Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. A partir de hoy domingo ella comienza su ciclo 12x12 La estructura se comenzó a estirar y dado que no queríamos poner tantos cables por LST he acudido a este tipo de SCROG regulable para ir guiando lo que pronto serán las inflorescencias 💐👨‍🌾 Ella está creciendo demasiado bien bajo la lámpara, ahora pusimos un COB de 40watts de manera lateral para darle un poco más de entrada a la luz por debajo del dosel. Tengo un buen presentimiento ✨ Hasta aquí estamos bien, pensando en una defoliación de bajos o quizás que una segunda capa de SCROG y quizas otra luz lateral. This update was made Day 58 from seed. I just now realized I've had my day count offset by about 2-3 days. No biggie, at least it's been rectified. Anyways, onto the update. Beautiful deep purple tones have begun peeking throughout the plant. Similar to my lemon berry but with more of a magenta hue. Feedings have been rather frequent. 2-3 nute feedings last week. With XSD. For the rest of the grow, XSD will be omitted. Just molasses and Liquid Seaweed from here on out. Absolutely love the development of this photo period variety. I'll probably give this strain a rest for the next journal, however. Still need to spread my wings with Ethos' catalogue.

Temp, Humidity & VPD are all controlled by a Mycodo System to reach a VPD Range of 0.5 - 0.7. Light is at its lowest setting 04.04. I started to add nutrients to the water. 2.5ml of Plagron Terra Grow per 1L.

June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.

This week I made a couple of changes. 1st, I moved the time lapse camera to the other side of the tent and set it to take a pic every 10 mins instead of 5. Then on Monday, I started with the nutes and since now I had to mix them up, I decided to test an auto watering system using a fountain pump and a plant watering kit with hoses and tips that I got at a dollar store no less. Still a growing curve to get the right amounts, as you will see in the time lapse I had a little spill over in one pot. I will play with them more this week to fine tune the amount, then set it on timer and just keep filling the bucket and testing the ph. So far the girls are getting bigger and I ordered a net from Amazon to try the ScrOG method as they get bigger still to keep the height down and spread them out some more and eventually get a better yield at harvest time. I am also going to do a little topping this coming week. I also added an air bubble stone to the bucket to keep the nutes mixed up.

Week 7 - Second Week of Flower The Donutz squad is deep into the stretch phase, and the tent is buzzing with energy. The plants are loving the Greenhouse Feeding Bloom nutrients, responding with healthy, vibrant growth and an impressive stretch. The SOG canopy is coming together beautifully, and adjustments are being made to keep everything dialed in for maximum light penetration and efficiency. Key Updates: Stretch in Full Swing: The plants are stretching aggressively, shooting upwards and making their presence known. The increased height is filling out the tent and setting the stage for a dense canopy of colas. Strategic Defoliation: Early in the week, I took a close look at the plants and spotted plenty of leaves and lower growth around the net level that would never get sufficient light. Those unnecessary leaves and weak shoots were removed, allowing for significantly better light penetration and airflow. The difference was immediate — the canopy now looks cleaner, and light is reaching the lower sections more effectively. Nutrients & Care: Flowering Nutrients: The Greenhouse Feeding Bloom continues to work its magic. The plants are showing no signs of deficiencies or stress, and their growth is vigorous and healthy. Watering: Still keeping it chill with reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and balanced hydration. Observations: The canopy is filling out evenly, with strong, uniform growth across all plants. The lollipopping and defoliation have paid off, creating a clean and efficient canopy where every bud site is getting its share of light. Looking Ahead: As the stretch continues, I’ll keep monitoring the plants closely for any additional defoliation needs. The second net is on standby for when the nugs start stacking to provide support and maintain an even canopy. With the light intensity gradually increasing, the plants are poised for explosive bud production in the coming weeks. The Florida Gang vibes are strong — this tent is on its way to producing some serious heat!

Day 78 from seed This week was a big learning curve as may have dodged a bullet and improved yield . Finally changed res after 3-4 weeks thinking I could get through to harvest I was wrong ppm was spiking to 2200 after multiple water top ups Figured plant wasn’t up taking nutes and had some sort of lockout , ph dropping aswell 5.5 ish Res was salty all over , was way over due , note to self add nutes gradually to reach desired ppm, I gave her what little nutes I had left ( could have more ) Settled around 1000 , seemed to uptake them in two days to settle around 750 , ph at recommended 6.3 , buds changed within a day ! Had to tie her up as she was leaning badly after res change, may invest in a pump to make things easier. Look to be ripening , putting on weight ; pistils browning :)

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 11 Flower 7 Blue Cheese 1 is in her last week; March 17 Blue Cheese 1 that was planted in coco had her wet trim and was put in the dark for 2 days before getting the chop on March 20. Blue Cheese 1 shows fade and nutrient usage in the upper leaves. I also see pinks and purples in the buds and leaves. They look pretty with lime greens, pinky purples in the bud formation. The buds are stacking fatter and packing on more resin on the buds which are sticky and hard. The trichomes look mostly milky with some amber as well. The stems are strong and support the heavy buds. Blue Cheese 2 in soil will remain with her tent mates Pink Rozay & Love Potion. After flushing excess nutrients out of the soil and plant, Blue Cheese 1 in coco is matured faster than Blue Cheese 2 in soil. Blue Cheese 2 shows trichome formation starting to milk up compared to BC1. Her leaves are still green with no fading. The older pistils are turning orange brown and water consumption is slowing down for both girls. She still needs a few more weeks before I’ll start flushing. Blue Cheese 2 was fed on March 17 & 19. Pics were taken on the 17th. The plants are all really taking off nice bud growth and very healthy looking canopy. Plants are going through water every 3 days on the dot now. I have noticed that one plants buds are showing some purple hues but the others remain colorless so far. The Smell is really nice already. Very fruity it reminds me of fruit loops. My light is on full blast and the plants are praying nicely. There have been no signs of stress from the flip. I will likely defoliate a bit at the end of the week to make sure everything can get as much light as possible.

12-2 They both seemed to like the tea, no signs of burn or further self eating of hunger. 😂 Today was just observing and some pics. 😁 Triple grape smells like some straight gas with a hint of grape. Sticky af. Strawberry Cheesecake smells like American Bologna. With the definite hint of cheesey stink. Kinda weird. 😂😂🤘 1-3 Watered both with cal/mag only. Ph 6.2 Run off 3x 710ppm ph 7.3 Scc run off 810 ph 7.4 So both rocking, but PH a little high. 1-5 Watered scc with cal/mag till run off was 625 ppm and ph 6.5 1-6 Watered 3x Ppm 425 just cal/mag. Ph bit high 7.1 but acceptable 1-7 Nothing today. Scc giving me the finger, for so much water. 🤣 She shall feed tomorrow 💪 1-8 Scc booster and cal/mag. 575 ppm in. Didnt check runoff.

All going well and some are fading fast now. Probably about 2 weeks left for most of them

Had police scare so had to move in dark so the stress seams to have made it finish a bit quicker had a good 16days flush

Everything went smoothly, the weather down here is perfect hitting that sweet spot of 26 degrees at day and 24 at night with 35% ish humidity. Right at time for resin production and trichomes production. Flowers are stacking nicely and the smell is just amazing, a strong pungent smell kinda like black licorice but with a hint of blueberry in the back . This makes for a great stealth grow throw a bag of black licorce on the table and you’re in full ninja mode, if ninja were to grow weed... here i go spiraling aigain thanks to tha sativa weed i smoked 👍🏻✌️🏻
