Another week closer... The girls are doing well, nothing really new, besides the day we changed our clocks back I forgot to plug my control box back in and for all day they didn't get any water..didn't really do any damage but for one, where I got a little leaf dry out on a couple of leaves on one plant.. AMS Seeds Chocolope 👊 Amsterdam marijuana seeds Chocolope 10th February 2022 Another Great week of flowering weather , even tho the daytime temps reach 40c the plants seem to be thriving 😀 with this one in particular 👌 I have not needed to add anything to this soil I made which goes to show that I made it almost perfectly this time around. One major difference to this lot is that I grew a crop of sweet corn in it last summer , followed by a full bed of leafy green vegetables such as Spinach , Kale , Silverbeet , Lettuce and Chard. I am now seeing the first signs that the girls need more but I am still waiting for the Guano to arrive 😏 Cheers for stopping by 👍

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! Que hay familia, recta final de estas xupet y haribo de Rkiem seeds, la verdad que los esquejes de mi colega e flipado, Los 8 ejemplares han salido muy bien, tienes unos tonos y aunque no sean muy grandes se ven flores muy prietas y repletas de tricomas, espero se puedan apreciar bien en las fotos y el vídeo. Ya e practicado un lavado de raíces que era necesario para proceder a seguir regando sólo con agua unos días más. Sin más dilación , me despido hasta el año que viene 🤣 buenos humos y feliz año 💨💨💨🎉🎊.

Everything was fine until the bottom leaves started to yellow and fell off. I checked the res and it didn't drink as much as it used to. Then i flushed the res and added plain ph-ed water and left it for 24 hours. Then i flushed again, added new water with 1/2 strength nutes but ph rised up from 5.7 to 6.3 after 24 hours. Corrected the ph by adding ph down directly into the res and added great white directly as well. After those two application, the leaves started to droop and i immediately changed the res with new water with 1/2 strength nutes. Now my plant looks like this. How can i fix this?

Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

So i have finished LST by end of week 4 and did start with removing low budsights and branches below the cannopy so that i would get more likely big equal compact buds instead of the fluffy not so yum buds. I plan to not defoliate any more than i have right now, unless there's a leave throwing shade onto a potential big budsights i might remove the leave in order to get that budsight maximum light it could have. Growing really is a big learning curve, like by now i have learned so much about to tell signs of the health state of a plant. Like one plant got slightly yellow leave tips, because it got nutrient burnt probably. Like when i noticed the tips i kind of digged into plant health and telling health state by colour, appearance of the leave. Really starting to enjoy the process of growing, like adjusting LST bit by bit, starting to see rewards of it more and more. Also actuelly noticing things that werent the best decision which i can definetly improve on by the next grow. Cant wait to see the end results, i really hope i get terpenes on a decent level. Since for me it became such a enjoyable thing to just smoke weed that actually is tasting lovely

This week i added a boost of HomeMade CO2, i never measured the results of this invention so i can't give CO2 measurements. This method is widely used in home aquariums and there is where it comes from. For those interested i'm going to write here more detailed instructions. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5.
