero cobbs set up in the tent. Had to customize the frame to fit it in. Customize is code work for cut up. Did not change the cobb spacing at all, just trimmed the overall frame so it is slightly smaller. They fit good. The tent is bright. Had to install a 6" exhaust fan to the tent to suck all the warm air out. This gets dumped outside without a charcoal filter, haha. I can smell it in the backyard, I wonder if anyone is going to say something. Who cares though, haha. Installed two small fans above the lights to cool the cobbs and a larger floor fan to keep the air moving around in the tent. The end result is good however the temperature is still slightly higher than I want. I will work on ways to lower it. Plants are doing good, smell is stronger now. The smell is great too. Buds are bulking up and really frosty. The silicate seems to be working fine, Ifeed this every watering. The plants seem to love nutrient, I keep adding it and watching this closely. The one plant is starting to get orange hairs, this is the one that was always under the cobbs. The other two are a week or two behind. Cheers.

This grow turned out nice ,yield was less than I had hoped. Trying for the best from here on out. Got another grow going atm that is a breeding run for my own purposes! Was satisfied with the bud, great effect, plenty storng for my taste. The taste itself was what surprised me. Less of the creamy gas and more like this platinum kush i used to buy in high school, smooth, almost soapy basil flavor. Very nice though. Smelled super sweet though. Yielded about 5 oz. Not amazing, not terrible.

Week 3

Harvest update on flowering day 75 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey everyone ☺️👍. Today there is a short update of the harvest before the last update after the fermentation comes 😀👍. Both phenotypes were very easy to cut due to their very good bud to leaf ratio ☺️. I already like both phenotypes in terms of smell, although I have to say that Phenotype 1 smells much better and fruity 😍. Was trimmed clean by hand with disinfected scissors :-). Before harvest, both plants were given complete darkness for 48 hours. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber 😍. You can now dry for 7-12 days on the net at 62% humidity. Then it goes for another 12-17 weeks in the glasses with 62% boveda packs which are then changed to 58% boveda packs :-). Until then and for the final harvest update, I wish you all a lot of fun. Little airy buds,not as fast flowering but really good colors,she needed one or two weeks for sure but i didn’t have time,I will grow it again for sure.

The first week of flowering went well, no defects or anything. I put up a second trellis with small compartments. And a dehumidifier to keep the humidity between 50% and 60% I have also started the flowering nutrition , including the New 'powerbuds' from plagron. Does anyone happen to have any experience with that? Now it is waiting for the plant to stop stretching. Around day 20 I will defoliate the plants one more time

Look at them roots. Experimenting 2 gal fabric in 2 gal hempy. Easily added mykos by lifting it and also easy to sprinkle dr earth organic nutes doiwn there once you have a strong root structure

Week 8 of Flower Lowering Temps/RH, lower CO2 concentration, lowering nutrient concentration, & lower light intensity to mimic fall conditions. Flushing is right around the corner. Day 50 of Flower Temp./RH Daytime:75F/45%RH Nighttime:60F/55%RH Day 53 of Flower Today, I performed a reservoir change for Pheno’s 1 & 2. I lowered the ppm to 400 & the pH is set to 5.8. The temperature of the nutrient solution in my DWCs is lowered because I have been inserting frozen 16 oz. water bottles in order to mimic fall temps. The temperature fluctuates, but it is consistently lower than without the frozen bottles. Day 55 Final flush using GH Florakleen. New LED Floraflex 700 watt.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Been a busy week getting the new setup going. She has been going really well , first week of flower , interested to see how she goes. She is a nice little plant problem free so far.
