Semana 6 (7-13 de mayo)(días 36 - 42) Contentos con como va la cosa, retiramos alguna hoja tocada y poco mas. 😊😊 11/5/2020 El ultimo riego fue bastante heavy y podemos ver como las puntas muestran signos de sobrefertilicacion ,por tanto este riego va a ser más suave. Teniendo en cuenta que sufrimos el problema de quedarnos sin fertilizantes y que nuestro proovedor debido a la situación actual del covid tiene el asunto complicado tocaremos con lo que tenemos. Hoy toca riego en el que usamos 40l ñara 22 plantas. Los riegos se realizan en garrafas de 10l por lo que los valores varían en función de las plantas. (Valores • l) • 1gr de biogreen flower boost + 1ml calcio max + 1ml Mg PH: 5 94 EC: 1.21 T h2O: 18,5°C • 1gr de biogreen flower boost + 1ml calcio max + 1ml Mg + 0.2ml Final solution PH: 5 84 EC: 1.00 T h2O: 18°C • 1gr de biogreen flower boost + 1ml calcio max + 1ml Mg + 0.2 Final Solution PH: 5 81 EC: 1.18 T h2O: 17,3°C • 1gr de biogreen flower boost + 1ml calcio max + 1ml Mg PH: 6 EC: 1.44 T h2O: 17,2°C Para algunas variedades como la Bubba y la Barney Kid será su último riego con fertilizantes, a partir de ahora haremos riegos com flush hasta el momento de corte para que no queden restos en nuestras flores en el momento final. Al resto sin embargo les quedará alrededor de 3/4 semanas por lo menos. Esto sigue avanzando y se siguen formando nuevas flores pero esperemos que esto no tarde mucho en engordar, porque a pesar de que se que son de floración larga me da la sensación de que podrían estar mejor, no se si debido al cambio de nutrientes y de que no estoy cubriendo todas las necesidades que tienen. A pesar de todos tenemos unas Orange sherbert que pintan increíbles, una berry mint potente, dos chocolate mint OG que dan ganas de comérsela... Por comentar que ayer dejo de funcionarios uno de los focos 😔 tras echarle un ojo y hacer unas pruebas comprobamos que el fallo era del cable y ya esta solucionando 😁😁 Estoy disfrutando mucho con este cultivo y aprendiendo de los fallos, sólo viendo como van y con las cosas que he aprendido no veo el momento de comenzar con el siguiente cultivo, pero paso a paso 🤗 Por cierto estos últimos días la temperatura a bajado bastante por el mal tiempo lo que nos ha venido genial para estabilizar la temperatura en unos 25/26°C en ON y 22/23°C en OFF. Estos días atrás rondaba más los 28/29°C llegando en algún momento a 30. Un poco de frescura para el huerto. Y por último, pero no menos importante. Mi pareja, a la que tanto quiero, me va a dejar su móvil para sacar fotos. La diferencia es abismal por lo que intentaremos mejorar la cantidad de nuestro contenido para el bien de todos 😁😁

RQS Diesel Automatic is growing along pretty strong, pushing out some nodes. Leaves still showing that mosaic look, but all the comments from the GD community have been to not worry about it, so I'm not worrying. But curious to see what happens as she flowers. Gave her some Recharge this week.

Brain damage grower choice genetics This plant is growing great definitely one of my favorites she is in flower very excited this strain has high resin production so we should see some nice frosty buds loaded with tricomes this is a high thc variety with heavy yields she bushed up beautifully set up great ready for flower she is very healthy no problems to speak of what so ever there are hundreds of tops on this plant so we should have a really nice yield if you go on the growers choice genetics website they have a great disruption of this strain run you through the different affects and smells and thc% really a nice strain the seeds came in a really cool little case with velvet liner and little folded up paperwork that tells you all about the strain your about to grow i in joyed that when the seeds came in so definitely a cool little package anyways the root system on this plant is huge completely took over this 50 gallon pot the roots are busted through the bottom of the cloth pots and firmly planted in the ground where u Literally have to rip the pots off the ground to move the plants around I’m going to be taking lots of pictures through this flower stage to document the bud growth and development closely having a great time growing this one

Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Gigabrain Auto – Anesia Seeds Woche 6 gesamt | Blüte Woche 1 Die Gigabrain Auto ist jetzt ebenfalls sauber in die Blüte gestartet und zeigt eine etwas andere, aber sehr interessante Entwicklung. Der Stretch ist vorhanden, aber nicht ganz so extrem – dafür wirkt sie kompakter und buschiger mit vielen stabilen Seitentrieben. Die ersten Pistillen sind klar sichtbar und die Budsites formen sich schön entlang der Triebe. Besonders auffällig ist die gleichmäßige Verteilung – viele potenzielle Colas, die später ordentlich Masse bringen können. Die Pflanze steht insgesamt sehr gesund da: kräftiges Grün, stabile Struktur und gute Verzweigung. Sie wirkt etwas gedrungener als die Gorilla Girl, aber genau das könnte später für richtig dichte Buds sorgen. Licht-Update: Auch hier wurde das Licht von 60W auf 120W erhöht, was direkt Wirkung zeigt. Die Pflanze nimmt die zusätzliche Energie gut auf und reagiert mit stärkerem Wachstum und aktiver Budbildung. Die LED kann später noch auf bis zu 180W gesteigert werden, aktuell läuft sie aber sehr stabil im optimalen Bereich. Geruch ist aktuell noch zurückhaltend, aber leicht würzig-süß wahrnehmbar. Noch eher im Hintergrund, aber die Richtung ist klar – das wird in den nächsten Wochen deutlich intensiver. Setup / Notes: 120W aktuell → sichtbarer Wachstumsschub Kompakter Wuchs mit vielen Budsites Stretch moderat, gut kontrollierbar Sehr gesunde Gesamtentwicklung Keine Auffälligkeiten oder Mängel Fazit Woche 6: Starker und sauberer Start in die Blüte. Die Gigabrain setzt mehr auf kompakte Power statt extremen Stretch – wenn die Buds so dicht werden wie es aussieht, kann das richtig böse enden 🔥 --- Wenn du willst, kann ich dir später beide (Gorilla Girl & Gigabrain) als Vergleich für Woche 7 schreiben – kommt auf GD immer richtig gut 😏

New grower, always looking to improve. Continuous drip, expanded clay system with an 80L reservoir. Nutrients mixed to a 40L ratio. (Half strength) Recovering from accidentally leaving the drip feed for about 18 hours, and then nutrient locking the clones the previous week.

Wir sind voll im Stretch, haben den Dünger langsam über die vorige Woche gesteigert und sind jetzt beim normalen Düngeschema. Die CapJunky ist sehr buschig und klein und beim "Stammrubbeltest" riecht's nach verschwitztem Cappy, ein echte Verarsche der Strain, wie ich finde 😄

Licht ist auf max und immer ca 4-5cm mehr abstand (ca 35cm bei der LED) zum wachsen . Ich habs sehr sauer gemacht, weil ich ja noch die anfangs ph fehler drinne habe. CalMag geb ich so wenig wie möglich , solange es grünt scheint es nicht falsch zu sein . +

Final 12 days, i feed overdrive no more nitrogen

8/30/17 It's been an emotional week, sorry for the lack of updates. I finally had to admit that 4 of my plants, while fully pre-flowered, did not auto-flower under 20 hour lights. The decision was made to remove them from the tent. It was a tough decision made easier as Auto Speed Bud #3 reached over 130cm and was touching the light, blocking light from plants that WERE flowering. There was really no choice at that point. So I spent 2 days trying to find them a new home. Yes, I had grown attached. Yes I found them a home. They have been transferred to soil and will be going under 12/12. I don't really know the guy well who ended up with them (a friend of a friend), so I don't know if I will ever know how they did, but they were part of my first grow so I am glad they got adopted rather than me having to kill them. In other news, I have had to start adding stakes to keep buds from falling, notably on the Kush (my superstar and only LST plant) and the Mango Cream, which seems to have hollow stems. I was concerned about this until I read up on it and hollow stems are a sign of no lockout or deficiencies and good nute uptake. They certainly look beautiful, so this is good news. However, so far 3 stakes have been added to the Mango Cream, so I hope I didn't damage the roots too much. I am looking into an alternative to stakes for the next go round. I didn't expect buds that heavy, but I ain't complaining! Switching from Ful-Potential to Ful-Power when I soon finish the bottle. Nothing wrong with Ful-Potential, I just keep hearing about how good the chelation in the Ful-Power is, so I am game to try it since I need more Humics/Fulvics anyway. It is worth noting that I am now running ALL the GH nutes at full strength with no hint of burn. I am tempted to push them, but being my first grow, I don't think I will. However, this is a solid foundation for me to tinker with formulas for my next grows. The medium and my setup has performed wonderfully so far, and if the harvest is a success, I will certainly be more confident to experiment further. I may, however, use full strength Ful-Power which recommends reducing nutes by 10-20%. Instead of increasing nutes, full strength Ful-Power may give me the boost I am looking for while minimizing burn potential. I love that coco helps buffer and flush things, by nature, that the plant isn't using. I am so stoked that I ended up choosing coco for my 1st grow, but that is another topic for another day! I have edited the diary to reflect the loss of 2 strains and the title to reflect the current reality. Perhaps I should have left them unchanged. I am not sure. However, the diary title and strains are correct at this point. So there it is. I am now attempting to feed all 6 plants every day. There will be some days that I miss, but so far my 10 gallon bucket produces enough runoff on 6 plants if watered daily and most people who end up adopting this late stage strategy often would double/quadruple it if they could spare the time and/or afford the nutes. Once a day seems a good enough way to take advantage of the benefits of the medium without diminishing returns. I wish that I had the type of life that allowed me to set up proper control groups to test this stufff. I have also permanently started emptying the dehumidifier into the nute bucket as it has a PH of around 5.3 (my tap is around 8) and a ppm of around 8 (my ppm varies from 150-200 since i have been monitoring), 1-2 gallons a day to help out. I am loving it as much as PH down with white vinegar. I also obtained a water quality report and found that although my agency adds chlorine, they do not add chloramine so airing the bucket out for 14-16 hours after filling from the tap and cutting it with dehumidifier water should remove any threat to the beneficial living things that I have added to my girlies, so this is good news. 8/31/17 Man, I wish I used stakes from day 1. Every additional stake I put in makes me cringe and more stakes are becoming necessary. I am just lucky they are so healthy.

I love them. They’re very pretty and the aroma is really amazing for it’s stage. I have never seen such a nice purple before - cannot wait to try them. Just really keeping them on pure bloom feed from here on in.

Welcome to the garden. We are three weeks deep into the vegetative stage, and the ritual is officially underway. I prefer running from seed there is something alchemical about watching them crack open and rise from the soil and these girls have taken to their new reality with aggressive vigor. The lineup for this run is a study in contrasts: - NineWeeksHarvest - GrapePak: Expecting sweet, heavy resin production here. - Solfire Gardens - Barf Breath: The name says it all. I’m hunting for that loud, offensive funk that Solfire is known for. Current Status: Things are dialed in. The stems are thickening up, and fan leaves are praying to the light. No deficiencies, no stress. Just pure, unadulterated growth. I’ll be looking to start some light training soon to break their apical dominance and spread this canopy out before we flip. Stay tuned as we push these genetics to their breaking point. PS: I don't know which Plant is which. We'll find out during flower :)

Eight weeks of flowering I raised the PH to 6.3 and the plants that showed phosphorus deficiency no longer presented the problem, the absorption must have improved since the fertilization was the same. But as not everything is wonderful in this life in the last week here in the city where I live we had a great cold front 10º C. Inside the grow the temperature varied at least 13.5ºC during the night and light off and 20º during the day with the light on, the cold always stops growth but the formation of buds is going well apparently. Definitely plant # B3 is either photoperiod or locked, it has white pistils on the stem indicating pre-flowering but even before entering the flowering period I don't know what to do lol.

06/06 - As per the most recent update both ladies are thriving accordingly - I will be dropping a 3rd net for added canopy/light coverage throughout the colas and rootzone - I will also be increasing the nutrient ingredient dosage on the Silica to assist with feed intake - I will be flipping them both into flower about in about 2 maybe 3 weeks. 😎😎😎😎😎.. Follow me on IG:Greenphoenix6262 06/07 - These are thus far the biggest plants of grown (VEG) (Much love to @SensiSeeds for the genetics) to date - With consistent feeding using the @VIVOSUN smart drip emitters and the phenomenal @ACINFINITYINC CLOUDRAY S9 grow tent fan I have been able to increase plant development by at least 40% - They are approx. 3ft width thanks to the LST and dropping the net I have been able to open them up for better light exposure - Another piece of equipment that has been vital are the @ACINFINITYINC IONBEAM S11, 11” Supplemental LED Grow Light Bars, they provide the middle/bottom half of the plant with light in which would be a lost because of the canopy of the plants blocking the light from above. With proper genetics, dependable and effective equipment with patience growing monsters is now a part of my routine. 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 06/10 - I laid down a 3rd net for extra coverage though out the plant and did some light trimming underneath to remove sucker steams and larf - Running the hunidifier on high (82%) to help the plant recover from the pull down and light defol - I have also increased the nutrient feed (Nitro Silica) to also assist with rebound and recovery - I will be giving the res about 1 maybe 2 more Veg feeds before clean water flush before flipping. 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎.. Peace and Bud!! 06/12 - Ending week 8 Veg on a good note - Both ladies have stretched out beautifully and are coming along without any issues - The plan was to grow them out a bit in the 3x3 but they have grown larger then expected so they will be run through harvest in the 3x3 - Gave them a lite defol yesterday and pumped up the humidifier all in preparation for the flip. Flushing out this weekend with clean water while they transition into pre-flower.

Pheew, 2 different results going on, very interesting to see very different results. The sickly yellow plant(centre) looks sick i am assuming many factors are involved. I have listed out the potential error which caused the plant to yellow much faster compare to the other healthy purple punch. Here is my ADHD mind self figuring out😄. 1) Light stretch during seedling-2weeks. Energy to form strong branches, i guessed this because this plant released trichomes before the other. Way too fast. 2) PH pen- Time to change to a new one, PH fluctuations could also be another reason. 3) Top dressed bat guano too much- they are highly soluble i read, so the plant yellowed and burnt off crispy. The other purple punch is looking solid with so many white pistils coming out. This plant did not yellow as fast as the other( centre plant). I will be targetting to harvest in 5 weeks time maybe more depending on the trichomes. Cant wait to see this fully organic grow.
