******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush and finishing agent used this week. Gave her Flawless Finish in the morning and 8 hours later flushed her with 8L of RO water. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, I used Flawless Finish to flush the medium. The medium is pretty good with going into the week in mid 300’s ppm. She is taking the end well😀 Her stems are really pulling inward. Really wish I had a wider pot to have been able to pull out further from the centre.....widen her up more. She has started to show her purple colours this week as well. She is fading and looking more beautiful everyday! Will be pushing this girl and don’t anticipate chopping her down before next weekend.....day 75 to 77 idea.......see what the week brings. She has beautiful buds but they need more squishing and I want to ensure she can feed on herself as much as possible. I personally prefer the smoke from a plant flushed for two weeks, so that is the goal......only concern is what will happen to tricombs over the next four days or so???? She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves and down to just bud, haha. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 Mephisto.....I have seen in a number of the other diaries where the frost seems thick on the fan leaves and this strain is no different! There will be very few leaves that won’t make it into the trim bin from this girl👌😀 For me.....its not that I haven’t seen this frost level but rather, this an auto only 10 weeks from popping her head out of the soil!!!! Even at 8 and 9 weeks it catches your eye as if you see something as growing wrong or an issue.....then you look closer and go DAMN😂!!!!!! Senescence has set in and I have not seen that on many other Mephisto diaries for Skywalker and it is awesome!! Several more days to go for her to show her beauty....exciting😜 If she can keep swelling she will be a great producer!! Keep her cold and keep the density improving and she could be impressive.....for this breeders strain a good yield😀 Lets not put the cart before the horse here though and will focus on tricombs for now. Little more detail......to come Feb 10/20 - Day 64 - 2L with Flawless finish given in morning @ 2.0ml/L. 125ppm and 6.1pH - 8L water flush in evening broken into two parts: - 6L plain water, 5.4pH. Then 2L with LW8 & Rezin 100ppm 5.4pH - Runoff 285ppm 6.1pH - okay we are set now and like the numbers from the runoff. She should have lots in her leaves to keep her going.......lets flush Baby!!!👌 Feb 11/20 - Day 65 - nothing today. - more bud swelling noticed and she is squishing out😀 Feb 12/20 - Day 66 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 79ppm and 5.95pH - Lower bud sites swelling more visible as well. Feb 13/20 - Day 67 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 80ppm and 6.15pH - upper sites are firming up, lowers still have firming up to do yet. Feb 14/20 - Day 68 - Nothing today Feb 15/20 - Day 69 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 100ppm and 6.1pH - Buds are starting to appear more white now. Frost building and turning cloudy. - Leaves are lightening and she is eating the nutrients within her. Feb 16/20 - Day 70 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml = 90ppm and 6.0pH - Purple really starting to come out on her tops now. - lower temps further in the tent to promote bud density and ripening. I have changed nutrients to Advanced Nutrients. Plants are watered automaticly 2x a day. 0.5L each watering. Humidity is around 41%.

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

High, Pics from FD36 were taken shortly before the light went on. 😏 As you can see the buds from the Moby Dick in the BioBizz Light Mix soil aren't as big as those in the Canna Terra Professional Plus soil. They all get the same nutrient solution. EC in the soil is around 3,5 and the pH is 6,4. I checked the drain yesterday. 👌 "This stain needs a very high EC between 1.5 and 2.0. Also the breeder recommends to control the pH." - Source: Dinafem I can sign on that without thinking twice. It's just crazy what the Moby's drink. 😅👍 On FD37 they got PK 13/14 for the first time (EC 1,8 / pH 6,3). On FD40 same as on FD37. Stay green. 😉

I have moved my last automatic ladies of the season indoor cause I didn't want to risk the integrity of the nugs because of the high humidity. 08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower It’s day 65 out of stated 64. We’re done? Nah lol. Trichs don’t agree, or didn’t a couple days ago. I’ll be checking them again today, but my guess is still a week or so to go. Nothing to update on really other than we’re going water only now and decreased light intensity to about 55%. Will update if anything changes. Update: 09/03/24. Euphoria is no longer with the living. She was taken last night and is hanging fully in a dark closet at 61/72 with a small fan for air movement. It’s pointed down and not blowing at her. I don’t have a way to wet weigh, I always just give dry weight so no point in doing the harvest update week yet. I will do that when she’s dry and ready to cure.

Day 60 for naughty OG. Showing some colours on the top nugs. The temp is getting real now at some nights, but doesn’t bother this girl. She’s starting to show some booty and they are dense. Giving here some filthy nutes this week to get those nugs ripping. Real happy with her and looking forward to rap her in a joint

Week 16 easy to maintain and still big grow

13/03 Recta final, tuve unos problemas con Moho ya que la humedad nocturna roza los 88% humedad con lo cual la proliferación del hongo en un cogollo tan gordo y compacto, es un problema, y al ver los tricomas, y darme cuenta que casi un 10% de los tricomas están de color ámbar, que es el punto de cosecha que me gusta. Mañana cosecharé una de las plantas mas lindas que me ha tocado cultivar, lleno de aprendizajes. Semana 13: 31dez - 6janeiro Quase perto do fim!

Закончилось долгое увлекательное путешествие, мне даже немного грустно. В этот цикл я впервые попробовал технику мэйн-лайниг, надеюсь моя работа вам понравилась, я старался чтоб куст получился красивым. Я, в свою очередь, в этом дневнике стрался очень подробно описывать и фотографировать все свои действия, возможно мой опыт также кому-то будет полезен. Growing well apart from middle one. Pot fees heavy so I am drying it out for a few days before I water. Will be increasing nutrients next feed to 1ml grow 1ml bloom and will introduce top max soon.

D71/F23 - 11.29 - Maybe didn't love the defoliation, but looking ok. No discoloration or anything, just a little slower to start chunking up than its neighbors. <3 D73/F26 - 12.1 - The 3x3 9lb seems to have done better with the defoliation, but after I fed with a bit of molasses, found some fungus gnats flying around. Have traps and diatomaceous earth down, so we should nip this pretty quickly. D74/F27 - 12.2 - A little concerned about this one cola whose top pistils seem curled compared to the other on the plant. Take a look and let me know if this is normal or not. All my mature fungus gnats have been trapped, not seeing anymore buzzing around. I suppose the larva could still do a little damage for now? D76/F29 - 12.4 - Doing fine in the 4x5 tent :)

Day 49 - Clearly she's starting to get to the end of the life-cycle. The nutrient reserves are being used up in the leaves, although I also suspect a bit of nutrient lockout as well. Today only gave PH'ed water. After taking another look at the trichomes today, I'm starting to wonder if she really is ready for harvest yet or not 😅 I guess I'll take another video in a few days and see how they look then. The pistils are curling in though now, so that's one sign that harvest is getting closer. Day 53 - Watered again today; she was a little droopy 😳 PH was about 6.05 And took another video of the trichomes...a good one this time. And what do you know...plenty of the trichomes still look clear AF, although I do notice some amber ones. Going to wait until at least next week for sure now to harvest.
