420Fastbuds FBT2312/Week5 What up grow fam. Sorry for the late weekly update but was having some technical difficulties. This week has been eventful to say the least. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing. All in all Happy Growing

This week was very interesting I had a Potassium and phosphorus deficiency so ended up having to correct that! She seems to be still growing well and is entering the next flowering stage!

after a few days I have passed the small ones to the pot of 11 liters 😋👏🏻👏🏻, temperature 27º C ☀️ humidity 75% 💧 irrigation 100ml 💦 alternating one day with nutrients and another only osmotized water 🙂 accompanied by a daily seaion of about 45 minutes of bimaural sounds 🎼😉👍

Another steady week! Some serious development of the terps is in the air! 😝 Again some good growth both vertically and filling out the canopy. Bud sites are popping up here and there which pleases me as it’s turning out great for my first effort with scrog and LST! I swapped out the Bestiva LED for a 150watt HID Mh lamp. After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

Last week for those beauty's with amazing smell! I can wait to smoke some 🙏 they didnt get any nutritions for last two watering... Just balanced down do 6.6 ph 3.4. This round i have problems with my plants in both tents... I would say same problems. If someone read this :) do you have any ideas here?

I lost a ton of leaves on the NL after a cal mag deficiency that I wasn’t able to correct. But it’s still budding. The ICE is thickening up slowly but surely.

Number one in looks awesome I mean it's got flowers everywhere kind of smells like a sweet rotten apple almost kind of funky crazy butt structure though crazy bus structure number two and it looks like I'm coming across a nitrogen deficiency on it and try to fix it and root of tea for him this week so should be good too totally different see no type both California snow Fastbuds

No complaints... :) I installed a webcam. Now I can learn how the plant responds. It's very interesting. I can recommend a webcam to make timelapse to everyone. I used Booru webcam software to capture pictures. This time lapse video is of week 3 into week 4. (The light never changes, but the webcam auto-adjust messes with the colors) Lots of changes daily... pics are from day 2 of this week

Week completed, these girls are developing great, the flowers already smell wonderful and are very resinous... Looking forward to the next few weeks. Stay well! 💪🙏

Oct 22 - start of week 4 and things are progressing well but slow. She’s poken out her 4th node now so we’ll be pinchn er soon. Nutrient regimen is aggressive - so far no plain water breaks from feedings and it’s freakn me out a little. She seems to like it though and the drainage on the coco/purlite is crazy good. should be easy enough to rectify any lockout issues if they come up. Thanks again for taking a look and happy growing!👍 Oct 24 update - she’s really come along the past few days and while her stem is still real thin, she’s managed to sneak the entire 4th node past me unnoticed. We FIMMED today. No actual cutting just a modified pinch/crush only technique that leaves all new growth in place. Now we’ll let er recover and see how she turns out. 🤞🤞🤞I’ve been running a nute feed every single watering (every other day) since start and decided it was time for a plain ph’d maintenance rinse. No reason, just preventative to rinse out minerals. Thanks for checkn er out👊. Oct 26 update - 2 days post fim and her pinched node isn’t looking any better. YOU can definitely tell by the photos and new growth that it’s diverted it’s energy to bushing out. Back on the nutes and still lookn good - love the coco. THANKS for tuning in y’all!👊 Oct 28 update - she looks as though she’s coming back around after the pinch. We’ll see what develops - definitely some weird new growth coming up so it appears to have worked👌😎👍! Background This one is gonna be fimmed out and defo’d as a comparative to its manifolded kush sister. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). With the coco medium we’re hoping for that 20% bump in yield as well. THANKS for check'n er out

Day 24 - started LST on 1 Orange Sherbet & 1 White Widow to compare the differences at harvest! Day 25 - they are looking great! Can’t wait to see how the buds look😍✌️🏼 Day 26 - stretching out a lot! Day 27 - Last day of week 4 everything is going great!✌️🏼🌱
