Day 36 - Start of a new week. Pulled the trigger and decided to drop the screen. Will give this up to 2 weeks to see how it fills out. Girls were pretty busy and sideways anyway from the LST, hopefully this will just keep them a bit more even! The cord not super taught (using hollow PVC conduit so couldnt overdo the tightness) but hopefully enough to keep them space trained. Upped the veg nutes slightly for the last run, took the EC up to 1.5 (was 1.3-1.4) just to give them the final push before flower. There still appears to be a few issues uploading to GD so will get the week 5 time lapse up as soon as they have that sorted!!! Happy growing everyone.

Gg is about ready to harvest looking to harvest sometime this weekend (5/7-5/10). Everything else still has a few more weeks at least.

03/31/25: Today was a major milestone in the grow: all five plants were transplanted into 1-gallon AirPots and topped above the 3rd node. I also cleaned up everything below node two, leaving each plant with two strong, healthy nodes to begin shaping their structure for the vegetative phase. Normally, I wouldn’t combine transplanting and topping on the same day, as both are stress-inducing events. However, the plants looked robust and healthy, showing no signs of weakness. Because of this, I felt confident they could handle the dual stress. Still, I expect them to take the next 2–3 days to recover, after which I anticipate they’ll bounce back with even more vigor. Each plant was moved into a 1-gallon AirPot, which encourages air pruning and promotes a more fibrous, expansive root system. During transplant, I sprinkled mycorrhizal fungi directly near the rootball of each plant to help stimulate root colonization and increase nutrient uptake during this critical phase. On inspection, the roots were healthy and white, showing no signs of being rootbound—making this the perfect window for transplanting without risking transplant shock or root constriction. The newly potted plants were placed back into the 4x4 tent, now sitting about 36 inches (approximately 91.5 cm) below the AC Infinity S44 light, which is set to 40% power. This provides a PAR reading of around 360 µmol/m²/s, which is well-suited for early veg. To begin early phenotype tracking, I’ve labeled the plants as PP1 through PP5: • PP1: Most vigorous plant so far • PP2: Slightly behind PP1 in size and growth rate • PP3–PP5: Showing very similar growth characteristics, slightly more compact If early vigor is any indication of sex, I would guess that PP1 and PP2 may be male, while PP3 through PP5 could be female. That said, this is purely speculative—true sex traits won’t reveal themselves until preflower, and many vigorous plants end up being female as well.

G'Day mates, its that time of the week again-Our Update from Down Under. Well the girls have likely entered pre flower or Pre pre flower if thats a thing, if its not it is now k. Last dose of grow boost given with a mushroom compost tea and next week will switch to a half dose of grow nutes and a half dose of bloom nutes given together. But for now just LOOK at the size of the hashys fan leaves-Seriously people can you tell me if thats normal for a plant that size to have leaves almost as big as the plant itself? Lucky I put her in super late (December she went into the ground from her lil pot) How big would this super cash cropper get if I put her in the ground in October like I wanted to? YIKES!! No wonder they say she can throw 3Lbs if you know what your doing. And had to tie down the Caramelo as she was going to shade herself to ruin, notice most of tie downs are just heavy bolts tied to the wires-not even in the ground, and if she can manage to LIFT these 2 OZ bolts off the ground as I have seen other plants do, well the buds will be MASSIVE!! The other plants were indicas though so lets see if this 70% sativa girl will have the stem strength to lift em.

This girls cracked in 2 days. They got to 2cm tap root 2 days. Once I put them inside of the Rockwell, they took off pretty fast and moved them into their final homes now. The second set of leaves is just pushing their way through now. So far so good

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer, so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and uniform. Average frost so far. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

To me the ladies always look so small but they grow at an impressive pace. I’m in love with those nutrients, is my first full organic grow and Guanokalong is impressive, I never seen a similar root development, I transplant the plant from a 0,5L pot to a 1,5l and in 3 day I moved them again to the final 20L Plastic pot because already clogged. UPDATE ON MY RUN SO FAR, She has been growing tremendously i did run into some problem/deficiency i could not indicate what exactly it was but if i had to guess id say it was calmag issue but since ive upped my calmag i think the problem has came to a end and i have tackled it as i do not see it getting any worse ect ect, up to know this run has been a flight in the clouds using the ac infinity set up controlled everything from my phone so i could dial in that VPD the only thing i would say is abit of a problem is humidity the rh in my house has raised due to weather outside i guess, i did buy a dehumidifier and it brought the humidity down from 73% to 60% in the night it fights quite hard as temps drop but its not to high max 70% but as im preparing for flower i do need to be bringing it down allot id be comfortable at the mind if it could drop and be withing 50-60 mostly 55 but hopefully as the weather gets better it should drop the rh in my house just in time for flower hopefully! today i did some defoliation for better airflow as she was quite bushy and leaves were settling on other leaves and i couldn't tuck/hide also it was so awkward when watering especially with the clips/ties for (LST) hence why i made my decision to defol.... the videos are a (before and after defoliation) she has been no more than 500ppfd light all the way up to week 4, tomorrow i am going to up the light slightly to around 550ppfd as i am planning on flipping to flower in 2weeks if im happy with her growth and i wanna make sure i start bumping up that light intensity for flower ;) Come Week 5 i will be here to post another update on her growth

I know these are not typical ways of training but then again the norm was not the norm at first :)
