HELLO GROWING FRIENDS - Please look at my Aftermovie Growvideo, which cost me about 4 hours to create. hope you like it! Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! Day 43, week 7 starts, these girls keep growing like crazy. I decided to defoliate them and only keep the tops for now, except for one of them that is so wide and low that I left some side branches at the same level of the tops. Day 45. Great general conditions, they want more food than ever as the flowering stage come closer

OK so I nearly kill my plants and these were stunted and bonsai like.. Only got 30grams dry weight but were not all cbd and definitely contained thc.. Not so good for what the intended use.. But it's like opium...

So 2 week update since last. They were transplanted on week 4. Then Ive been still playing around and dialing in the calmag portion of the nutrients. They seem to be responding well. got the net installed today and theyre already stretching. First grow in coco please dont come at me im learning. hoping to have it dialed in within a week or 2 since I need to flip soon.

Moving right along, tucked inside out of the weather for a couple days but back outside and happy now.

Day 68 flower. I stopped using the Ripen on day 65. Since then I've been using Florakleen at 2tsp per gallon and RO water only for flush. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate still. I had to brace several colas because of the size so I'm really watching closely for any molding issues. I'm planning to hang her up at day 71ish. Rainbow cake is turning a little purple. It looks like its almost finished and I'm planning to pull around day 71 as well. London mint cake is finishing up nicely. I think she's going to need a little more time flushing so she might get pulled a little later than the other 2. Hope you like my pics and videos!

This is a slow flowering strain, but things are progressing nonetheless. Plants have gracefully taken everything I've thrown at it and have presented no problems thus far.

Felt greedy and moved SBR back, they're together again, started one more plant, planning to add another diary soon. Girls look good! Already started blooming, stigmas appeared at the beginning of week 2, buds seem to start forming. Since SBR is a bit smaller than KE she has a podium to stand on. Like a queen ahah. I've cut 2 lower branches of KE, and few from SBR. Not sure about defoliation at the moment, Leaves under the lights seem to be ventilated well and aren't wet

Apart refilling the reservoir more frequently, it’s the same as usual some tea

Day 7 today from sprout. They are doing great, but i have sometimes 29c in the tent and my humidy sometimes fall to right under 40% which i dont like, but the girls seems to like it. Also i lowered both lights 10 cm down.. The Led is about 70cm above, and the HPS 70cm. I may begin feeding them very soon with BioGrow and BioHeaven but only 1/4 of recommended dossage. In the night i now have around 60% humidity, and it also helped me get my core tempature down from 28-29c to around 26-27c because my lights wasnt on 24h anymore

Week 4 for the gorilla cookies from fastbuds 420 All good so far, we continue to apply addictives from xpert nutrients and add some more bloom nutrients as some of the girls are demanding a little more bloom nutrients. All good so far and not much more weeks to go, lets see of the girls continue to swollen up a bit more
