Ok completely my bad with this. Haven't been feeling great the past couple weeks and have really neglected these babies, among other things. But, I had a go in there yesterday and hopefully things shouldn't keep getting so bad. The buds are fattening up on both a lot, and considering what they've been through I think they look pretty damn good. A lot of burned tops, any suggestions what o should do with them? Seems a bit harsh to smoke. I've managed to wiggle them down a bit lower, hopefully he burning shouldn't get worse, but we'll see. Smells fantastic anyway. Definitely want to run these again a. Even though they were all born on the same day starting with 10 seeds (6/23/21), 4 out of the 9 (because 1 hermed) matured and finished much quicker than the others. I would say a couple of them have at least another 2 weeks to go. Slowly but surely. My fiancé and myself wet trimmed most. Never trimmed before. Shitload of larf unfortunately. I doubt I have any nugs that weigh heavier than 3.5. Should’ve done a few things differently but do it goes. I made sure to maintain “low and slow” as best I possibly could. 9 plants all at the same age was a ton of work! Used my original tent to dry in. Conditions were about 70 Fahrenheit, and 55%RH. Bought one of them tiered mesh drying racks, and hung it in my 2x2. Few fans at the bottom, and my intake fan at the top of it, exhausting into my 4x8. I’d reckon I got about 3 ounces out of the 4 I took down earlier this week. Amazing feeling smoking your own weed that YOU grew. Seeing it in your jars. It was definitely all worth it. I almost bought another 2 ounces off my weed supplier. Then I realized I didn’t need him anymore. Saved me three hundred bucks right there. Idk If im just unlucky or what, but only a couple of mine had a slight purplish tint. Sorta disappointing. It smokes great tho, even still being in the beginning portion of its cure. I fucked up in multiple aspects, chalk those up to learning. Definitely going to defoliate around day 30, and also make sure my lights aren’t too close like they were here. My greatest mistake was the PH, it was improper for about 3 weeks. Took that long for it to get sorted out. Thus more than 1/4 of the plants life was spent in not perfect conditions. I was putting in water at 10.7, and getting 6 out as runoff…. With that being said, I’ve now got 4 plants to completion under my belt, soon to be 9 so I’m moving away from soil and closer to hydro. Bought an automatic drip feeding system I plan to use for coco. I’m done with fox farms ocean forest. It may be alright, but I’m spending way too much time watering/feeding. Week 10 beginning of the final stages. Smell is amazing 🤩 What would you guys make different?

Well, this is another new journey with @FastBuds, I know they are great, so this time I will grow 2 girls in a tent, each one will have a separate diary, and here her first week has already passed, everything looks pretty good, in a week she will be transplanted into a 15 liter pot :).

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Again the super soil seems to save them and provide for exponential growth. I could try to up my humidity, which is somewhat low. But the phenotypes are looking awesomely similar for a no-name brand. This could be a hidden little gem and can't wait to see how they mature. Meanwhile been fighting gnats, tried to get rid of them with a solution of citric acid and water. It seems to help as a contact poison on the soil, while only being a tiny film, so I just don't have to add any citric coming waterings. We like them organic solutions with stuff already lying around the house. Next week I'm going to FIM them and hope this works out better than with my Orange Hill Special grow. Week 7 went well! Took a few more bottom leaves because it was getting quite crowded and they were making it harder to find spots around the rim to bind her to for LST, and they were getting mashed when I had to pick her up anyway. Lots of benign neglect this week... Haven't fed her very heavily or done much other than let her do her thing. Thinking another week or so in veg. Maybe 2. Have to try to time it so my schedule will be open when she finishes so I don't feel tempted to rush again.
