Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed

You can expect big yields of 500g or more per squae meter indoors, 700g per plant outdoors. The flowering time is 9-11 weeks. Indoors, Sour Apple is a vigorous grower with many side stems which can be trimmed to keep the plant in bounds. Indoors, the plants grow between 1,00-1,50 m depending on the introduction of the flowering phase, outdoors Sour Apple can reach four metres of hight. MEDICAL USE Because of its strong effects Sour Apple is an ideal strain for treating patients who suffer from conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, chronic pain due to injury or illness, and sleep disorders (insomnia and sleep apnea). In low doses it is daytime suitable for medical applications, at higher doses, it is the ideal weed for medication at the evening.

It's going very well, nice even canopy and she's filled my 70x70cm tent. On the cusp of the flowering stage, going to go very easy on the nutrients this time. Will start at 1/8 photo period recommended level and ramp up to 1/2.

9/22/2024 Added 80W LED lights below the canopy. Tilted the other 200W fixture to point into the canopy. Relocated circulation fans to keep air moving through the bush! Great flower development is continuing. The stretch is almost complete, but it is still stretching. Super cropping may be right around the corner. With one bucket removed from the system, the new system volume is right around 7-8 gallons. 9/23/2024 Forced to do a water change after a massive spike in PPM up to 2400. Cycled the system with about 5 gallons of pH water and pumped off about 4 gallons. Replaced 3 gallons containing appropriate nutrient concentration to get PPM back to 800 -900 range. Increased lights to 85%. Super cropped some of the lanky main stems that were growing right at the lights. Light directly over the plant is pretty much maxed out on height at this point. Looking to increase intensity by the end of this week to 90% and then to 100% by the end of week 5. Continuing to defoliate larger fan leaves a few per day. 9/24/2024 Plant is looking incredibly healthy even after the water issues. Some trichomes starting to develop on sugar leaves and flowers. There are tons of flower sights, I am excited to see how they continue to develop!!! 9/25/2024 Moved the light up to its last hanging position. There are only a few more inches of adjustment left. Trying to avoid late supercropping if I can. 9/26/2024 Pruning large fan leaves and fan leaf overgrowth. Looking to leave a lot of the smaller leaves for sugar trim collection if possible. Humidity is not an issue yet, but working to maintain 50-60% is getting close to maxing out my setup. Continuing with light defoliation will hopefully help in managing humidity. 9/27/2024 Have been adding pH-adjusted water as well as reduced nutrient concentration to keep PPM 800-900. Prioritizing bloom nutrients and keeping small amounts of micro and grow in the mix, diamond nectar at around 4mL/gallon.

Used royal queen seed fems popped 4 and 3 where successfully. Through veg stage no problems quite sturdy plants growth rate was the same on all round, had abit of nitrogen deficiency. Flower stage everything changed plants started to grow at different weeks and need separate feeds which became annoying, think this was done to pheno types being different. Drying stage: I used this new herb dryer called wedryer for to plants and hung the other in the tent. Wedryer works if you have small yield as can’t fit a lot, drys within a week though but also looses flavour. Have to wet trim bud and then leaves bud flat in one side due to them sitting on the dryer netting. Has fan with carbon filter which stops smells. (But myself prefer hang drying). Used trimbag to finish the buds off love this product and recommend to others to buy.

As I predicted the weather last week guess what?... it was a cold and wet week. My main issue its yellowing of the wedding cake. think i as to do with the cold weather as she is the close to the door. I allso burned then a litle with the foliar. The instruction clearly say it may burn withe heat and light aply at night. Guess what?... it was midday.... Black Cream Its Growing Good. Couckush its a litle bit burned. Growing good. Day 52 Bottom leafs on th 5 gallon pot are turning completely yellow/brown marks. I understand the plant is sucking up lot of N and that's probably why, however it just doesn't look no where near ready because As you can see from the pics, the 5 gallon pot the Colas are very thin and airy compared to my short and fat filled in Colas in the 3 gallon. Slightly worrying when you compare the 2 ??? Day 53 Upped my nutrients as strongly believe I have been under feeding after some advice. Added overdrive instead of big bud. Run off is reading a little low at 5.6 so will feed the next few watering ph'd at 7. Day 55 Fed 3 liters to my 5 gallon pot. Run of is bang on 6.5ph happy days. Upped my nutrients to 100% recommended dose

Grand Daddy Purple auto is doing good. She is stretching a lot. Her colas are starting to develop. She is looking really good. She does have the slightest burn on her tips. Being it has no curl up, this would be a potassium deficiency. I recently increased her blooming nutrition. She is growing really well in asmall potter. Nothing more to report. Im really pleased with how these girls are turning out, i was worried at 1st as the propagation tent they were in wasnt big enough to get good air flow so they were very small but as soon as i got them into the Homebox triangle tent that all changed and they are looking great.
