This is more of an equipment gathering project-first grow so I want to keep it simple and budget friendly, I ordered autos for my first grow but Oregon Elite Seeds sent a free gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds. Super psyched for my first grow! Day1. Soaked seeds for 4 hours in bottled water, used paper towel method with 100% sprouts within 18 hours inside dark tent at 80 degrees (heater and air purifier) and 40% humidity. Hoping to plant directly into prepared soil (6.9 ph currently) in 24 hours. Day 2. Planted Critical OG Kush and Blackberry Autos 1/4 directly into 8 gallon cloth pots (these are the wrong pots-they are wax lined but the pandemic made getting the aeration pots unavailable-I may have to transfer later). Very lightly watered. i prepared my soil mix and had it acclamated to the grow room. I opened the air vents at each end of the grow room and set heat to 78, placed a bowl of water for humidity and started oscillating fan for airflow. Planted Gorilla Girl in a tupperware dish till i can get something more suitable. I really need another light but shipping just isn't working out. Day 4: 1 OG Critical was culled do to lack of progress. Gorilla Girl hs been repotted and looks fine. The Blackberry are much leggier than the others at this point. I'm watering just enough to get to the roots with bottled spring water. Day5 : the girls just woke up-posted pics. 1 light and 6 plants is not ideal. I'm not sure if I should put the strain that is naturally shorter under the light directly or focus on the tall ones getting enough light to not stretch. Comments appreciated. Day 6: Ligthts off after a 20 hour on cycle. I was concerned that my light insn't adequate spacially. I dropped it down to 15 inches above the seedling and got it tropical in the tent. I also used a 6500k 15 watt shop light for added light color and they enjoyed it, except for 1 had a bit of yellow. I will post photos when they wake up to see how they look after this light/heat/water boost for 20 hours. My Gorilla Girl is the only one that isn't above 2 inches. That one was planted deeper (1 inch instead of1/4th like the others. I did have some "seed helmets" so next time I will go a little over 1/4 inch deep. Qweeby's roots grew like a wad instead of down. I've had to readjust her placement twice because the roots act like they want to be on the surface. I'm excited to see them in 4 hours. I may cull one and start a different seed. The Blackberry Kush is stretchy which seems nice for a new grower like me. I am trying to limit the stretch so they match the Critical OG height but they are hearty toddlers. Day 7: Added a 3000w LED off ebay. I didn't account for the rise in heat but it only got up to 84. Raised it from 18" to 20" and got more air flowing through. One plant has a little yellowing from the inside of the main leaves (inside to out) but it's barely there so I'm going to check PH meter and easy watering since yesterday I did water more then I have thus far-so it could be a little root lock from too much water.

My permanent marker plants are looking really interesting! The short and stocky one with the purple leaves is super vibrant. I love that pop of color against the green of the other plants. It's a little different from the taller plant, which has this really cool stacked-up look to it. I'm curious to see if those stacked-up leaves will change color too. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Ladies and gentlemen today is day 42 and this girl is thriving.. i ended up switching my plants around and giving her the smaller tent because my other plant is just too big for the tent .. she's growing fast at 27 in and as you can tell, she's still stretching, although I think she's almost done, and we can start producing some flowers .. Kannabia seeds thank you guys for the opportunity to showcase your genetics.This has been a very easy grow thus far.. Thank you to everybody that stops by says. Also, wanna mention that I am using general hydroponics silica, as well as general hydroponics, maxibloom ... half tsp each .. maxibloom is the main nutrient I use It's really an all in one.. you can buy a three pound bag, for fifteen dollars.. And use that only and you will have massive plans, and that bag will last you a year.. j/s .. i don't see many or any one else in here using it which is crazy because it grows the biggest plants i've seen out of any other nutrient... i understand it's salt based. All you have to do is feed to run off, and it's like steroids for your plants. No lie.. have a great day guys God bless 🙌

Finally it's harvest time! I really can't wait for this strain to finish drying...it smells so delicious... Gave them only water with some clean fruits which is basicly humic acid for 10 days not because of some 'washing' just because i want to reuse some of the earth to keep some of the established beneficial bacteria and want it drained of most fertilizer Actually i don't believe in 'washing' ...i don't wash my garden tomatoes too...neither did i with my outdoor cannabis plants that grew in the ground and i found no evidence of any difference in harshness or taste Next week some update with final weight and of course a smoke report

Day 71. Girls just perfect ;))) As any grower i would want, bigger, fatter, stronger, but they are in that range anyway, now main thing not to screw up ;))) Girls on nute, water, water+calmag, water+silicaAcid, water+molasses rhythm and just love life ! Day 72. Got more presents, thank You Zamnesia ! Asked for 4 strains, got 2 ;))) Still 10 beans and full grow by one house, like i always try to do. Always wanted to try out Runtz, all grows that i saw - was sick ! Kalini Asia - new taste and strain for me 4sure ! Day 76. All is good , they are missing CalMag from those lights a bit and with such amount of buds, but should be fine. Todays watering was only with CalMag, ph 6.5. Next watering full nute blast, should be fun to observe, they are starving a bit , so i hope for huge grow rate after. Tried 4 month cured weed at a friends, he had to chop girl on week 6 of flower, with nutes still being fed. After an hour head pain , ash was still black ... I would never try not to flush .... Day 28/06/2024 I chopped the first one, day 08/07/2024 I chopped the second one and today day 09/07/2024 I'm going to chop the other two (bigger ones) Very satisfied with all this, just the beginning and you will also see more diaries around here! These plants were perfect for a newbie like me, but I also learned that I'm very good at this, all the knowledge were in my head. Wasn’t planning on updating this diary until after the cure, but why not. She was harvested on August 10, and placed into an empty grow tent at 60F & 55% RH. By August 17, the outer buds were dry enough, so I had used a wood moisture meter to measure the moisture content of the inner buds and they were ready to jar. I didn’t measure wet weight as I hung the entire plant whole and didn’t want to account for the weight of stems & fan leaves on the plant, but dry weight was 90.45 grams For my first grow, I don’t know if I did everything right… I will know by the end of cure, but so far I am more than content with the way she turned out. I have another Bourbon Berry Twenty20 outdoor grow I might post on here soon which is currently curing, & Chocolate Haze by RQS which is in week 2 of flower.

Today i start flush 💦

I soaked the seeds for 24 hours in a mixture of BioAg Ful-power, 6.3 Ph water & aloe Vera. I then inoculated the soil with the mixture of ingredients I listed above. After that I placed the seeds 1/4” into the soil & placed them under the humidity dome after spraying them with my pump sprayer. Current temp is 75 degrees F & Humidity is 89%.

Was a smooth week. Did a flush and fresh nutrients. Kept the nutrient dose the same since everyone looks happy. Started training and trimmed a few leaves and branches off. I plan to switch them to flower after week 5. She is one of the slower growing plants. Heavy indica with short fat leaves. Still pumping nutrients 24 hours.

Week was crazy, I needed to cut a plant that my wife found out (lucky me) was a hermie and thanks to the comments I think It was the best choice. I'm drying it and will be probably used for tea or cannabutter. One day I could't give em water so they went super down but rn they look aaawesome (check video) Since I starter growing one of them sooner it's showing nice buds, the rest mostly are starting to get fat ( it's an special greenman you can recognize them cause their leaves totally smaller then the cali kush I had sometimes 30 Celsius degree so one of them shows that some leaves are burnt I started adding 2x ml per liter to the water Smell its sweet and fruity I removed some dried leaves from the bottom Thanks for al help during the week and fast answers really Keep on growing, blessings SOG looks like shit XD but anyway plants look awesome (maybe some N is missing )

Beginning of week.. I am beginning the flush today.. I ran some FloraKleen thru the medium.. Then just watwr tomorrow.. Then FloraKleen once more the next day.. Then just water till harvest! Not even going to pH the water and I want to see if it brings up the runoff pH any.. Just for shits and giggles, I suppose. Look at those colas! Man, they are gonna be delicious! Mid week.. Wow.. These girls are maturing quick! I think I could harvest in the next couple days.. But 1 more week should do wonders! They are both neck and neck with eachother it seems.. A few ambers starting to pop up all over the top colas.. I think by next week they should be perfecto!!! So excited! I did a super late defoliation.. I know that is not ideal to do this so late.. But the humidity is getting crazy out of control at times.. It doesn't sit there very long.. But my dehumidifier is much needed. The fans should be helping combat any mold.. I hope 🤞🤞🤞 should be fine.. These are some super sense nugs! Even the lower nugs are pretty dense! So so SO excited!!! End of week... Posted a video this update.. Plants are looking great! The Mandarin Cookies is flopping all over the place lol.. I COULD harvest now.. But I'm going to wait 1 more week.. They should be perfect! That will be 10 weeks from 12/12.. As of today.. The mediums of both plants should be good and flushed by now.. I've been using unpH'd rainwater to flush (30 - 40 PPM at 7.0 pH).. And some FloraKleen (2x for both plants) and now the runoff is reading about 80 PPM at 6.8 pH for the ETHOS Cookies and about 100 PPM at 6.3 pH for the Mandarin Cookies.. Very excited for this run to be over.. Kinda wanna try a 1 plant ScrOG'd in this 2'x4' tent under the Optic Slim 320H before I swap out tents and start bustin out the autoflowers till it's cool again 😎 but I am ready to start smokin these ladies! Anyways... On to the LAST week!!!...
