Tropicanna Ppison XL Auto- Outside W6F4 8/3-9 I wish I could share this week’s weather with you. It was sunny and comfortable in the 70-80s with 50% humidity. This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My Tropicanna Poison is short under 3 feet and has a good node spacing so there is space for air flow. The buds forming don’t have many hairs yet but the trichomes forming on the sugar leaves are visible. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are tight throughout. This may be a concern for bud rot if the rain and humidity return. I’ll keep a close watch, but so far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. I chose this strain a year or two ago and had not had the opportunity to grow it yet. This strain is from SweetSeeds red line and 85% of the seeds produce reds and pinks. Starting to finish up. Beautiful looking this time. Looks really aggressiv and smells just the same. The sour is too stretchy for my liking tho and takes too long time to finish

Wow what a strong weed. The yellowing stopped immediately after repotting and she wasn't stunted at all. I give her 3 liter water every other day. The temps are higher in this season I hope that will not be too much of an effect on yield. Humidity is OK so mold should stay out too.

Am Anfang der Woche hat sich ein kleiner Marienkäfer eingeschlichen und hat meine Blüten nach Schädlingen abgesucht, sehr nützlich :) Die Blüten werden auch immer schwerer und ich musste die Zweige aufgrund ihrer Länge zusätzlich mit Fäden in der Mitte unterstützen. Die Bude sind mittlerweile immer größer und haben enorm an Gewicht zugelegt.

Nice growth in vegetative stage considering I'm using a hps lamp.. Starting to branch out nicely after topping after the 5th node.. Cut the first branches off at the first true leaves so left 8 main growth points.. First round of lst completed, just using wire to flatten out the branches.. defoliated the main stem of all the shade leaves.. Will adjust again as the plants go into preflower.. Will also keep trimming off all the lower branching as I want all the energy going in to 8 buds per plant.. some of those trimmed branches will become clones as the next round I will be running SOG and growing 16 plants in 11L pots.. HST done at the end of the week, did cut some fan leaves and some topping and defoliation, 1 more week before sending them to flowering.

Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

Weened off the veg nutes completely. I'm pretty much done messing with the scrog from here as well. From here on it's monitoring the plant health until flush and that's it.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Ciao growers ... I didn't think I would have come to continue this diary, because, as you can see in the picture, there were some problems that made me change my ideas ... After spraying the two plants (plus one in the diary "Cookies On The Kush" ) with a 3: 1 mix of neem oil + potassium soap, causes thrips ... these parasites have been defeated yes, but at a high price ... they must have reacted badly to the compound, triggering a phytotoxic reaction ... .I'm not a scientist or a biologist or anything like that, but reading online I think this was the cause ... because the leaves would seem to be eaten by caterpillars or the like, but this is not the case ... On girls I had also just done a Topping on one and a FIM on the other, before finding myself forced to spray them 😌...so, a lot of stress.... Well in the end, after they looked like they were dying, they recovered in growth, and now I have done a transplant in a geotextile pot from 20 l, consisting of about 50% Lightmix-3 0% cocomix-10% humus-10% perlite.. As soon as the transplant was done I gave them about 4 ml of root juice in 4l of h2o, in total divided by the two of them ... It will be a diary "random" / artistic/i don't know 😅"....
