Thriving in flowering tent 120x120cm [4x4 ft] 12/12 since yesterday (since it was almost full week still on veg I count it as last 8th week of vegetative phase) PPFD set around 600 µmol/s/m² - I want them to stretch somewhat in next few days so I can easily ScrOG them. Lowered the feed this week to 700 ppm then just plain water with no run off for the last 3 days. Two of the plants could have done with going for another week or two but time constraints mean I had to chop now . There very frosty and smell like gelato with funky gas hints , I have 6 phenotypes so I'm expecting some variations. There now hanging at 18°c and 60% humidity . Hopefully I can get some nice dry nug shots before the judging , there close but not dry yet ..

A more difficult week. I've been battling the water consumption on two of the girls. I ordered and hooked up the Blumats auto watering system. I followed the instructions to a T but they don't work on those settings for this type of plant. They must be recommending for succulents cause the girls dried out right away with the settings. So I've been slowing dialing it in the get the proper amount to release. This Gorilla Cookie is my problem child right now. She is so delicate. Underwatered all the time. Then when you water a bunch she's overwatered. It's a dumb situation. I've never ran into this. I just think she outgrew her pot too soon and could benefit from synthetic nutrients. Although i did some LST on the main cola, she is grown 26 cm in height. I'd like to bend only the main to get a sort of an even canopy, i've bend the rest of the tops on a daily bases to create a sort of bowl and later in the week i actually bend some of her stems to the side. I'd like to do as least as possible with the auto's at this stage,so no defoliation. I think autos are less stressed if you leave your leaves, also you can see there are a lot of other cola so no need to do so. I'd lower my nutrients, i'd fill my resevoir with only PH water for 2 days, now i'm back with 1.0 EC (10 ml/10 liter) plagron coco A + B. i've bought a new Bluelab PH meter, I think this is a very good investment because the only problems i have last year are because of PH. Also in the beginning of the grow again problems with PH so hopefully all that is history now. It is very fast with a stable reading and also very nice as well. Thanks for watching

I was slightly disappointed with the yield but I’m content with the taste and affect that I got from the plant .

Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.
