unprecedented how fast they grow they grow on average off 10 cm per day which I have never experienced on soil but had many problems to keep the pH under control I do notice that less is more on rdwc now that I have reduced the nutrition, the pH remains a lot more stable 4 days ago they transferred to 12 12 now comes the fun part I also ordered a co2 set so from next week we will add co2 to the space

Friday, September 25, 2020 Chopped to dry in closet. No trimming needed Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Trimmed and jarred. Very little trimmings were thrown away. My first indoor grow was a success! I don't have the largest tent so it was nice to keep it short. Not the biggest yield in the world but it was a fun experience. My only regret is not watering or feeding it enough. I'm main-lining my other auto grows so we'll see how those do. Thanks! -JTGROW

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. This SP 3000 is performing so well. Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for letting us try it. We are believers! If you are in the market for a light, give this one a chance!! Thanks again for all the likes, comments and the people following! Only 6 more weeks to go!! Big hug!! Bud

Hi all, Another amazing week passed by and RUNTZ from Zamnesia is starting to look like a real winner. So cool how well she is expanding and how well she takes LST. You can see we going to have a big bush when finished with hopefully a lot off very big coals. If no any serious problems get in our way hopefully I am looking to have her in flower by end off this month. Happy Growing

I touched one of the leafs with trichomes on it. Smells VERY citrusy/lemony/fruity. Very excited for this strain! Buds are very solid. It's a hybrid with Durban Poison X Rainmaker (Citral Skunk x Mandarin) x Gorilla Glue #4.

The bag seed plant I kept that was yellowing bad last week made a full recovery. Turns out it was nitrogen deficiency, easy fix 😃. The mentos are doing lovely, chugging right along. Seems to be a few different phenos so far, #3 and #4 both seem to be similar (short bushy) and #2 is much taller than the rest and doesn’t have much lower growth at all, I feel like #1 is going to be the star of the grow. She’s looking perfect so far, good spacing on her and has some nice shoots growing in on all the lower leaf sets already at just 17 days! Enjoy the update fellas 🤙🏻😎

A little pale for my liking, possibly because I start with a weak nutrient solution (EC well below 1 mS/cm) but she's coming along steadily. She got a full tank of nutrient solution this week, where previously I'd been dunking the rockwool in a weak bath of Ionic Grow.

This week started of good except for ph and iron. I'm phing feed and water to 6 but my naturally 7.6 ph water is raising ph. I've realized my water and organic soil don't have iron in them. It's keeping these from greening up properly. I do have blood meal in the soil but not enough. I'll be adding an iron supplement next week when it arrives. Until then I'm going to feed a little masses and blood meal with the ph water. I've had a difficult learning curve switching from coco and salts to organic and soil. #2 got topped on day 1. I'm going to clone this top so I'll have this plant for the future.

I dropped these seeds into a bowl of water overnight. In this case about 8 hours. I then planted .75" deep into wet soil on 4/24/24. I prefer moist soil but we had a rain the previous evening. Outdoors you plan for the weather but you don't know with certainty what nature will throw at you. There's a lot of rain in the forecast. I'm gambling that there'll be less actual rain. I want to get these girls more veg time so there's the trade off. I didn't fill these short pots completely full of soil. The idea is that less soil will dry faster if we get loads of rain. Once we get a stand, I'll add soil topping these pots off. Prayers going up for good planting weather and hoping for a fine stand of Wedding Cheesecake 🌱🌞🚀🎂. We've had lots of rain on the night of the 25th and all day 26th. It was cloudy and humid all day on the 27th but we missed the rain. The 28th we have rain most of the day. Two of three popped on the 28th and the third on the 29th. I dug up a few inches of soil around these to loosen it up and let some air get in. Hopefully that will counter this rain and drizzle on their birthday 🎂🎈 These girls came out fine and are turning up to get some sun. Fastbuds really do handle stressful outdoor conditions better. That's why they're my go to for outdoor fems.

Day 8 - very healthy sprout a. the roots are already into the pool, forming ladder roots b. I changed the DWC out, always from top watering you will get some gunk in there from the root riot/hydro rock dust, tends to build up on the roots, it never hurts anything, however it couldnt be good for the nutrient absorption. c. water source is mountain water, 130ppm from spring. d. TS1000 is at 100% intensity at 75cm away from the top, they love this day 9 - growing fast a. she is growing fast, and the roots are developing nicely b. keeping the ph 5.8-6 Day 10 - looking very nice a. this seedling is very healthy, strong Day 11 - growing fast a. this is a very fast plant, having to keep knocking the PH down Day 12 - growing very well a. had to move her to the corner of the tent to make way for my Afghan kush plant, it got too cold out in our barn for the Afghan kush b. the seedling is growing very well, she still gets a good amount of light Day 13 - growing well a. she appears to be growing fine despite her tent mate b. will be nice to move the Afghan out of here next week when it is supposed to get warmer Day 14 - nice environment a. the Afghan Kush and the Big Bud are friends now, lol b. all is growing well here c. video of our friendly environment

You are back, we are so happy that you have no life just like me. Thank you for Zamnesia and Plagron for giving me this life tonight and making me feel productive, talking of productive if you want your plants to be more so then give them a visit. Now on with your next episode of "TFTC: The Experiment". {--💩===👻---💀===👽---[:(⚪⬜🔺) oO===Oo (🔺⬜⚪):]---👽===💀---👻===💩---} The whole bending the plants to create an even canopy is looking messy, but from looking at the plants that the biologist did this to, I realize that this is just how it looks, that they turn into little bushes, very cool. The three plants are growing quickly, keeping on top of their training takes a lot of effort. THe people were in a flurry of activity this week, lots of things were being done and it looked like there was some great progress. Having done the groundwork we now had a solid foundation to build from, there were a few storage areas and a barn that was built, the planting was under way and the community was thriving, there were issues however. The main complaint was over food, people now had enough space as we spent most of the day outside and only came in for equipment, food or sleep. After listening to everyone's complaints growing louder and more frequent, we decided to send out a party of people to forage for fresh food, anything that would make mealtimes more interesting. Another seven people were sent out including myself, we used the map I had drawn up to plan a route through areas most likely to contain things like mushrooms, tubers, and early herbs and berries. The world at this point thrived with spring activity, we found spring mushrooms, a few tubers and wild garlic that was forming large leaves on part of the forest floor. That night there was a celebration, people were soo excited for a change in food that it became like christmas for everyone, a massive mushroom stew was made using some of the dried ingredients and most importantly, fresh garlic. It was delicious, the fact that we had been working so hard to get the community going and surviving on nutritional pulp for the last month meant everyone was ready for the change in diet, it had a noticeable effect on people. The next day people went to their tasks with renewed vigour, they built, planted and planned with increased energy, we even continued to send out small groups to forage and maintain a stream of fresh foods to help our nutrition and mood. Watching my plants I realized that they might need something similar, they are in the tent now and thriving, yet they might need something to help in the new growth, so it was time to start using the nutrients that the guide had said for when the plants went into flower. After the first few fertigation's (I am learning fancy new words), some burning was appearing on leaf tips, maybe this is plant overeating, so I will experiment and look for the signs to tell me where the sweet spot is. It appeared important for the plants to have the right environment for optimum growth, much like people, they needed to have the right things round them so that they would survive and thrive, if we had opened the bunker door to a desert I am sure that people would not be as eager to be outside, or as eager to try and get the community running, in fact, one way or another it likely would have meant our death. I retired that night, wondering on the need for environmental conditions sustain any form of life, nothing can live in a place that is completely hostile unless an environment was created for them. SO I lay down in my Stasis chamber, away from everyone, just the bodies still down here… we should bury them soon. My thoughts on environmental design helped me drift off to sleep. {--💩===👻---💀===👽---[:(⚪⬜🔺) oO===Oo (🔺⬜⚪):]---👽===💀---👻===💩---} Still here? Good, let me tell you about our wonderful competition organisers Plagron and Zamnesia, they are wonderful. On to the next episode. I should have been a hand model, for farmers weekly or person wish smashed up hands magazine. There are a umber of photos missing, yeah you all know why.

The ladies are doing well. Cant complain really but the hard work is yet to come. The different strains are getting bushy and the Blue Gelato #2 has the biggest canopy thus far. They all have been transplanted into 3gall pots. No strong smell even from stem rubbing but the orange Sherbet has a distinctive smell that's so citrusy. feeding has gone well this week. I may run into a pending issue when i bring out the 4x4 tent as I have been using a 2x2 for most of the veg period.Lets see what challenges week 8 brings to this run. The Vanilla Kush is taking training so well. So short and stumpy.
