Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Blue cheese Auto from Royal queen seeds will turn out. The girls have recovered well after my massive defoliation. Girl number 1 is now 40 cm high, number 2 is 105 cm and number 3 is 25 cm. It is strange that 3 plants from the same strain, with the same care and environment, can distinguish so much in appearance and size. It separates 80 cm in numbers 2 and 3. In 4 days Nr1 has grown 3 cm, Nr 2 has grown 17 cm and Nr 3 has grown 4 cm. They have received 7 liters of water and nutrition today.

Esta semana más de lo mismo aunque aún no ha terminado...jeje, le tuve que quitar el poso de café xq se le puso una pelusilla un tanto sospechosa(y mejor prevenir que curar ☝️)voy a hacerle un té de hummus, al volver el último fin de semana la he visto con los colores ligeramente más claros en algunas hojas(no sé si falta de nitrógeno o si es un problema de Ph)🤔, estoy planteandome poner mas luz y poner ventilación,🧐 al final de esta semana además quizá empiece a oler a ortiga en la habitación (ojalá 🎃☝️🕺) 🙌👌Quiero que crezca como la levadura!!!!🌵😋

Nitrogen fixation is a chemical process by which molecular nitrogen (N2), which has a strong triple covalent bond, is converted into ammonia (NH3) or related nitrogenous compounds, typically in soil or aquatic systems but also in industry. The nitrogen in air is molecular dinitrogen, a relatively nonreactive molecule that is metabolically useless to all but a few microorganisms. Various mycorrhizal products are available in diverse formulations (powder, granular, and liquid), concentrations, and qualities. Ongoing advancements in products, technologies, and research are reshaping our understanding of mycorrhizae. Despite these positive developments, certain misconceptions persist. In the following discussion, we aim to clarify the truths and dispel the myths surrounding mycorrhizae products. MYTH #1 A HIGHER NUMBER OF MYCORRHIZAE SPECIES MEANS BETTER RESULTS. Contrary to common belief, having a higher number of mycorrhizae species in a product does not translate to better results; in fact, it often yields the opposite outcome. A plant can sustain only one association with a particular mycorrhizal fungi species. Introducing multiple species creates competition among them, which is not advantageous for the plant. The initial colonizer does not ensure the highest success; instead, it gains precedence. It is recommended to select a product with a concentrated presence of a single mycorrhizae species known for its effective performance, rather than opting for a product with multiple species at lower concentrations. MYTH #2 ECTOMYCORRHIZAE ARE EFFECTIVE FOR CANNABIS PLANTS. Although ectomycorrhizae can colonize five to ten percent of plant species, cannabis is not among them. Ectomycorrhizae do not penetrate the root cells; instead, they develop around the roots and on the exterior. For cannabis plants, it is essential to seek out endomycorrhizae. Endomycorrhizae are capable of colonizing 70% to 90% of plant species, including cannabis. Unlike ectomycorrhizae, endomycorrhizae penetrate the root cells, forming structures like arbuscules for the exchange of nutrients and water with the plant. MYTH #3 WHOLE INOCULANT (PROPAGULES) PERFORM BETTER THAN ONLY VIABLE SPORES. The propagule count specified on most mycorrhizae products indicates the presence of spores (viable and unviable), hyphae, and root fragments. However, it is crucial to note that only viable spores, those with the capacity to germinate, can successfully colonize a plant’s root system. Spores are to mycorrhizal fungi what seeds are to cannabis plants—a fundamental component enabling fungi reproduction. Consequently, even if a mycorrhizal product boasts millions of propagules, its effectiveness hinges on the presence of viable spores. Without viable spores, the product will not contribute to plant development. Therefore, the genuine value of a mycorrhizal inoculant lies in the quantity of viable spores it contains, as only viable spores can efficiently initiate symbiosis. MYTH #4 ALL METHODS OF APPLICATION YIELD IDENTICAL RESULTS. To establish the symbiosis, mycorrhizal fungi spores must be close to the plant roots. The optimal recommendation is to directly apply mycorrhizal inoculant to the roots, either in powder, granular or slurry form. This method ensures maximum proximity between the spores and the roots, facilitating a rapid establishment of symbiosis. Particularly with crops like cannabis, which have a short growing cycle, employing this technique is the most effective way to obtain optimal benefits. Alternatively, techniques such as blending the inoculant with the soil are effective, but there may be a delay in the establishment of symbiosis. This is because the roots need to grow and come into contact with the dispersed spores throughout the growing media. MYTH #5 MYCORRHIZAE CAN ONLY BE GROWN ON LIVING PLANTS. While the predominant method for commercially producing mycorrhizae involves growing them on the root systems of living plants (in vivo production), it is not the exclusive nor the optimal technique. In fact, this production approach has notable drawbacks that the “root organ culture” method just does not have (in vitro production). In vitro production occurs in meticulously controlled, aseptic laboratory conditions, allowing for the consistent generation of products that are viable, highly concentrated, species-specific, and free from pathogens. Achieving such precision and quality is impossible when relying on the cultivation of mycorrhizal fungi on plants exposed to external conditions. In conclusion, it is crucial to take all these factors into consideration when choosing the appropriate product for your crop to fully harness the wide array of benefits provided by a high-quality mycorrhizal product. STRONGER PLANT – Stress resistance. FASTER GROWTH – Improve plant structure and shorter veg time. INCREASE YIELD – Overall more biomass. IMPROVED QUALITY – Increase cannabinoids and terpenes content.

Gave the lady a good flush a few days ago and have only watered one time since then, still using RO water. Cut out the molasses from her diet, will only be getting water until harvest. Pistils starting to flush from white to orange, I’d say about 30-35% so far. Buds starting to show thickness, which is good. Smell becoming more pronounced each day. The end is very near for this beautiful lady. After harvest she will be getting a 30 day cure, nothing too crazy but enough to bring out the terpene profiles.

They all got topped last week and they responded very well and quickly as you can see...im going to let them grow this week and lollipop a little and maybe top next week.

Transplanted week 5 put it 3 gal cloth pots 1/3 strawberry fields soil, 2/3 Happy frog, 1/2 cup rice hulls total, mixed into both soils. watered with recharge mix 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water. Back in to the veg tent.

Hi growers. It's end of week 5 of flowering. So far, all girls looks quite well, only OG is showing that he is missing some zink.. Hope to heal her... Red mandarine is showing her true color as well.. Live that purple!! Stay stoned and keep growing! One love!

Fairly easiest plant that Ive ever grew! Very resist and Phenotype was on point. Only veg’d them for 25 days and managed to fill the entire 2x2 (60x60cm) Scrog net. Flowering time was a bit longer than 49 days, but still doable. ## From seed to harvest it took 90 days ## ## Three plants yielded me about ~150g of dry product ##

KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. Everything looks good and I keep trying to tuck the leaves so they get the maximum amount of light where needed. Added pics and video. The Nr 3 girl is still a little bit behind the other 2 girls and all the 3 girls look like there 3 different pheno of the same plant. KL 23.30. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Kl 10.00 Tested PH in the soil, it was 6.9 and tested my tap water and it was 6.8. Added a video of the girls, its 10 H after defoliation, LST and leaftucking. I think its looking good. Kl 22.30. Wow, what a week of dank?It's been. I haven't having a blast.I'll tell you what. I'm super grateful and so glad to be here. Learning and enjoying the processes and steps as it goes. Understanding the differences between phenotypes of same plant within the progeny. Did dolphin wax it's glossing. She's definitely a keeper, and i've got a couple clones of her. Girls are really starting to to take off now. Ramping up the nutrients slightly and started defoliation. It's interesting to see the phenotypes coming out. 3 plants. One short and bushy, one in between and one tall and lanky. Excited to watch the rest of the grow and how they end up. Off to a really good start. Tons of side growth. Completely topped 2 of them and fimmed the last one to see what happens. Currently trying to figure out the timelapse on my camera it only wants to save in few second long clips. I'll get it. I posted them anyway they are kinda neat.

Harvest time for Green Crack! Another successful run of this strain! While she is a bit nutrient hungry, she's been a pleasure to grow. Mars-Hydro TSW2000 killed it with this plant & grow, definitely happy with the performance of the light! Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight. Update July 1, 75 grams dry and not much flavor, will let it cure for a few weeks, then hopefully it'll have some flavor. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚
