This week we started to flush after the first signs of proper cloudy trichome cover. Not long now! Plants have been quite heavily defoliated in the top 2/3 of each branch, in an effort to maximize flower growth in the last stages. Considering using ice for the final 48hr blackout. Any ideas welcome. Still piling on mass at a surprising rate and all stinking heavily. GLue Gelato has some sweetness and heavy gas notes, and the cream Caramel, well like name like shtank haha. Close to first ever harvest. It's business time!

Hey there growmies from around the world, we are back! I hope everyone had a wonderful week, and everyone’s gardens are doing fantastic! It is week 11, let’s get into it! Back to the canopy we went this week as I had to get in there to maintain that shrubbery! it’s unfortunate, I didn’t have the same amount of time that I had last week to spend in the tent (at any one given time I mean) and I had to choose between defoliating and continuing to tie everything down to further expand the reach of that canopy. I chose the latter…. Hindsight being 20/20, I probably should have just defoliated first… In doing that , I would’ve improved the airflow, increased the visibility (for when it came time to tie stuff down) and would have just cleared it out a bit making it easier for me to tie things down and weave the plant through the net with LESS fear of damaging the plant. But alas, hopefully this is just something I’ll remember the next time I am faced with this decision….🤷‍♂️🏻 So despite all that I said above, I DID decide to tie everything down- it went well but felt a bit rushed. I got more done than I originally thought so that’s a plus! The rock candy cake is doing excellent though, it seems to be liking the future harvest nutrients, as do the fast buds (they really had some substantial growth this past week) The next few weeks will certainly be a test of patience, I kind of just have to let the plant do its thing while I wait for the canopy to fill out that net. She’s doing a beautiful job so far, but we still have a while yet (especially due to the fact that when I moved her into the 5x5, and had to scrog it all over again- she is no longer center so I still have a bit more to go on that one side) to tell you the truth, I’m probably more curious about what I’m going to do to keep it going on the short side.. we shall see.. sounds like next weeks problem. Something else I plan on doing is that much needed defoliation I was talking about- I might wait two more days just to make sure we are all good after yesterdays antics (the tie down) other than that,I think we will just have to see what’s in store for us this upcoming week, hopefully some insane growth, but I’ll take any progress haha just gotta keep moving forward! Either way, I am having an absolute blast and I hope to see my growmies here for week 12! Got a hold of these beans direct from the UK and couldn't afford to have them sitting. This is a indica dominant strain freebie that checked all the boxes for my 4/20 smokes. UPDATE: 14 days from germination, I posted a video and she's already has side branch action and we have only begun veg as of 12/14/22. Genetics shining on this one and I only feeding water, will introduce some light nutes over the wknd MAYBE

🌱 Started from seed June 5th and she wasted no time getting established. Early growth was strong with a compact, bushy shape, perfect for training. I topped her young to keep a flat canopy, and she responded by throwing out strong, healthy side branches. 🌿 Veg was short and efficient, and the stretch built thick, sturdy colas without getting lanky. Light defoliation throughout flower kept airflow up and let light reach every bud site. 🍇 Terps are loud — sweet berry notes with a fruity kick that makes you want to keep smelling her. Trichomes ripened evenly, and I took her even higher on amber than usual for that deep, heavy, sedative effect. ✂️ Harvest day — dense, frosty buds with a beautiful structure. She stayed healthy from start to finish and was a pleasure to grow. Can’t wait to see how she smokes after a long, slow cure.

*edit I updated this week with a video of my Z-up auto she started flowering way later than the others so I kept her in my closet by her self because she was getting big and bushy during the veg stage while the other girls were flowering. Gosh these girls are really packing on weight and they smell so good.All 3 of these ladies are just seeping with trichs and resin. The FBA2504 smells really fresh crisp and almost citrusy but there is a very strong smell of a fresh blueberry that really gets my attention.

Pink caylaxes have shriveled and accepted pollen locations. I just don't think the seeds will be ready when harvesting in a few weeks. Start week 5 tomorrow and I don't think crosses will be ready so I will figure it out. Pink crosses would be fun next round but I have so many more selections to choose from to grow my next 4.Thunder smells like a citrus cleaner, almost pineapple front notes then a full citrus. day35 defoliated like madd. no lie so sticky: 2 fingers lifted a ceramic cup like I was spiderman. 1 finger was a struggle.. science

Día 18. Estoy en la 3ra semana de crecimiento. Apliqué HST en las dos ramas altas para poder igualar la altura con las otras dos. Por el momento viene todo en marcha. Solamente hubo un poco de stress con hojas un poco arrugadas por exceso de nutrientes. Así que hoy rebajé la solución con un poco de agua. En 3 o 4 semanas debería estar en condiciones de cortar los esquejes que voy a necesitar para el sistema completo. Inicialmente voy a usar un módulo que ya tenía armado que hice con un cajón plástico. Ese es para 4 esquejes y la madre. Pero es muy chico para el espacio que tengo. Así que inicialmente usaré este y luego armaré uno para 9 o 7 plantas. Veremos cuan cómodo queda con 5 plantas por ahora, porque quizá prefiero hacer 7 plantas cómodas y no meter 9 y después no poder manejar el espacio. La idea es que la madre vaya al medio y los esquejes alrededor. Día 21. Rocíe la planta con tierra de diatomeas como preventivo. Sigo aplicando HST para lograr que las ramas bajas tomen protagonismo,y ya que van a ser los esquejes que use. De todos modos estoy viendo en el crecimiento que la genetica no está bien estabilizada. Los bancos de semillas argentinos, hasta ahora han sido decepción en cada siembra que hice, por lo cual no me sorprendería que esta también lo sea. Estoy analizando la idea de pasar a floración la planta así cómo está en el indoor grande y arrancar con una genética europea que tengo guardada para la próxima. Porque correr riesgos innecesarios me costaría mucho tiempo. Por el momento mantengo la solución, ya que en crecimiento la suelo hacer durar 10 o 15 días. Principalmente cuando la planta tiene menos de 4 semanas. Esta semana que arranca voy a definir que hago con esta genética. De paso subo un video con la configuración casi terminada del indoor. Pero cuando esté funcionando se va a entender mejor.

Eine neue Woche steht an. Ich hab mich jetzt nun nach vielem hin und her überlegen doch dazu entschieden die Blüte einzuleiten. Ich bin gespannt was passiert und freu mich auf die Woche. 25. November Cookies gelato wurde mit 4l gegossen zusätzlich noch mit Green sensation und Bloom Dünger. Tropimango wurde mit 2,5l gegossen ebenfalls mit Green Sensation allerdings ohne zusätzliche blütenährstoffe. Es sollte genügend florganics im subtratsein, dass es vorerst nicht nötig sein sollte zusätzlich Nährstoffe geben zu müssen. Royal Runtz hat 3l Wasser mit green sensation und Blütendünger erhalten. 26. November Pflanzen wachsen. Bin zufrieden. Heute besteht kein Handlungsbedarf. 27. November Der dritte Blütetag. Man merkt dass die Pflanzen an Wachstum zulegen wollen. Cookie gelato und Tropimango wachsen uneingeschränkt. Die Runtz hat einen Bruch erlitten und ich hab kein Superkleber oder Panzertape da 28. November Aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen scheint das bisschen Kreppband auszureichen, um den gebrochenen Ast am Leben zu erhalten. Würde behaupten zu 4/5 war er durchgebrochen und hielt eher an einem Rindefaden. Reicht scheinbar um den Ast weiterhin mit allem zu versorgen. Habe leichte Sorge dass der ganze Stress, den die Runtz bisher schon hat mitmachen dürfen, zu Zwitterbildungen. Cookie Gelato kommt weiterhin vorwärts. Tropimango hat 3l Wasser bekommen. Sie hatte als einzige einen furztrockenen Topf Cookies Gelato ist nun 46 Tage alt Tropimango ist nun 41 alt. Royal Runtz ist nun 30 Tage alt Blütetag 4 29. November Cookies Gelato 4l Wasser bis Drenage Roy’s Runtz 3l Wasserbis Drenage Ab- und Umluft wurde auf AC Infinity umgerüstet und läuft jetzt über ein growcontrol. Die Runtz hat einen Bruch diese woche erlitten aber entwickelt sich prächtig. Der gebrochene Ast ist der stärkste. Traue mich allerdings noch nicht das Klebeband zu entfernen. Die Cookies sieht wunderschön aus ❤️ Tropimango muss immer wieder entlaubt werden, macht sonst gute arbeit. Start of week 7! Week 6 went really well. This GG#4 lady is looking amazing, with her purple colors and plump buds! This lady is also on an 8 week schedule, removed big bud and added overdrive to the nute lineup.

Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. I wish all the other participants in this contest a successful conclusion and a good harvest! P.S. When I look at the frostiness of the buds as they grow, I get a bit scared...

Two low branch broke off due to wind and stem wasnt stong enough for weight of the buds....other than that just a handful or two of defoliation every two day or so....makes trimming ez lol

These all so fine this one I would say is but more Indica 2 was a bit more Sativa and 1 was about right down the middle Oh man she beautiful all 3 about same small diffrence but all had good indoor struckture and so far high flavor all remind me of Skunk#1 Easy to trim big dence buds

My plant now smells even more intense every day. I am very happy to use an activated carbon filter, so you smell absolutely nothing outside the tent. I have now started to hang a camera in the tent and am experimenting with different durations for a timelapse recording. Currently I take a picture every 30 minutes, but will go up to one every hour.

Hay good week the flowers have started to bulk up a bit .I've stopped the take root and started a low dose of explode . I've been taking a few more leaves an I've tied down a couple of branches to let the light get in . Lots of tricomes some frosty leaves and getting sticky and smelly .

These girls are looking so amazing for the most part , on the other hand we got a lil bit of a deficiency on one of the Dirtyblondes, hopefully it’s not too much to worry about so probably gonna go ahead an start flush on the 2 Dirtyblondes and one of the pre98 s this weekend cause they are looking pretty close to being done, hopefully they should be fine!
