This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

Week 5 veg - clones and Week 3 - Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seed Co.) and French Macaron (TH Seeds) from seed. G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas topped with 2 clones each taken from cuttings to propagate placed in 2x2 clone/seedling tent with low LED lighting. Temps in low 80F w/60% ROH. Clone cuttings covered with sandwich bags used as humidity domes. After taking cuttings transferred G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas to 3x3x6 AC Infinity tent under Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Black Cherry Gas clone, Blueberry Cupcake, and French Macaron from seed remain in 2x4x5 AC Infinity under Spider Farmer SF-2000 with dimmer set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Continued twice weekly IPM foliar treatment with Organishield as well as watering soil program (SP).

What a frosty strain, rivals Stardawg in the stickiness. Good resin potential Not a big feeder, normal levels do the trick as they will show some burn if they dont like it. Not a stinker at all Will try to foxtail @ 85F The stretch caused by the tent space issues with the Green Crack really shows here, man 2 ft of plant that was not needed. My fault, start flower under blue or white lights until stretch ends as they will get tall Serious stretch under HPS Excellent genetics, taste test in a few days I _ WANT_ MORE ... please 😉 Letting the FF7 stay in the tent a bit longer, removed all but the small fans to keep the air moving but slow down the rate. Just test weights (love hanging them like this) say @200g a plant. maybe we will see Almost forgot, pulling a small branch from Aeryn to test Easy harvest, nice dense frosty sticky buds, cannot ask for more.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. DAY 53 Had to take out of the room the Amnesia XXL hermaphrodite; cant take the risk of turning the rest into males too. DAY 54 FUUUCKKK!! The wind dropped a piece of heavy wood onto the plants!!! 1 of the Moby Dick was totally broken. Some branches of the neighbour plants were affected too. So that's 2 plants lost at the moment (the hermaphrodite and the broken one). Day 56 Two days after the tragedy. Had to reorganize the room to prevent similar accidents in the future 🖤😢 Saved the most I could but definately this stressing event will influence the plant’s development. Also, considering taking out the claw leaved plant, which has signs of hermaphroditism (FML again 😫). Hope these 7 make it till the end. PS: Also, there’s 1 Moby Dick which has no signs of flowering at day 56, cant figure out what’s happening with it. I’m starting to think that it’s an Regular Feminized seed instead of an autoflowering.

The plant started stretching out a lot more as opposed to last week. A lot more bud sights growing. Has got a thick stem to it. Overall really happy with it, considering the starting conditions.

Introduced Nectar and have been feeding full strength now. Seems like I have to water every day...1 gallon each of full feed per plant, 18 hours later seems like they are thirsty again..leaves drooping down and perk up after water. I’ll start doing 1.5 gallons and up the nutes....maybe it’s the new lights. Photone says: ~90000 lux in middle, ~70000 on the edges/sides. I think I’m pushing it but it seems my plants are loving it. 38 Days. They have had their 2nd topping. Will be planting the autos shortly. Using earthworm castings are killing it. They always do.

The critical soma looks very healthy. I think she will be ready in 2 big weeks. The two Dinamed look also good but may be a few days more. Trichomes are clear, aren't it? Thx Edit: a little bit to much nutrients for the critical but it's now OK.

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

Die Pflanzen erholen sich sichtlich von den Strapazen der letzten Woche und zeigen nun eine gesunde Farbe sowie zahlreiche neue Blätter.. Ich gieße Aktuell mit 1L Wasser pro Pflanze und treibe sie nach Außen via Low Stress. Wenn diese am Rand sind lasse ich die Pflanzen an höhe gewinnen um eine schöne Krone zu erhalten.
