The start of week 6 and I welcomed some buds Roth sigh…i really want get to start ripening so i will sacrifice a few more buds if that's what it takes.

Hello. This is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Things are growing great in here. Not too many yellowing leaves for 6 weeks of flowering so far. I got some pollenating done with 2 different Kosher Haze males. The males were a little taller than I was hoping for but both had a great smell and were very resinous to the touch. All the Kosher Haze males have been cut down and have been put in the compost. You can see the difference in the pollenated buds by the brown stigmas. In the wide angle shots you can see the white tags marking the lines holding the pollenated buds up. At harvest time I can let these marked branches grow a little longer if the seeds aren't mature yet. We shall see then. I still have 1 Lemnesia male left that I like and It will be put in the smaller greenhouse with a Pink Kush and a Nova OG to make seeds in a week or 2. The Pink Kush and the Nova OG are in their 3 week of flowering in the greenhouse now. Ok can't think of anything else. Have Fun. Chuck.

I purchased these seeds along with 100+ others (individual seeds, not packs) in late 2006 and early 2007 by sending Western Union money orders to the UK in birthday cards along with my seed order. My only recourse was crossing my fingers and hoping that my seeds would eventually arrive. What I found was that the “Buy it Now” option on Seedbay turned out to be pretty reliable. They used to have a Nirvana 4 pack deal for a very reasonable price ($50, I think). European seed producers at the time were very guarded with the lineage in their crosses, but the common thought was that Nirvana was taking known elite Dutch cultivars of the time and breeding them with a Skunk #1 male and producing ‘knock offs’. AK-48 was AK-47xSk1, Blue Mystic = Blueberry x Sk1, Bubblicious = Bubble GumxSk1, Jock Horror = Jack x Sk1. The point being, there ended up being a lot of variation in packs, but also some keepers were there to be found. I did some growing at that time, but ended up buying a ton of seeds that I never used. As a daily user for almost 30 years now, self sufficiency made/makes a lot of sense. A couple years ago I decided to get back into growing my own herb after being disappointed and underwhelmed with the quality of flower from the dispensaries.

Just feed the girls some compost tea and overall they look healthy growing stronger by the day... she has a lot of bud sites and is getting thicker by the day

I have eight clones from my Korova grow. Built two DWC with four 4 inch net pots each. The totes are 5 gallon. Purchased the drill bit so if any of these take off I can move them to their own 5 gallon bucket.

Week6 of bloom, feeding Cal-mag+Floranova Bloom, both at 1tsp/gal. Each plant receives a glug or two from a 1gallon mixture. Runoff is removed. New Clones of different phenos have entered the arena! Happy growing!

She did not get very big but she has produced very compact and sticky nuggets, she has given 31,2g of high quality buds

Si que vale la pena dedicarles tiempo y ser paciente con el proceso. Seguramente la próxima semana iniciaré otros diarios con una cacería con unas regulares, una automática y otra feminizada junto a un esquejé de esta white widow que pude hacer.

After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended. The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 😍 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. This is my MEDICINE and I use it against my chranic back-pain from hernia, therefore I have to make sure I can consume my medicine as pure and clean as possible. Good morning ! Today is day 15 of flower 89 total from seeds popping ! Just did one last clean up as the stretch is over as I’ve been monitoring growth daily! Had some leaves and a couple nodes I had to remove as these ladies have been super vigorous all of veg and through the stretch ! Last week I did my every other watering of fish shit and silica as well as with the fish shit watering they got their recharge that I like to do every 3 weeks. They got their biweekly top dress of 50:50 split Gaia all purpose and bloom, in two weeks it will be all bloom and that will prob be the last feeding, we shall see! Adjusted temp and humidity now keeping vpa 1.2 -1.5 from here on out ! Hello Diary, White Widow has finished the first week of flowering. The flowers are forming nicely all over the plant and it has been 28 days since the beginning of the vegetation. White Widow has grown 20 cm this week and is now 50 cm tall. The main cola has started to rise above the other branches, it has started to form its final shape. Soon it will start to stagnate with growth and will direct all its energy into the flowers. The leaves are a healthy dark green color and show no signs that the plant is missing anything. Summer temperatures are slowly falling, nothing significant but every degree of lower temperature makes me happy. This week the average was 28 degrees and rarely exceeded. The humidity in the grow box is around 50% which is ok. Watering is a little more frequent, every three days, and sometimes every other day. They require significantly more water than has been usual on my little farm so far. I still add CalMg but from this week I started adding BIO-BLOOM Fertiliser. I prepare 9 liters of water, add the nutrients listed and lower the pH to 6.0. I water all three plants on the Farm with this amount. A few days before the end of the week, I cleaned the lower part of the plant to allow it better air flow and to make it easier for me to water. I also increased the intensity of the LED lights to 80% at the very beginning of the week. Here's what the past week looked like. 15/08/2024 - Day 22. Watering. The soil was very dry and the leaves were slightly drooping. I watered each plant with 3 liters of water. I put 1ml/liter CalMg and 1.5 ml/liter Bio-Bloom Fertilizer in the water. 18/08/2024 - Day 25. Watering. The soil is very dry again and the leaves are slightly drooping. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 21/08/2024 - Day 28. Official end of the first week of flowering. After taking photos, I watered all three plants at the Farm.
