With this grow, my germinating has gotten better. This time I water more.

Week 3 :)

Here we are at the magic moment, the first hairs are coming out of the internodes and here and there, our Do Si DOs F1 Automatic reveals its sex and of course like all Zamnesia plants I will be the father of two beautiful girls. One is growing straight but I will show it to you later because I had so much fun making this one you see in the photo is a sort of bonsai worked with Topping at the beginning, then LST to create a main lining for three internodes, then anchoring topping and last on the lateral growing branches. Really pretty I can't wait to see it in flower We won't see the super productive trees of the autumn harvest but I'm willing to bet that we will have so much beauty and so much resin. Wait for the uncle BreadandBuds.... We are still using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. Esta semana he terminado con los trasplantes de una de las mesas completa. He regado las que no están trasplantadas con un total de 20L de agua + Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega, para que aguanten hasta que les llegue la hora del trasplante. También he tratado todo el cultivo, con Propolix diluido en agua y pulverizado sobre las plantas justo antes de que se apaguen los focos, de esta forma evitamos quemaduras en las hojas y le damos una protección extra contra diferentes patógenos. Las trasplantadas las riego solo con agua + Bio Rhizotonic.

Day 17F-24F (Day 19) Man it’s such a shame that bbb#1 stunted out. It was so damn vigorous until it’s most recent feeding. I will make sure to cut back on teas next round as they can be a wild card sometimes. All 5 plants are packing on some serious early frost. But I’m not seeing too much chunk to the buds yet. My other grow that was flipped on the same day has almost no frost yet so that’s a good sign. (Day 21) Big strip today. I will pull off as many leaves as I need to ensure nearly all bud sites are exposed to adequate light. I’m still seeing excess N so I’m going to water in 2 gallons each until I get some runoff. The plants seem to be up taking water pretty decently so I’m going to push it a little with a heavier watering. Wow do the plants look amazing after that strip and flush! Everything is praying up beautifully, including #3 in the back. Let’s hope that gets it back on track now. (Day 22) I want to give a PK boost but all my bloom nutrients have way too much N and I don’t really want to risk it toxing anymore. I could give it a little bit of 0-18-0 bat guano and some 0-0-15 kelp extract but it could be completely unnecessary. I can’t see any signs of deficiencies but a small surplus couldn’t hurt either. (Day 23) I like how the ladies responded to the thorough watering. I will up my watering to 1 gallon every 48 hours from now on. It sucks to see how short bbb#1 is. I was expecting such a huge stretch but it never came because of that fucking tea! I should have leached the medium as soon as I saw stunting. It’s too bad because it definitely had the most potential for yield. (Day 24) I’m starting to think the main problem with bud size this round is all the topping I did early on. Not to mention they were vegging for nearly 3 months. I will try to pick off most of the larf before it wastes anymore energy. I think the ideal style of growing for bud size and veg time is a semi sea of green, or 6-8 plants per 25 square feet. I’m not a big fan of these giant plants as it’s a lot of wasted veg time and smaller bud size overall. The smell is really ramping up!

Still having loads of trouble with light burn / stressed out plants. Leaves pointing up, turning yellowish. Lights are now even at 80cm above plants, can hardly go any higher. I'm surprised, because the Hans Panel 180w is used at 30cm in numerous grow reports online with no issues. Must be the combination thats too much. 420 watts in a grow tent, and leaves are burning alive. If that ain't proof that LED's can't 'outperform' HPS ;) Does anyone have tips & tricks for making my plants healthy? It feels just silly to remove a light and continue with only 180 or 240 watts total.. Should I use CO2 tabs or something? Do they actually work at this point? Questions questions.

So this week I did a few upgrades in my garage. First off, I insulated the garage itself to minimize wasting energy keeping my garage warm. Secondly I put a little space heater to help keep my temps more consistent, especially when my lights go out for 8 hours it tends to drop into the mid 50’s, which personally is too low for veg for me anyway. My babies are starting to do some growing now, and with this weeks little bump up in nutrients, I think they will begin to take off. I went up with the calmag as I’m using 100% coco coir as my medium, and it really does eat up a lot of Calmag. I think my babies will get nice and green and have a nice life in my updated garage. Lemme know what y’all think, I’m happy to share and document not only successful grows, but failures also with everyone. We need to humble ourselves and learn to be better from one another everyday. Week 9 looking healthy. Another light defoliation, get better light to the nuglets. The plants seem to be responded really well to the additional room in the tent. Their buds are filling out more which is nice. Update: Noticed some light spotting on the youngest plant. Plant leaves measured around 80ish, so I put my light up an inch or so and turned my fan up. Youngest plant is looking the best with great buds. I just realized I have no idea how to tell if a plant is ready to be harvested Bud is thickening up still with some really great trichome production. Lol someone send me a better camera so I can take frosty pics.

Alien tech is coming along nicely, she is scrog’d with 3 other Ayahuasca Purple and seems to be doing beautifully. She didn’t stretch as much as the Ayahuasca, but I was able to keep the Ayahuasca lower by spreading it more then the Alien Technology. Screen is not perfectly even, but there all within the sweet spot for my 1000w HPS so things should start ramping up soon! Not much else to say this week, just been checking the ph levels and adding 8 gals or so of water/nutrients every 2-3 days to the main reservoir feeding all 4 plants. So far they are good with the same nutrients so that is good! Lol cheers 💨
