A great week for the girls, started with some defoliating after figuring out where our net would be. Mostly the lower leaves and lowest sets of bud sites that would be popcorns or larf later. Also took a couple larger fan leaves to open them up for the light, and tied down the freshly healed topped main stems to even out the canopy. The diary was extended 2 days (and our diaries are late lol, birthdays) as we are flipping on the first of July, the net is around 70% full or more as of dropping it and tucking some branches. I'll probably shift them slightly, they'll be in the same spots but moved to give Blue Dream some extra tucking space. She's Sativa dominant and likely to stretch the most along side Apex and possible Citradellic Sunset but the journal's i've seen her stretch wasn't as severe lol. With extra tucking space, and being next to the taller hybrids it should help keep the right side canopy balanced. Both sides have their own 4x4 light. Bud Ignitor has been added on the last day. We will continue defoliation for the first two weeks of flower focusing on the under side of the canopy where it's shaded, and removing any suckers we find. There were signs of a Ph imbalance on Citradellic Sunset which is my own error, tap water Ph vs Nutrient Ph, not in soil anymore! lol But she has recovered happily and is growing vigorously. Still no new TDS meter so we stick close to the feeding schedule from Advanced Nutrients with some tweaks. We feed twice a week, Feed/Feed/Water. So instead of the full 4ml of base nutes we use 3ml each watering and they seem happier. 2ml of the additives but most are only added once a week except for Sensi Cal-Mag, Bud Candy and now Bud Ignitor (we also will use Big Bud, Nirvana and Overdrive twice a week). The final watering is PHd to be the same as the feed watering. Max strength base nutes have always burned the tips of my plants, I almost backed off to 2ml of base nutes twice a week as 3ml gave slight tip burn to the smaller Say Less and White Wedding but they have adjusted to it and new growth is healthy. I will most likely edge up to 3ml more gradually next grow. We are still new to scrog but I feel we are off to a better start this round, last time the net was completely full and I don't want a second net.

After 60 days of flower for pheno #1 and 63 days for pheno #2 it was time for harvest. 7 days in dryferm bags and now ready vor the terploc bags. Really happy with the Look and smell so far. Let's wait for final results after curing.

ALRIGHT! I think i had a successful first week of the first grow :D The bitches are showing steady growth, started giving m a mix of Terra Grow, Pure Zyme & Power Roots. they seem to like it but hey what do i know? Don't know why the other half of my lights is taking so long to get here but we'll survive. temperature is still a little on the high side during the day, around 29 degrees, i will be installing 2 fans tonight which should fix that problem. (bought some fancy ass controller to automatically adjust the fan speed when temperatures rise, hope it works as good as it souds) This week will also be moving week, filled 6.5L 20x20cm pots with those brown balls and Plagron Grow Mix. started watering them in with a mix of Rain & Tapwater + Pure Roots & Power Zym. WHY?? again idk, there are so many tips online i'll just follow all of m. Doing the same again tomorrow morning and transplant them 2 hours before the lights go on. *day 12 edit. Moved the plants into the new pots, within 12 hours i could see them grow again so that must mean they like it, the rest of my lights arrived so we're growing under 10x 23w philips tornado CFL now because they are cheap as fuck and it works amazing. the whole temperature activated fan cooling system is out for now since the temperature is at a stable 26 degrees, and i didnt know that fans make so much noise turning off and on the whole time damnnnnn Let me know what i'm doing wrong & happy growing 😘

This week has been pretty smooth sailing. Since all 4 of the testers are being watered at the same time splitting a gal of water ph to 6.1 with products listed. Started some LST on them this week and seems like all the babies are doing well. Tester 01/#1 by far grown the most at this point but time will only tell how they will all turn out. Enjoying this grow quite alot and am super excited to see how it goes.

Sept 12 - into week 6 of Flower for most of the strains, like Congo #3, Ford pink kush etc - LSD is heading into week 7 of Flower, with a prediction of 9 weeks needed. Getting close... - Russian Tzar Bomba is now in week 8. Big dinner Tomorrow, how do you say, The Last Meal w/ nutes. Flush follows - Green Planet buffet + Amino Acid + Silica + Calimag, like the other two 13th - russian tzar bomba is in great shape. Here at the start of her Last week in Flower; week 8 as per Nukeheads, she been fed and will be flushed for the next week. Clipped a small bud mid-plant and will scope it this aft. Def Amber, Def Cloud, still clear ones all over. Bloody gorgeous - her trichomes show a lot of Amber presence and right now its about flushing her. She is ready. Let her dry a bit and flush Thursday and follow-up accordingly. Sunday maybe = CHOP. These buds are real firm and becoming irregular - picture 13 is from one of the higher concentration spots where amber was found... nice to see, I'm ready at this end 14th - tomorrow the Soil will be Amended for the Final application: Worm Castings: Bat Guano: Kelp Meal: Bloom Boost fert: Azomite. Scratched-in and Watered through. Volumes are directed at a 15-20 gal pot for the Soil Amendments - Microbe / Enzyme Tea scheduled for Saturday. Hope to get a bit o rain in between - turns out the Congo #3 has really gobbled up alot of moisture and she is recovering well from an overwatering 15th - honduras x Panama, Panama Red, LSD and Black Tunas each had their Soil Amended, after they were fed. - Panama Red is pushing red/pink hairs all over the entire plant. So beautiful to have 2 pink pistil covered plants, right beside each other. Decadent - LSD is consuming Overdrive instead of Rezin, and has been for a couple meals. One more on the 17th then thats it. 16th - its been decided to go and photograph these plants early tomorrow morning. Tirednof the high-noon stuff. Soft light and some Canna-porn ooh aah 17th - actually got face to face with (Ford) Pink Kush x Vanilla Frosting plant. Its producing a really nice string if Medium-sized Nugs. Looks great and she’s strong and solid - LSD given her last Nutrient packed meal… end of week 8 tomorrow. Flush is coming in a series of fresh-water rinses… (tues/wed = lites-out. Make the best use of this sun)

🇺🇸 Week 9 of Growth – Mother Gorilla 🇺🇸 Hey everyone, we’re back for Week 9 of growth for the Mother Gorilla from Royal Queen Seeds. This week wasn’t great—the plant struggled to recover after the defoliation. I had major pH fluctuations all week, which really slowed down growth. Now at Week 9, I really want to switch to flowering, but the plant isn’t developing well enough. For the past three weeks, things haven’t been going smoothly, and it’s frustrating. This morning, after returning from the weekend, pH had risen to 6.4, which is way too high for hydro at this stage. So I flushed the reservoir and started fresh with a new, properly adjusted nutrient solution. I kept all the nutrients the same, and all other parameters remain unchanged. Now, my main focus this week is keeping the nutrient solution stable so the plant can resume healthy growth. Nothing else to report—just pH fluctuations and slowed growth. The plant really needs to regain strength before flowering, or it’ll be a problem. See you next week! ⸻ 🇫🇷 Semaine 9 de Croissance – Mother Gorilla 🇫🇷 Salut tout le monde, on est de retour pour la semaine 9 de croissance de la Mother Gorilla de chez Royal Queen Seeds. Cette semaine n’a pas été top, la plante a eu du mal à récupérer après la défoliation. J’ai eu de grosses fluctuations de pH toute la semaine, ce qui a ralenti la croissance. On est à 9 semaines de croissance, et j’aimerais vraiment passer en floraison, mais la plante ne se développe pas assez bien. Ça fait trois semaines que ça ne se passe pas comme prévu, et c’est frustrant. Ce matin, en rentrant du week-end, le pH était monté à 6,4, ce qui est bien trop élevé pour l’hydro à ce stade. J’ai donc vidé la soupe et préparé une nouvelle solution nutritive ajustée. J’ai gardé les mêmes nutriments, et toutes les constantes restent inchangées. Cette semaine, mon objectif est de stabiliser la solution nutritive pour que la plante puisse reprendre une bonne croissance. Rien d’autre à signaler, à part les fluctuations de pH et le ralentissement. Elle doit vraiment reprendre de la vigueur avant la floraison, sinon ça risque d’être compliqué. Our Blue Dream by Zamnesia is the only classic strain we are growing at the moment and, since your friend breadandbuds loves the golden one, I couldn't help but try to get the best out of it. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find the plant left to grow straight without the aid of techniques, just a little bit of insignificant LST on the lower branches that I then often decide to cut if I see them too low and weak. When you do this type of cultivation you have to consider that the good flowers will only be those that see a sufficient amount of light. So you have to clean up at the bottom and leave only the last 15-20 cm of each brunch then you also adjust according to the internodal distance. I love to clean up a lot at this stage to make the plant concentrate on the production of good flowers in the apical parts. Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to compare. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot).
